Our 2011 Honda Accord was having problems accelerating while we were driving from Massachusetts to the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire on vacation. We pulled over, called AAA, and Brett from Wes Ward Auto/Trahan Towing called us to let us know they were on their way. We were only 2.5 miles from the hotel and Brett provided a tow directly to the hotel allowing us to salvage most of our vacation. They called to explain the clip/seal came apart which caused the axle to loosen resulting in transmission fluid leaking out and quoted a fair price to do the repair. In addition, they returned the vehicle to the hotel within a half-hour of our checking out 2-days later. Brett and the mechanics at Wes Ward provided Excellent Customer Service with fair and transparent pricing! Having our car die like that was unsettling but if it had to happen, we are grateful for Brett and Wes Ward Auto!

We are truly grateful for the service provided by the owner and his team. We reached out to them at 2:30 on Friday afternoon with front brake issues. We were in town from Ohio and had to return on Sunday. They told us to stop in and they would see what they could do. When we arrived the baby was sleeping and they did everything not to wake her. They looked at the issue and within 90 minutes they had replaced both front rotors and brake pads. The service, the kindness of the workers were truly a blessing. I wish i could give them a 10 star review. If you ever need car service THIS IS THE PLACE. THANK YOU

I recently had to have my car towed in for service after it came out of winter storage. Before I put it away for the winter, I was already dealing with some complicated electronic issues — lots of warning lights and messages on the dash — and sitting for months with a dead battery only made things worse. On top of that, the battery was completely dead, and since the hood release is electronic, I couldn’t even open the hood to get to it myself. The team was amazing. They were able to carefully work through the issues and found that a couple of fuses had simply fallen out (likely because I didn’t have the cover on the fuse panel inside the driver’s cabin). They also diagnosed that the battery, which I had recently purchased from a parts store, had gone bad. They went the extra mile to track down where it was bought and even got it replaced under warranty at no charge to me. They truly went above and beyond — honest, professional, and thorough. I’m extremely grateful for the level of service I received and highly recommend them!

Top notch service A+ I hate sending my car to the mechanic to only have it come back dirtier than it went in...Not a worry here! Clean, friendly, professional and fairly priced service. They can service harder to service cars and always figure it out. They have cared for my Volvo very well. This is the best garage in the area by far!Clean and comfortable waiting area if you need to wait.

We brought our vehicle in for some repairs & they couldn’t do what they were supposed to do which was the brakes & wheels. They didn’t have one of the tools they needed & we offered to buy it & they could throw it on the bill & they said we should just bring our vehicle somewhere else after it had been there for a few days already with a scheduled service. After the service our vehicle has had a gross smell coming from the vents & it’s been a couple weeks already. We have no clue what the smell could be since they literally claim they didn’t do anything. Worthless. Don’t know how they can stay in business.

Wonderful people. I limped into their shop with a flat rear tire on my way down to Boston. Despite being understaffed they managed to get me in right away and patched my tire so I could safely continue my drive. Very reasonable price, kind people and a comfortable place to wait.

Absolutely saved our life on a camping trip. Blew a tire in our camper - spare was no where to be found. Pulled in and within 1/2 hour we were in our way. 10/10 ⭐️ HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

I've had several bad experiences with auto mechanics in the NEK, enough that I was starting to think it was just how things were going to be. I do almost all of my own work, so it's hard for me to not notice or care when the quality of work is subpar, or the parts and labor costs are inflated or (in a few cases) downright fraudulent. Wes Ward is absolutely my go-to for stuff I can't do myself for whatever reason. I've never had them go over on an estimate, labor prices are fair, and they source quality parts. My primary vehicle has an aftermarket suspension that is VERY different than stock, mechanically, and not common to see in this area, and they never have a problem getting my alignment numbers exactly where I ask. After several routine jobs over a few years, I asked about having some custom work done, and they did an EXCELLENT job with it.

This pace is a joke. Service techs needs to have more training for customer service as they are extremely rude to customers and staff; Also other employees need to be let go as they are not doing their job correctly. Will never recommend this place to anyone!

My wife and I were travelling from Caribou Maine to Burlington, Vermnt when we blew an engine. We limped off the road and were directed to Wes Ward. They were incredibly helpful. Our car is still with them as they drop a new engine. Time will tell how this all works out, but to date, we feel fortunate to have found them. More later....

I am impressed with this establishment, which is rare for me! Their employees are very respectful, well dressed with shirts tucked in, and more importantly they know what they are doing. The parking lot is large and smooth. The waiting room clean, comfortable, and the air is crisp. They provided me an estimate for 4 tires mounted and roadforce balanced. The total bill was, without exaggeration, 50% less than expected. This isn't all that blew me away, it was the fact they did the prep work that is necessary for a proper balance. They cleaned the dirt off of the inside of the wheels and cleaned the mounting surface of the wheel. Plus, they even performed a brake inspection and reminded me that I desperately need to get new brakes. These professionals have earned a customer and I'm tempted to have lunch brought over to them one day just as a thank you for making my day. Edit: They also put my spare tire and the tool kit back in the spare tire well and even reattached the cargo net exactly how it was when I brought the car in. This may sound insignificant to most people, but this level of attention to detail means they have pride in their work and care about their customers. Thank You Respectfully, Frank H.

Life savers! I broke down (broken water pump belt) in St. Jay, en route to very important meeting in Maine. Rolled into Wes's 10 minutes before closing. Wes took a look, said he could get me in first thing in the morning, helped me book a hotel, lovely wife gave me a ride there, and they had me on the road by 9:30 next day. No gouging on price, just honest, helpful, good people being nice to a stranger. I just made it to my meeting. What a relief. Looks like a clean, well-organized shop run by competent folks. Highly recommended.
