The sales person Alberto was exceptional in his customer service. Nick ( the owner) would receive a negative 10. Yes he's in business for a profit but you should treat your customers with honesty. The vehicle I purchased had frame damage. I was told the tire sensor was on due to tire change. I asked to change vehicles but was reassured it would drive to Las Vegas. 8 miles down the road it felt like it was going to fall apart. He didn't want to take it back. I told him I would stop payment. I tried 3 other cars. Each had bad mechanical problems. On 1 the check engine light was on. He said it just needed a gas cap. I drive it less than a block the engine pulled. The last car which I took had no check engine light on. It was dark I didn't see the rebuilt sticker in the little sticker in the corner which I thought it was the normal oil change sticker. I slept in the car not wanting to drive back to Vegas so late alone. In the morning I noticed the rebuilt sticker. I looked for the title in the paperwork. None to be found. It's illegal in Utah to sell a vehicle at a dealership without a title. He didn't mention it had a salvage title. I've made a complaint with DMV and the attorney general. He will be fined. He was angry because in 2 hrs I couldn't find a vehicle without issues. He said I was keeping him from his family being there so late. If there were no issues with the vehicles I would have been half way back to Vegas. The ordeal started at 2 pm until 8 pm. He also wanted to charge 4% processing fee for a debit payment. Which his company gets as a tax write off. He was told in business the cost you insured is a tax write off so you're getting extra money. Plus banks due charge a fee,but it's not every swipe. It's charged as a batch for 1set price. Charging a customer to patronize your business us gready because the fee you charge customers goes into your profit margin. I will not pay any business to get my business. Nick is shady. He is changing the business name to ELEMENT AUTO. Buyer beware of him. He wouldn't even give back the $40 I filled up the 1st tank with. In response to what the owner posted. Not true!!He wasn't even there. I was not given a title it was mailed to me via fedex days later. It was never disclosed a salvaged title. You sent the investigator a document I have never seen. As I stated to Ilean it's the principle of you guys lying. A good person, businessman would have just apologized. I can live with a salvaged title but not lies. Wether or not you believe in the GOD of heaven all on this earth will answer for all of our lies. Your business will fail due to your deceit and you will still have to answer to GOD. All you had to do was apologize. I have no problem spending money to prove your wrongs. Did you change your business name to element auto due to bad reviews trying to get a new start. It won't work due to the character of deceit in the business.

Bought a ford explorer and the engine blew within 2 1/2 weeks of owning it. So now no car and out 6000k.

Guys were great. Isaiah helped us mostly. Very friendly from start to finish! I'm since editing my review just shy of a year. Of course with all used cars you get what you buy. They promised a Carfax report and I didn't get it until months later. There was front end damage (even tho it had a clean title)which explains why over the early months the hood won't latch properly and there are some other issues with the front bumper being broke and it not latching with the correct clips. They're broke. One month after purchasing it I had to get all new brakes and rotors. Those are things you can't see until taken apart so I didn't know at the time of purchase. That was a very costly expense. I also waited for my plates for a couple of months. I called and spoke with my salesman twice and he said they should be mailed to me and to just wait for the DMV. After over 90 days I had to go to the DMV and get another temporary tag which took several hours at the DMV even with an appointment and a fee.I called these guys again and this time spoke with the owner,Nick. He advised me at that time my plates would not be mailed and the price I paid did not include taxes, title and licensing. Even though you pay a $400 Doc fee in addition to the price of the car. So after purchasing a 7k car with cash, I put over $600 into new brakes and rotors. I had to go back to the DMV and pay about $300 to register it and wait for my plates to be mailed. About five months into owning the car, I finally had the plates. Just know that none of this was mentioned. I would see if you can take it to a mechanic prior to purchase and that it does not include, tax, title, and license to be registered. Also keep in mind that to have the car registered with the DMV you have to take it in yourself and get the emissions done (also more money and time)to provide the DMV with showing it passed to complete your registration. If your car doesn't pass you don't know ANY of that until after the purchase, which is really risky. That all has to be done on your own. So if you're looking for an all inclusive buy, like most cars at dealers are, this isn't the one. Those things will need to be done separately by you and you don't know if you're buying a car that will pass emissions. Buy with caution. For reference I purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra SR with 75k miles. Hence why I chose that specific car. I was looking for a Nissan and the low miles were what made me purchase it. After the Carfax report was obtained it has shown the accident and that it was a 4 owner car. So it had some wear on it. I do my due diligence when making a purchase. This wasn't me misunderstanding that these things wouldn't be handled, this was misinformation given to me from my salesman.

Enjoyed my experience at Auto Auctions with Vanessa. This was the quickest ride I’ve ever purchased and I’d recommend this place of business to anyone.

Saw a consignment vehicle they advertised and walked onto their lot to take a look. Was able to look it over, test drive it, and purchase it in about an hour. Staff was helpful in pulling up CarFax to review the vehicle's history. Quick and easy transaction.

Working with Auto Auctions of America was really smooth and easy, Vanessa was super great to work with and researched multiple cars for me until I found the one for me. Thank you so much for making my car purchase less stressful. 10/10 would recommend.

We didn’t stay here very long and only test drove one car which was in pretty rough condition even with the higher miles. The lady we spoke to was nice but the customer service was basically non-existent. She then proceeded to ask us how we planned to purchase which felt a bit awkward. It all seemed a bit unorganized as well. It wasn’t an awful experience, but we were overall unimpressed.

