I went in for a battery replacement and Ethan was very professional, patient, and helpful - he answered all of my questions and was very gracious about having to work in the cold during a busy time. Highly recommended!
I recently lost my husband, who took care of all of my auto needs, and moved to Vermont to be closer to my daughter and her family, but I wasn't prepared for the bitter cold winter weather. I never thought to check my antifreeze, so when a friend asked me if I had plenty of antifreeze in my car, I realized that I didn't really know! But with temps going down into the single and negative digits, I wanted to make sure my engine didn't freeze up on me. I called O'Reilly here in Montpelier (Store #5669) and asked if they could check it for me. They told me that they could, so I went right down. The young man cheerfully came outside with me, checked my levels, told me that I was low, led me inside and showed me what was available and explained what the differences were. He asked me if I needed help putting it in, and when I said yes, he even went back out with me and showed me where and how to put it in my car, so next time I will be able to do it myself! He was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating, so I definitely will be going back for any and all of my auto needs! Thank you for providing such great service with a smile. :)
I wish it was possible to leave a 0 star review. I have never been to an O'Reilly's location with the most clueless and incompetent ever. Go in for the simplest item, that every single other location of theirs has, and they either have no idea what you're talking about when trying to look up, or have to order it. Place is an absolute joke! Don't recommend going!!!
I stopped there on my way to my in laws. My engine coolant message came on. Stopped there for help since it was a Sunday. Nice young man named Ira helped me determine that the level was fine. It was barely below the maximum line. But it was enough to set the sensor off. Said I should keep an eye on it, but I should fine. Bought coolant, just encase. I left feeling confident that everything would be okay. Great service! Thank you so much.
I was in the biggest jam courtesy of a flat tire, a special tool needed for one lugnut, and Hertz Rental Agency. Zachary tried to help over a 3 hour period - including trying to help get the tire off, and brainstorm other people or businesses who might have the tool. He was beyond friendly, generous, and helpful. I was beyond grateful for his customer service!

The store had everything we needed for an emergency roadside repair. We were able to get back on the road thanks to them being open, close by and well stocked on a late Saturday afternoon.
Walked in this morning, was looking for tools, the one and only counter guy was to busy eating his breakfast I guess, NEVER offered to help, someone else walked in and helped him with brake parts, he left and STILL never offered to help so I guess they lost a $100 sale from me. Will NEVER go back again if it was the LAST PLACE that had what I was looking for. VERY PISS POOR SERVICE.....
