I initially picked my car out from the website. When I arrived I did not like the interior. I felt bad about asking to see the car in a different color. But they reassured me that it was not a problem and got right on it.

This dealership went above and beyond, when I thought I couldnt afford the payment they ran the numbers and got the payment low enough to work with me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle at a awesome price. I know where I will be going if I ever need to get another vehicle!! I can't think of anything to improve the service department. They were quick, professional and very friendly . The sales department definitely needs improvement. The sales person I dealt with was curt and pushy. To me she acted as though I had disrupted her day by trying to purchase a new vehicle. She acted like she didn't care or was trying to sell cars to more than just me at the time I was there. I went to another dealership two hours away. My trade in value with the farther away dealership was $3000 more than this dealership. The manager of the facility whom I dealt with on my first visit was great.

I purchased a new vehicle from Quality Mitsubishi today. This vehicle had no tariff war tariff on it and was a fair deal. Salesperson Matt Gingue was super pleasant to deal with. I was not pushed into add-ons, and it was simple to accept those which I wanted (undercoating with lifetime warranty) or reject items I was not interested in (additional years of coverage past the standard Mitsubishi coverage). The purchase process (lookover, test drive on local roads as well as highway, paperwork, signatures, copies, owners manual in hand) took an expected amount of time. Two years free maintenance (oil and filter changes, tire rotation) are a nice perk. Was not charged any state tax because I live in New Hampshire. Would have otherwise had to go to Keene, NH for my nearest NH dealership. I prefer to spend and support businesses locally. This was a pleasant, non-stressful buying experience.

Is August/early September of 24 I purchased a Outlander Sport with 28K miles. For the first 5 months it was okay. I never liked the car but I figured I was stuck with it. It had no power. Than about a month ago it started to stink of exhaust fumes. It was very bad and even opening the windows did not help. The fumes came in the window as well. I was coughing and sick to my stomach at times. Also, about this same time when I stepped on the gas it made a loud noise. It was like in the old days when you needed to replace your muffler. I bring it in to have it checked. It had a warranty on it for 100k miles, so I figured they would take care of it. They deny anything is wrong with it. But, if I paid about $400 they would try something that might work, but it might not. The noise when stepping on the gass was just something that had to do with the transmission, so they said. Nothing to worry about! Maybe if a man brought it in they would have taken care of it. This place is the worst service and attitude i have ever had the misfortune I sold it going to. this morning I traded it in and purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. 150k or 10 years which included the hybrid battery too. I paid 6k more than the outlander sport. Worth every penny. Never again. Don't waste your time and money at this place. this place has 3 stars on Yelp. Left a review there too. You had the chance and you tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I traded it in for a better car with better service. This is what was wrong with my mitsubishi. I should have brought a man with me. If your Mitsubishi car fills up with exhaust fumes when accelerating, the most likely culprit is an exhaust leak somewhere in the system, which allows exhaust gases to escape and enter the cabin, particularly noticeable during acceleration due to increased engine pressure; other potential causes include a faulty Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF), a bad oxygen sensor, or a damaged head gasket depending on the severity of the issue.

Recently purchased a 2-3 year old used car here. Fair price, great purchasing experience, and very friendly staff. The service department was very quick and responsive when I brought it back a few weeks later with Winter tires that needed the pressure sensors programmed. They did the work gratis!

I bought an Outlander at Quality in St. Johnsbury in 2016. I loved the car and the buying experience so much that I returned to buy a 2024 Outlander. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They were not pushy and allowed me to ask questions, ponder my options, and sit on my decision for a week before I returned to purchase. It was an amazing experience buying from real people who understand the size of making a decision to buy a new car. The process was quick and easy. The staff have kind and friendly, checking up on us to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend Quality Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I drove away with a brand new 2024 pearly white Eclipse Cross on Friday!! It was my very first NEW car. Alex Martin was my salesman and I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle! He not only made sure I got the best deals but also went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t paying too much on car insurance!! Buying a car can be intimidating, but Alex, Mike & Shelley made me feel so comfortable, like I was right at home!! I recently purchased a new car from Quality Mitsubishi. The experience was great! Nathaniel Steele was my salesman who made the process of purchasing my car very positive. He walked me through step by step and answered any questions I had with professionalism and knowledge even showing me how to use all the features the car comes with before I left the lot. He was supportive and did not try to push anything onto to me but rather gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. He is very friendly and personable. As always, a no pressure approach to sales, and always willing to accommodate in any way they can! Even to the point of running to get me a couple of tissues when I cried (just a little) saying goodbye to my old car.