Vanessa was really pleasant to work with and even though we came by late they were more than willing to help us out! The process of buying the car was easy and smooth all throughout.

Vanessa at Auto Auction of America was fantastic! She was honest, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I bought a van that had a cracked windshield and they took care of it right away. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable place to buy a vehicle.

I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Auto Auctions of America, and overall, I had a great experience. The process was smooth, and I’m very happy with the car I got. Nick, Isaiah, and Ayleen were especially helpful throughout the process—they were professional, kind, and made sure I felt supported. At times, responses to my inquiries were a little slow, but whenever I did get in touch with them, they were attentive and took good care of needs. All in all, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Auto Auctions of America for anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle.

Worst customer service out there. Bought a car from them today within a hour of getting it the check engine light popped on took it back they said car is sold as is but was selling as is with no issues and a brand new oil change. Nate/ Travis whatever his name is would not reccomend going to this place they will steal your money and say oh well deal with what you got. They will not help you they just want money DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! Update. Well your employee that is at the desk had a shirt on that said Travis Mitchell and I didn’t buy the car your right you sold my wife a vehicle that had many error codes and when we brought it back your employee “Travis/nate” is what he told me and my father in law that he can’t help with it because it’s sold as is. Stop clearing codes and selling cars that have issues JUST FIX THE CAR AND GET YOUR MONEY THE RIGHT WAY maybe his name was nick who knows but horrible customer service all around

My daughter saved and bought her a car from here. The car didn’t even make it home. Nick the manager refused to help her or put her in something else. Go anywhere but here for used vehicles

I had a great experience here. Out of all my options they were the easiest to finance with, the easiest to communicate with and very open with any and all questions. Nic made getting a good car painless and I’m real grateful to have found this place!

I had an incredible experience with the team at Auto Auctions of America! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and were always available to assist with any concerns. The selection of vehicles was top-notch, and I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Auto Auctions of America, for going above and beyond!

The vehicle I bought was on consignment from another dealer. The inside was not very clean and reeked of cat urine. I ended up getting it, hoping I would be able to find a way to get the smell out. Got it home and uh, planned on.Starting by replacing the cab filter. When I removed the cover, I found a rat's nest about the size of three football end to end long across the whole dash. Complete with chewed up bits of cat food, insulation pad dampener, and feces. Filled a kitchen garbage bag, a third of the way.

The place is a literal junk yard. Every car we drove had massive issues. Had obviously been wrecked. And all other sorts of drivability issues. Not worth the prices they are asking plus a 400 dollar “doc fee”.

I had been somewhat apprehensive due to the term "Auctions" in the name, but I had a great experience. Nick was super helpful throughout the process and lined me up with a lender that offered me a great financing rate, despite my less than perfect credit. It was a very smooth process and I really like the Audi I purchased.

This is the first time I go to an auto auction. I was looking for a specific car that I saw online. I found this girl in the desk with a big smile and happy to help. She talked to me about their finance, or if the car was low value I had to pay cash. And there is when my disappointing comes and I don't give 5 stars. The car was still there but it wasn't for sale due to a mechanical problem. So, why advertise it if can't be sold? The rest was great. She walked with me around and showed me other options, even gave me an updated list with prices, etc. I'm planning to come back and buy a car here when I can, I need to save some money but it will be worth. If your options are limited, go to this place, they will help you for sure.

I bought a salvaged title car here and 10k miles later the dual clutch went out. I was stuck paying for it as it wasn't covered by any warranty. The car has multiple other issues as well. They are nice here but I feel that they sell bogus cars.

Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind. They listened to what I was looking for, and what was important to me and found me a car that fit all my needs. Honestly didn't expect to drive off the lot in my new vehicle but was so pleased that I did!

They got me for $300.00 too. by telling me that they needed 300.00 deposit to make a phone call to the owner of car to make an offer and not to worry it would be be refunded if the offer was not accepted, and applied to purchase price ,so i told her to make the offer and think about a minute later she comes back and says "congratulations" they accepted,at no time did i say we wanted it ,but they kept my 300.00 because the "offer was accepted." I never signed agreeing to anything. I will be reporting to the better business Bureau & Gephart tomorrow.. what there doing is morally not right

I bought a car with a warranty on the engine for any repairs costing over 700.00. The next day i took it to a shop only to find out it had a rear main engine seal leak. I got 5 estimates from five shops for the work. all of them came in above $700.00. the average cost was $970.00 So I took the car back to Auto Auctions of America. They took the car to their in house shop and came back with an estimate for 675.00 for the repairs. And would not honor their warranty. If you buy a car from these guys bring your mechanic and be ready for a bunch of problems. your better off staying away and buying from a private seller or a dealership. The rear main engine seal was just the tip of the ice burg. I evenly sold the car at a loss to a mechanic. This place is as shady as they get stay away and leave your wallet at home.

Beware! they scammed us out 300.00 before we new it ,by telling us that they needed 300.00 deposit to make a phone call to the owner of car to make an offer and not to worry it would be be refunded if the offer was not accepted, and applied to purchase price ,so we told them to make the offer and think about 3 min later he comes back and says "congratulations" they accepted,at no time did we say we wanted it ,but they kept our 300.00 because the offer was accepted . total scam ! they deal in vehicles that are junk .that you are not allowed to test drive beyond their yard
