I needed some oil asap in my car and Brad went above and beyond to help me add oil, check my oil, and clean my battery. I was very stressed and they were so helpful and made me feel at ease. I will be coming to this location specifically in the future.

Roland and Jesse (and everyone else I interacted with) were absolutely wonderful. I had quite a bit of sticker shock when replacing a battery that was going to be more than double what I was expecting. They were so empathetic, patient and kind and ended up coming with an alternative solution. Even though they were quite busy, I never felt rushed. Thanks, Jesse, Roland, and AutoZone team!

Cody was Awesome, helped us get a new battery installed, made reccomendation that made sense, and double checked if something seemed off. Fun to chat with while he did the work. This location has always kind of been our go to for automotive stuff. Thanks for the help!

My last time at this AutoZone location. I’ve been receiving inconsistent customer service here and my most recent experience was regarding spark plugs and ignition coils. I appreciate the effort in wanting to help and give advice, but the problem lies in where the advice is totally wrong and can in fact damage your engine, and at that time, I did not have the time to be lectured and “educated” on this topic, me being a certified technician myself. Although I did not relay my frustration and annoyance with the employee, and I appreciate and understand normal protocol of relaying tips and advice to the customer, the bottom line is if you don’t know what you’re talking about, just sell the customer the part—ESPECIALLY if it is technical/installation advice or tips that are totally wrong. Also—did not appreciate the attempt to upsell me on snake oil.

Cody and store manager helped me out, tremendously w issue on parts I returned under warranty and got me taken care, of quickly and easily and w great satisfaction and service from both of them. Update - had an issue changing a headlight. Ryan did not hesitate to come out and help me with the install. Great service once again. Thanks Ryan. Old review - I was getting gas close by this store and my battery died at about 7 pm and all of the auto shops were closed. After someone gave me a jump, I was able to get to the Auto Zone and was hoping to have them check my battery. They came out and the tester said the battery was bad. Without asking they offered to install my new battery for free. Alex came out of the store with his tools and changed the battery in just a few minutes. This is a great service that I did not even know they offered. Thanks Alex for the great job. I highly recommend this service and this store.

Always seems to be a long line no matter what time of day 3rd time coming in this week. The employees are pretty disappointing. Currently writing this review while waiting in line at this store! Don’t recommend this location or any autozone at all

Used to be my go-to store for my business when Aaron was managing the commercial accounts. He was THE guy, unlike the store manager. Old short guy, had plenty of bad experiences with him but today topped it all! I warrantied a battery for a customer today. He tried to type in the phone number I provided in a password field (I'm assuming his, in order to access the system) He tried like 10 times before he noticed. When he finally got to the right field he typed the phone number in wrong another 2 times. Once he finally found the account, he typed in the part number to find the purchase. After typing it in, he then proceeded to tell me that the battery wasn't purchased under this account even though I saw it flashing up after the first 3 letters he typed in. I made him search for it again, slowly typing letter by letter. He was obviously frustrated with me telling him how to do his job, but what do you know, there it suddenly was. He forgot a dash in the part number. I finally got my new battery! How is this guy a manager of any kind? He needs to be fired! Aaron went to an O'Reilly's Store up the street, and it is safe to say that he will stay my parts guy and I will doing most of my business with him and O'Reilly's

Roland and Jackie provided the greatest service today! I was very impressed by the team. Roland was kind enough to teach me a few things about preventative maintenance, pointing some things out under the hood, and I now understand how my turn signal relay works, as well as how the air intake, sensor, and other components relate. Armed with knowledge to take care of my older Honda, which is still running strong. Glad I came to this location. Jackie was able to help me weigh options for replacement parts and make the right decision. Glad their ideas converged into a solution for me, and I truly appreciate understanding my vehicle better at a fundamental level. I know he's not a mechanic - I asked - but Roland's experience and understanding were conveyed helpfully. Knowing how to better maintain my car is important to me, so this was valuable trip.

Just had the worst experience here by a lady went in around 8pm today and she was racist. Went in to replace my battery and she kept making racial comments about my race. Very unprofessional decided to walk out then to deal with her and her comments about Hispanics. Went to another auto zone and the gentleman there treated me with respect and had no issues replacing my battery. I will be filing a complaint with corporate because she had no right to make this a racial thing.

We had a flashing check engine light and the employee, Randal E. I think was the name on his name tag, was very helpful. After checking what the light was about he explained what might have caused the problem and even went out to look at the engine for us to make sure it was safe to drive

Have come to this store twice now to recycle my old oil and purchase products. The first time they couldn’t accept the used oil due to the receptacle being behind products blocking access. Then today returned to find the store locked and closed with several customers waiting in the parking lot during business hours. AutoZone has generally been my go to but this location obviously needs better management

Always awesome. I thought I was going to have to replace the battery, the gentleman that helped my at 86th and state offered to charge it. Went back 2 hours later, car started right up. Saved me $200, I am so appreciative that he was there. The first location didn't have the battery I intended to buy, the clerk at that store made no mention of the free charging service. Today's visit was a total win, just wish I had caught the gentleman's name!

I bought a Browning Outdoors steering wheel cover. Love it. Customer Service was superb. I wish I got his name, but he let me use a measuring tape to make sure everything was right. Awesome.
