Originally wasn’t completely pleased with the results, however that was due mostly to miscommunication. They took it back, re finished it for free and it came out much better. Im happy with the customer service. And will come back!

Maaco did an excellent job painting my front bumper. It seems to perfectly match the rest of the car. Their work quality was excellent and the cost very reasonable.

Jose is the man!! Had my car looking great after an unfortunate little accident. The part I ordered had some damage on it and he made sure to let me know and was able to swap it out with some factory parts to make it work. I’m sure it was some extra work for them and my estimate stayed the same! Really appreciate their quick work and help on getting my Audi looking good as new

I don’t do reviews or surveys this is one time I feel as if it is warranted. I’m happy with the paint job they did on my 2001 Silverado it looks great. But there are a couple of things I’m not happy about the first is there is a lot of sanding dust all over the inside of the cab It’s almost like Han left a window or a door open. The second is there is a hole in the center front of the dash that was not there when I dropped off my truck. In my mind if they were truly an honest and reputable business they would have told me about this and would have fixed this problem. Instead of trying to pass it off as if nothing had happened and with that in mind I’m sure that they will do nothing about this. I’m truly disappointed with the way Macco has represented themselves in this matter.

These guys do great work. I have had two vehicles that they have repaired and they did a great job on both. I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs auto body repair or paint.

I have used the Maaco at 8411 State a couple of times now and I have been impressed with their work. They matched the paint perfectly. They kept me updated on what was going on my car. Their estimate was exactly what I paid. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you!

Body work was flawless . I’m VERY picky and I’m sure I have them a run for their money BUT in the end , they cleaned -up any issues I felt were within the expectations for a non restorative paint job. I can be tuff and all personnel I came in contact with was courteous . I WOULD use them again for an affordable paint job .it brought my car back to life without breaking the bank .

I brought my truck in after crashing it, I repaired it myself, And had Maaco fix all my dents, and scratches. I was so impressed with what they'd done to my truck.Phenomenal performance, I was quoted a really good price to have it fully painted, And my truck turned out beautiful. Took our truck in for a spray in bedliner and it looks awesome. Price, communication, scheduling was all top notch. We would definitely recommend this shop for work.

I first got 2 estimates, then remembered I had used Maaco previously, so stopped there. I got an estimate there that was $700 less than my first ones. I aggreed & paid for a new bumper & the next day I was called saying they had it Now after taking my car this morning the work was completed & I drove my car home this evening. Fantastic service & great work.

My car turned out better than I expected. I almost didn't recognize it. The old paint coat was tarnished on the hood and roof for a while and I was looking for a paint place that would do a basic paint job for my Honda Pilot for a good price and maaco did and awesome job! I would definitely recommend this place for any basic paint job for a great price. Thank you so much Maaco.

I am impressed with the folks at the shop. I worked with 4 differnt guys, and wow what they achieved. If they found something that needed to be addressed, they always contacted me and asked me to come and look at what they were talking about, then they explained the reason to do the work. The truck ended up needing a lot of work that we had not planned on. I now know that it has a solid body in excellent shape. They lined the bed and put on a cover I brought in. The work they did was outstanding. This thing was red before they started. It is now a Black Cherry Ice Pearl. They were more than helpful and did things I brought up as we went along. MAACO did a great job on replacing my front bumper and belt moldings. (Baby looks good as new!) I had a few body shops say they don’t do belt moldings and finally I went into MAACO. They gave me a quote and I ordered parts within a few days. Parts came within a week and they were very efficient and prompt in getting them put on/painted as necessary. Chad was very personable and helpful-he had great communication and service. (Give that man a raise!) I will be referring my friends and family to them, and am planning on bringing my other vehicles to them in the future. Thanks Sandy MAACO!

I manage our company’s fleet and the company had changed logos so we had to switch out old logos to new logos on the trucks and going through Fleet management. It was hard to find someone to do this. Maaco stepped up has taken care of all the vehicles and has done a wonderful job and made my job so much easier

They did a pretty good job paint matching an after-market hood I bought online. I thought the paint job was good for the reasonable price paid. There were a few inclusions, BUT for the price, speed and overall quality I would absolutely go to this location again.

The guys at Maaco crushed it. Micheal and Chad were attentive, and supportive throughout the process. The end product speaks for itself. The work is fabulous.

The people at this Maaco are amazing. They were great at explaining my costs and options and were willing to work with me on a discount since I would be dissembling and assembling the truck before and after painting. They were attentive to my walk-around detailing my preferences before they got started. They got REALLY close to matching a complicated deep brown with gold highlights powdercoat color that the bed rails had already been done in. They were great at communicating and were honest about the inability to match the bed rails perfectly before they proceeded, but I was good with that and am quite pleased with the end result. They were done within a week and a half. The fit and finish, attention to detail, coverage, and gloss are all amazing. Highly recommended!

As you can see from my before and after pictures, Maaco did a really great job. It looks TONS better. I can't afford a new truck in today's economy, and my truck has low miles for it's age, so they breathed new life into it. They were originally going to replace the top altogether with a junkyard top, but found the junkyard's was just as rusty, so they took it's windshield and replaced my rock-chipped one with it so it looks new too, at no extra charge. That was a sweet bonus. The only downside was they kept it for a little over 4 weeks. After all is said and done, I'm very happy with it. Update Nov., 2024: I had purchased the 5-year warranty paint job. When I originally had this done, the front desk guy had called to let me know the junkyard cab skin was more rusty than my own, but don't worry, they can still do it and it would be covered under the warranty (he was new and inexperienced and I was dumb enough to believe him). After about 10 months, the cab started to crack and peel with rust under it (see picture). I contacted Maaco and worked with the manager. They have signs everywhere saying they don't warranty rust, but he tried hard to think of a reasonable solution and meet me halfway. The solution was to grind it down himself and do a bedliner on the cab. He said he would only charge me for the cost of the bedliner itself, and wouldn't charge for the extra labor, so he just charged me an additional $500. It has a slight orange peel texture, but I think it looks awesome! (See pictures) I have high hopes that it will last me a few more years.

