I have an 8 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with 130K on it. It’s been a great car through the years and we plan to hold onto it as long as it runs. The Service Department at this dealership is very good. Mark, Dan and Mike B do everything they can to assist us when there is an issue with the vehicle. They are friendly and helpful. You can’t ask for more.

I had a great experience at St. Johnsbury CDJR! The salesman wasn’t pushy, and was very knowledgeable in the vehicles offered. He was clearly very passionate about the vehicles, he knew them through and through, and explained the differences with other manufacturers. The finance department was awesome as well. Made some great suggestions as solutions to some of our roadblocks that I hadn’t thought of. Thank you all for a great experience, and an even better truck!

I give a 5+ to the entire service team department, at the Chrysler/Dodge dealership in St Johnsbury. Mark, the service rep, went above and beyond in getting my 2023 Pacifica back on the road running well. The communication was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was Saturday, the day before a major snow storm, they had limited staff in the garage, and I had no appt. Within 20 minutes they knew what the problem was. The part needed was on a 45+ day back order. Mark secured a loaner vehicle for me so that I could get home before the storm hit. He then got the part from three different auto parts stores, none of them fit! Mark kept searching all over VT & NH dealers, finally finding the part, 5 hrs away. I picked my car up on Monday… Thank you Mark!!!

Witnessed the mechanic backing out of the service garage and proceeded to spin the tires through the parking lot and take off on Memorial Drive at a good rate of speed on a very snowy day. Upon his return I asked him if he drove all customer vehicles the way he drove my truck. He pretended he didn't know what I was talking about. Claimed he was in 4 wheel drive, I said we'll that makes it worse! And what's even better is I have a USMail sign on the roof! He's representing a government employee whom already have targets in the public eyes. Not happy with this young man!

When my Jeep Wrangler was unexpectedly put out commission, I decided to find something reliable and safe that my 18yo daughter could have and learn to drive with once mine was fixed. With the monthly budget I had, I expected to get something 10-15 years old with over 100k miles. Huge thanks to Kalem and Matt at Saint J CDJR, they are amazing gave us a great deal on a perfect ride, Matt did everything he could, and worked magic to get us into something we never really imagined. 5 stars all around, absolutely best car buying experience I’ve had. We went to see a car for our son (first car) wasn't going there to buy but we met with Kyle who made everything so easy and the whole process only took about 10min. The time I spent there was full of jokes and laughs yet seriousness and informational when needed! I would have definitely 100% recommend buying your next vehicle here, however as time went on I learnt their communication is not good! My car went in for undercoating and was supposed to be re-washed! It wasn’t! I was told it needed to be there for 24 hours by one guy, when I got there the other guy told me it would be done later in the day! Which he did work well with me because I had planned for next day pick up! Everyone I’ve dealt with in person has been helpful. However, I’ve had plenty of my messages ignored. I also kept an eye out for my photo he took on the site. That still hasn’t been uploaded.

I recently had an appointment for an oil change and brake service, scheduled just before my warranty expired at the beginning of August. They picked up and dropped of my vehicle and made the transaction so smooth. Initially, I had no complaints, but a week later, my battery died. When I popped the hood, I noticed the coolant level was visibly below the minimum line in the reservoir. Considering I had just had an oil change and their 27 point inspection, this was both surprising and disappointing. The low coolant level should have been brought to my attention, especially during an inspection. The coolant reservoir may be for overflow, but it should still be maintained between the minimum and maximum lines—those indicators aren’t just for show. I trusted the garage to handle the issue with the vehicle battery dying, so I jumped the van and dropped it off for the day while I went to work. The battery replacement ended up costing me $504, with $263 of that being for labor alone. For a task that should’ve taken less than 30 minutes, this labor charge is simply excessive. After paying for the service, I watched a YouTube video and realized I could have easily done it myself for a fraction of the cost. This experience leaves me seriously questioning the thoroughness and value of the service provided. When basic issues like fluid levels aren’t even mentioned and labor costs are inflated for simple tasks, it’s hard to justify returning for future service.
