I would never trust these individuals to take my vehicle anywhere. Speeding down the freeway and cutting in and out of traffic aggressively in a large vehicle while transporting someone else’s. No thanks. Avoid them at all costs. 523/2024 9:00am

I broke down an this company called me to telling me what the arrival time would be, during towing my semi an trailer that was loaded, my tractor blow a tire. The driver was understanding an let my company handle this issue, even though it was a very looooooooong process. However after everything we did finally make it back to my company yard. This is a good company and fabulous drivers. VERY DOWN TO EARTH AN UNDERSTANDING THANK FULLY!!
I called a lot of other companies to get our high centered box truck pulled out with a winch and no one wanted to do it. I only got excuses. I called these guys and their dispatcher was very pleasant to work with. She was very professional and helpful and I even got a few laughs out of the ordeal, I couldn’t remember her name but thank you. She gave me an estimated time of 30 minutes and Randy the driver arrived earlier than that. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, knew exactly what to do. Hands down very pleased, it was stressful but due to their willingness to help when others wouldn’t they greatly alleviated that stress. So thank you! I hope it doesn’t happen again but in the event it does - I know exactly who to call.
Driver tried to get us to ride in our truck why it was being towed. We refused. He was rude, unprofessional . Also ran a vehicle off the road on Interstate 15n
I’m a truck driver. I had an air leak somewhere in my system. My company contacted these guys and they sent out Jared. Jared listened and knew within seconds what the problem was and got straight to work. Problem fixed in less then 1 hour I’d say which si the fastest mechanical service I’ve ever experienced. Would definitely recommend these guys. Give Jared a raise!
In my case one of ur guys was very rude and i didnt find right that he didnt allow me to ride with him in his truck..i had to stay in my truck all the way which is ilegal...it was very bad for me back there with the truck jumping...yall should fix that
Unfortunately, we have had to call four times in a little over 48 hours to get a tow taken care of. They have no-showed THREE times. The owner was disrespectful when we were obviously a bit frustrated. I would recommend choosing a company with more professionalism and reliability.