Recently acquired a 2001 Chevy Silverado. It had spent a few years outside in Arizona. The AZ sun really baked the hood, roof, and top edges of the doors. Took it to Maaco in Sandy to fix just these sections and to blend the edges. I didn’t want to repaint the entire truck. Maaco did an excellent job matching the color and repainting. Finished the job in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Maaco’s services again. Informative and easy process.

They seemed pretty nice at first however they had my car for 9 days to fix a quarter panel that needed to have paint sanded off and then repainted. However all they did was just spray over the bad paint. Called me to trying to get me to allow them to fix other random spots but then took the lazy route to fix the only problem I actually needed fixed. I couldn’t let them keep my car for another ten days so I just left. Pretty disappointing. Replying down below ….You are correct you did call and ask about something I said to not fix in the quote. However the line down the quarter panel says differently. You can clearly see that you guys just painted over old paint. How else does that line get there?

They asked me to leave a review, so here it goes. Go somewhere else. Paid for the best paint package, and this is the “best” they could match deep cherry metallic on my Jeep. Thought I could live with it, but it’s horrible and sticks out like a sore thumb. Came here almost two years ago and had them paint my E30 BMW, again paid for the most expensive paint job and they painted it the wrong color. Thought I would try them again, now I have confirmation they really can’t paint match.

To Maaco in Sandy’s credit, they did throw up a lot of red flags during the process of painting my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was naïve enough to give them the benefit of the doubt because they had a 4.4 rating on Google. I will be happy if this review prevents someone from going through the same disaster I had to endure. Initial Quote I initially brought my car in to get a quote for paint. They went through the different paint options and total cost to get the job done. After hearing about my different choices, I went with the mid-level “preferred paint”. I was told if I stripped, sanded, and primed the car myself this service (with a 40% off coupon) would cost just under $800 after tax. I was told if I got it done by the end of the month (July) the turnaround time should be five business days. It sounded great, a much better alternative to buying a paint booth and doing it myself. I spent around 40 hours stripping, prepping, sanding, and priming the car for paint and brought it down to finish the job. The real quote This is where the red flags start popping up. I went in for him to give me the estimate and my $800 turned into additional “prep work” they would need to do get the car ready for painting. This is where $800 would suddenly be $2096. It was prepped down to a 300-grit sandpaper I really couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t given an explanation except it was something they had to do on all cars regardless of the prep work I did. I was left in a vulnerable spot where I couldn’t take the car anywhere else because it was in bare primer without bumpers, without decals, lights taped off and not fit to drive. I knew this and they knew it and really took advantage of me. My five days to completion also changed to a 16 days. I’m really glad this car was my secondary vehicle or that would have left me in another terrible situation. Pick Up After 16 days I went to pick up the vehicle, paid in full, and was asked to sign papers prior to me having the opportunity to see the work. I went outside and was immediately not happy with the paint work. I’m not expecting a masterpiece, I know this is Maaco, but this is bad (see quality below). I’m confident they did no prep work. What was really shocking is when I started the car, it was three times louder than when I dropped it off. I stopped the car and looked at my muffler which had the entire left side gashed wide open. I went back to say I wouldn’t take my car back damaged. This is when I was absolutely berated by four employees at once (including the owner) letting me know they did not do it. I just wanted them to pay for a new muffler. They stated they couldn’t have done it as and it was only driven to the paint booth and back. The owner told me this is why they are hesitant to take older cars. I called my muffler shop who offered a discount because the muffler was done a few weeks prior to dropping the car off at Maaco. They did agree to pay the $130 for a new muffler. Quality Prep work wasn’t done on the car as evidence of cracks, globs, over spray, and even areas where you can see primer below the paint as it wasn’t applied properly. On top of that they took the liberty to paint over chrome mirrors as well. Maaco corporate customer service I contacted customer service after words. After a long process with them they let me know Maaco corporate will not do anything. The individual locations are franchised and all refunds are at the discretion of the location. Would you guess they wouldn’t want to give me one. With that said because they are franchised I imagine some Maaco locations are good. This is not one of them.

The color was perfect. They had my car for 10 days and it looks like they rushed the paint job. A couple paint blobs, dings that should have been bondo'd and front inner fender rubs when I turn left. Will they pay for a rental for me while they fix those (maybe 2 - 3 days to fix), I really doubt it. The price was good if they would have done it right, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We dropped off my husband's truck the middle of Aug. We were told that it would be about 4 weeks, on week 6 we went to pick it up only to find imperfections and over spray. So, we had to leave it for another 2 weeks. $4,500 and 8 weeks later we got the truck back. It looks good now, but the cost and time was a but excessive. I should also mention, we had to drive up to check on the truck a few times because when we call no one answers the phone.

For the money this was a great job and they were very willing to fix mistakes however I did have to bring it back multiple times as things were overlooked. They got very close to original color and did a great job with the pin striping tape. Small overspray easy to get off and the dents they did fix are 96% perfect. Biggest thing I suggest is circle every dent you want fixed because no other ones will unless primer will fill them.
