Had tire blowout this morning in Montpelier. I called and the friendly person who answered told me that due to high # of calls due to extreme lo temp asst. would be 1 hr. - at exactly one hr. asst. showed up. Gentleman was friendly, courteous, and quick in getting us on our way. THANK YOU!

The guys from Bee There did a wonderful job winching our car out of the snowbank when my son slid off the road during the recent ice storm. Good communication and let us know when they were on their way which was within an hour of our calling. They got it out with no damage to the car or a decorative light pole which the car hooked between its rear tire and fender. Price was reasonable. Hopefully won't need their help again, but if we do, we'll give them a call!

Can't speak much on their towing service but I will speak on their inability to provide/diagnos basic car repairs. I had a brake job done recently (pads and rotors)and the following day had issues with loud grinding noises. I brought the car back and upon inspection I was told there is nothing wrong and not to worry about it. After a week or two the problem continued to persist and I brought the car back. After a short inspection they told me a I had a small metal piece causing the noise. This was ethier dishonest or not the actual problem because the following day the problem returned. It was at this time i realized this particular shop didn't actually want to assist me with the noise and possible damage being done to my vehicle so I had to it elsewhere. My problem was resolved by a dealer to which they described the cause of the issue being a faulty part. The brakes I purchased are under warranty and for some reason this shop didn't action the warranty, infact I was told if I had brought it back a third time they would have. I reached out to the shop owner to resolve this issue and I was ignored. This is a rather long winded review but I write it in hopes of clarity of what someone would getting into with dealing with this shop. These people are not trust worthy and ontop of losing multiple days of work, I had to pay for the same job twice. (Several thousands of dollars) Be careful doing business here.
