I cannot say enough amazing things about Trahan Towing! My boyfriend and I came from MA to NH for a weekend getaway, and on Valentine’s Day (2/14/26) we hit a snow bank. I thought my car was completely totaled, called my insurance, and they got dispatched. I have had my fair share of experiences with towing companies, and they’ve usually been very abrasive and rude, but this was the complete opposite experience. I called to ask if they might have an estimate time of arrival, and the gentleman on the phone was so informative and helpful. I told him I wasn’t sure I would need a winch or a towing service, depending on the state of my car, and he was happy to relay the message to the mechanic and they turned around and got the best type of vehicle to assist me with whatever needs I may have. Connor arrived about an hour and a half after the call, and he was AMAZING. So helpful, made the whole process painless and easy! He winched my car right out, and made it easy for me to get back out onto the road. He even gave it a quick look, and gave me helpful instructions on getting it looked over a mechanic just to be safe, but ultimately I was able to drive my car all throughout the weekend and back home to MA with no problems. I called the towing company back to give him glowing reviews. From a scary and unfortunate experience, what a pleasure it was to have been taken care of by such kind and wonderful people!

Such a great worker. Came out of his way to my husband and I truck at 3am to get us to a safe spot. Gave us all the information we needed to get our head wrapped around the new area we were in since we were heading to NY cause my husband PCSing. Super nice, kind, polite, everything. He gave us a great deal on the tow as well it meant so much to me cause he made sure our babies weren't left out on the cold dark. And further more he drove us to a hotel he knew was open and safe. Thank you for sticking your neck out for us. Thank you for supporting the troops.
