Went in to get oil and filter, grabbed the oil and walked up to the service counter. The guy sitting there did not greet me at all, reached across and scanned the oil, I asked about the deal for a filter and wanted to double check I get the correct filter as I have had them give me the wrong one before. He literally made the ughh sound and I lost all of my own pleasantries, told him the make and model and proceeded to give him the same energy in return. He aggressively turned the screen towards me and in a sarcastic tone started reading off ALL of the available oil filters listed. I reminded him I needed to get the Microgard brand to get the deal and he huffed and puffed and went and got the filter. Unbelievably rude, sarcastic, dismissive and overly aggressive about having to do his job, which he is paid to do. I would recommend talking to your staff about what customer service is.
This is a nice place but whenever I go in, they always question me if I know what I am talking about. I do not appreciate it, but it is what it is, I guess.
Stopped in on a Sunday late morning looking for a headlight bulb. Jerome helped me. I have to say he's one of the nicest, polite, helpful and courteous young person I've met in a long time!! Even though the place got busier while he was helping me he made sure I got all the help I needed. Thank you Jerome, I'll be back. He's a keeper!!
Great customer service, they know how to find stuff and they have great search tools in the aisles, if it's something that doesn't require specialized training or too much time they'll even help you install it. Just got by partners car new wipers and they installed them for me.
Went back, the lady there was really nice, helped a lot with finding what I needed for an oil change.
3rd times a charm. Ordered pads online...says we're direct fit for my car...Take car apart twice to find wrong brakes...Finally got right ones they had to order and wanted me to pay extra....Hell no their site claimed they fit my car...didn't pay another dime.
It was time to switch out our battery, especially with these freezing temps. When we rolled in, Ethan and Baba were so helpful. Not only were they able to help us find an affordable replacement on short notice, but they were so helpful with the installation, too.
I also got a battery for my keys and Ethan switched it before tackling our car battery. They were friendly, thorough, and willing to answer all my questions. Highly recommend bringing your business here.
They took our dead lead-acid batteries from our RV and recycled them, and we were rewarded for it. Nice guy who helped us gave us two $10 gift cards. It pays to recycle and not leave your trash by the side of the road. (Just saying.)

If I could give less stars I would. After purchasing some import direct replacement brake pads for my 2006 Hyundai Tucson I was in the process of replacing the brake pads when I realized That one of the pads was not the right size for my vehicle. In an attempt to get my car back on the road I tried to machine the one pad to be able to fit. I was unable to do so and ended up putting on an old brake pad so that I could drive my car. When I went back to O’Reillys in an attempt to replace that brake pad under the warranty warranty that is an automatic part of the purchase of import direct pads, I was told that if I wished to receive the parts code by the one-year warranty that I would have to remove all of the brake pads for my vehicle and bring them in. When I asked how exactly they expected me to be able to remove the pads from my vehicle and then drive it to them to be able to pick up the other parts I was told “yes” in an incredibly sarcastic tone. Do not go to O’Reilly‘s they offer mediocre service with apparently even lower quality parts.

Perfectly fine, kind of your run of the mill auto parts. The last time I went and it did smell like chemicals had been used inside without ventilation, so that kind of was a bit of a put off.
This is my go-to auto parts store I love almost everything about it. 80% of the employees are awesome. Which those 20% to keep dragging it down from being a 5-star rating. I can say without a doubt all the managers are top notch.

Great team here!! Staff is friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable. Lots of good deals and decent selection. If they don’t have it in stock, they can get it the next day, and they always want to make sure you get a good deal. Parking is not huge but no problems and no hassles doing a quick fix if you need to. Helped me out with a battery check and a check engine light too, no charge. Going back for all my part needs.
I love the place and go there for all my auto parts and car care stuff the works are nice and more then willing to help you find something or order it if the store don't got it in stock and give advice on stuff they know about so really I would give the store and works more then 5 stars if it was possible
Was in dire need of new parts for my Saab......I was trying to discribe the part over the phone with no luck,although the gal who worked there was trying her best to tell me I had the wrong idea,anyway I drove down and they actually had another customer who they knew,there to help me...wild! So this guy explains that the parts I needed were dealer part. But I could get around it by taking it to my local garage and have the bearings pressed on for a tenth of the price!...This guy was great, explained it all an told me to get Both pressed and REALLY save cash. Which is what I did. These folks actually lost about 96 bucks by telling me how to to it the most inexpensive way.HELLS BELLS, where ya gona get a place to treat u in such a righteous way, NOWaDAYS?while they loose money doing it!??...They got my vote for PART SHOP of the DECADE!!
After visiting the dealership and being directed to Bond Auto for a coil, I saw the crew was busy and waited a short while. I was greeted very warmly by a clerk who was immediately handed the part I was seeking by another coworker. This was an emergency, but unless my experience changes, I'll be going to Bond as my first stop for parts from now on.
