I had my vehicle body work done by Woodbury Auto after a collision with a deer. There was extensive damage to the front of my vehicle. Woodbury Auto's customer service was friendly and the work was completed in the timeframe that I was told it would be - two weeks. I highly recommend the Woodbury Auto team if you find yourself in a similar situation. They made a stressful event a little bit nicer and quickly got my vehicle back on the road for me.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run incident at work. Came outside after an 11 hour shift and the whole side of my car was scraped up. I made the calls police and insurance, which lead me to Woodbury. They were prompt and professional from the moment I walked in there. Someone was available immediately to take pictures and document the damage. The estimate was ready, and they took it out of my hands from there. They quoted me for 13 days in the shop over the Thanksgiving holiday, and they had it ready 4 days early. The work was immaculate and the team was extraordinary to work with. I hope I never need to go back, but would never hesitate if I was in need. Thanks, Woodbury!

Woodbury Auto is a clean well-staffed shop. The receptionist and one other gentleman was right there, answering every question I could ask. Dropping my car off here for repairs felt right. Thank you.

Pat, Megan, and Percy were so helpful and friendly!! They did a great job on my repair job and went above and beyond to help me get the car to the dealer for check engine light work. Highly recommend!! Kind, real, professional people!!

Excellent customer service, easy and fast link with my insurance company, excellent repair to my car, and was so happy to see that they had marvelously washed and cleaned the inside and outside of the car when I picked it up. Car work was completed on the day I needed the car back. Recommend highly. I am a satisfied customer. Many thanks to Megan and Pat and the rest of the team!

Had to coordinate two simultaneous claims on the same car. Woodbury was great helping with that and kept in touch all through the week or repairs. The work done was excellent, and it was a nice surprise to see they basically detailed the car interior. Always nice to get an unexpected gift!

5 people standing around chatting, still couldn't be bothered to help someone with a quote because it's a "total". Seriously? Laziness is getting out of hand. Unprofessional to say the least

Terrible communication, vehicle has been down for 2-3 months. Terrible adjuster who doesn’t swing for the fences for the customer rather than the insurance agency, car has been repaired with used or aftermarket parts, (what happened to repaired to before accident condition if car was never damaged) car gets sent to manufacturer dealer where they discover issues with cheap second hand parts replaced by the body shops preferred service center. Terrible place terrible repair procedures and relaying information to customers I don’t recommend.

Brought my car here through progressive. Things were "fixed" but not how I expected it to be done. Still had a gap on one side of my hood. One of my headlights was sticking out a bit on the top and the encasing around my auto window switches was somehow loose and popping off. Yes, it looks better than it did. But, I expect it to be closer to what it looked like before the accident and not have something new broken.

Rude front desk woman. We called ahead to see about having some damage looked at for a personal estimate and they said we could come on down, then upon getting there the woman acted like I was being ridiculous and said I needed to have the work assigned by my insurance company and turned me away while being very rude. I explained that I was just trying to get a personal estimate on the damage because I needed to know if it was safe to still drive until getting proper work done on it but she was not helpful so I left and quickly found another shop who would gladly take my business.

The Tow truck guy recommended this body shop that's a part of the Kia dealership. They don't know they're way around a Subaru in the Kia dealership and made me sign a waiver that my car wasn't safe to drive and they're not liable for damages or injuries when the vehicle had passed inspection two months earlier with not even a dash light on. The Subaru doesn't idle, the exhaust is torn up and the dash camera shows the difference before and after the accident yet these people can't find a leak in a windshield wiper fluid reservoir or replace it. Absolutely terrible communication and after being polite for three months I asked Megan what she would do if her car wasn't working anymore and she had to sign a waiver because they refuse to fix the damages. Avoid this place because your problems will just grow like a cancer in this shop

My insurance company set me up with these guys to have damage repaired. It took months for them to schedule us. I had to reschedule due to Covid and they booked out another 3 months. When I finally got my vehicle back several things were broken on it. An automatic door, the latch on the center console, and the bumper they installed was only attached on one side. They refused to accept responsibility. I would NOT recommend this place.

After my car was wrecked and ended up here, it was nice to deal with Megan as I navigated the process with her help - and dealt with a less-than-helpful insurance company. She answered my many questions and explained things clearly. Great customer service!

I brought my vehicle here because my insurance sent me there to get a cracked bumper replaced. NOTHING else was wrong with the car. They unnecessary kept my car for longer then needed (two weeks) and when I finally got the call that it was done, my battery light was on, engine light was on and blown alternator. This is a new vehicle and has never given me any issues and was serviced a week before dropping it off. Of course Woodbury took no responsibility and the woman at the desk was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. It is very important for everyone to know that just because they are in the Kia building does not mean they are anything like Kia. I do and will continue to go to Preston's Kia, they quickly fixed the issues created at Woodbury and were very friendly. I will never go back to Woodbury. I wish I would have listened to all the horror stories I head about them, it would have saved me $800. Good luck to any of their future customers, I hope you have a better experience then I did!

For more than a decade I've been having insurance collision work done at Woodbury Auto. They are always professional and accomodating. And the quality of the work has been excellent with nothing missed.

Posting my experience from a few years ago. Short story is it took them a week to fix it and the work was lackluster - they completely missed that one of my tire rims was bent and undriveable. I brought the car back to them and they didn't know that the rim was bent - which is strange because they had it for a week. But, both they and the insurance claims adjuster missed it. The car rattled and shook violently after their repairs, so it's something that should have been noticed during a test drive after they finished their work on the car the first time. They also said that they would cover the costs of all future fixes (or that I could go to another shop and that would be covered), though I didn't trust them enough to continue working with them and I had heard anecdotally that was a common thought. When I was there, Dan knew of a coupon in the Washington World and didn't tell me about it (a World was right in their office waiting room and I had noticed the coupon in that paper 30 minutes after I left the shop from my first visit. They refused to honor it on the second visit), offering up many excuses about how at first he "didn't know about it", to "the front office does it without his knowledge", to "if I honored it for you, I would have to honor it for everyone", to "you've already paid so I can't do anything about it, even though the coupon says valid at any time", to he "always knew but obviously wasn't going to tell me about it because it would cost him money".

Sent my car here threw Progressive. Everything was fine until I got it back. Worked looked ok but, get in and my windows DON’T WORK and the shop they sent it to (Capital GMC) broke $600 in parts and told me I was reliable. Then notice the wheel bearing and ball-joint was bad so the alignment shouldn’t have even been done considering the front end isn’t tight at all. Was charged for a windshield and it was never put in. I don’t recommend this shop!

My Volkswagen Jetta was under warranty for rust through. Woodbury Auto Body did an excellent job and my VW looks new again. My Jetta was also detailed and waxed! Thanks for taking on this job. Peter

Brought vehicle in for repaires. Got my vehicle back with multiple lights on the dash. Not a single one on when dropped off. Told it was not do to the work they did. “Must be a coincidence” is what I was told. Needless to say, customer service sucks and won’t ever be back to these hacks.

Had our car bodywork done by GEICO here. Geico only pays for aftermarket parts so they had their work cutout for them. They broke my hood latches so they epoxied them to the radiator support! I have been fixing other stuff they screwed up and did not tell me too. Wrong bolts, poorly fastened, stuff like that. They don't really have an attention to detail and took a while
