Called on a Wednesday regarding a broken window. I was scheduled for the next day at a particular time. It was supposed to snow that day so I called and asked if I could come in early. They said yes, and told me the repair might take an hour. Literally no more than 30 minutes later I was done and out of there. Under 24 hours from the window breaking, to it being repaired. Unbelievable service. Highly recommended.
I pulled in just after my new windshield had just gotten a stone chip. They had just opened and my windshield got fixed immediately. I was very pleased with the service.??

Stopped in because I had gotten a stone chip in my windshield. He (Dean) took care of it immediately, without an appointment. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend them for your glass needs.

Had to have the windshield replaced on my '21 Jeep Wrangler. New England Auto Glass was recommended by Goss Jeep. They did a great job installing the OEM glass replacement, and even were able to transfer over the VT inspection sticker. Took only an hour.
Scheduled a windshield replacement 4 days in advance and was told by both the insurance company and New England Auto Glass that they would need to do calibration. Took a day off to go there and work was done but without the calibration because, after the fact, they said they weren't equipped to do it. No additional help or consideration offered. Just an indifferent and surly sorry and sign here.
My visit was exceptional. I had to go in for a chipped windshield. Everything was already squared away with my insurance company when I arrived. They were super friendly, efficient, and had me out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!
We used to use Windshield World on the Barre-Montpelier Road, but had a bad experience with Safelite when they bought it. Living on a dirt road means replacing windshields more regularly than most! So this time I thought I would try these more local folks based of their 5 star reviews. AJ was awesome, attentive, efficient, transparent, very professional, personable and even ran me up to my office when I dropped my car off. When I learned he used to work for Windshield World it all made sense. Straightforward, easy, pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!

Great price and friendly service. Had an issue with the rain sensor in the installed windshield, AJ and his team put in a new windshield and tested the installation. I recommend this local business.
