This place is horrendous I just left this place worse experience of my life. I know it’s a junk yard but I should have just bought my parts brand new. Then there is a horrible environmental charge. Highway robbery at this place going core charge for literally everything no warranty on nothing unless you wanna pay more money. I suggest buying new.

The only thing I like about this yard is it's conveniently close to me. Otherwise I'm not a fan. 3 dollar entry fee, overcharging for parts, charging people for a warranty when they may not want one and not telling them, yard upkeep is terrible, and staff is more interested in their phones or talking to each other then helping you out. Spend the extra time and go to Tear apart on redwood road. I've had 0 issues with them and their yard upkeep is the best around.

My husband went into the west valley location. He pulled a headlight and took it up front to pay for it. The cashier lady told him it was $50. He agreed. Then when she looked at it again she said “oh it’s an HD light now it’s $89” My husband said he didn’t want it for that price. So she turned and threw it in the garbage behind her. What business doesn’t want to make money? You are going to throw things away that people are willing to buy at the initial price given? He even said he only need some of the parts of the headlight and asked if he could just take those she told him no that it was $89 no matter what. Not only was she incredibly rude and unprofessional, that’s not a great way to run a business.

Been here 3 times now and you couldn’t ask for a more racist and lazy staff. I went in there today to try to return some brake rotors I bought and I was denied the return that they promise you. After getting denied my return I was called a stupid white boy by one of the staff members and threatened by another. Also if you are Mexican prepare to get your entire bag ripped apart when trying to buy parts. When I was checking out the time I had been there previously the four people in front of me witch happened to be Mexican had there bags ripped apart and were boarder line getting yelled at by the staff and when we got up there to check out no one even glanced at out bags and we were told to have a nice day. This place is a joke and don’t even wast your time here and yes the other reviews our correct. 3 dollar per person entrance fee, most parts are very over priced and good luck getting the staff of there phones to even pay the 3 dollar fee to get in. 1 star is not a bad enough of a review for this place just go to pic n pull if you need parts.

The employee that got me signed in and set up literally didn’t look up from her phone or assist me in any way. No warmth, no welcome. The only reason I knew what to do was because I’d just been to the local Tear-a-part to find parts. That said, they had far more inventory and I was able to find what I needed for a great price.

They have a huge selection, and most of their stuff is not picked over at all which really is helpful when you need to get something that would otherwise be taking all ready from other yards. But the reason for that is probably because the downside.... The downside is that just like tear a part, the prices absolutely suck, and the nickel and dime you for all sorts of random stuff. An example. I got a piece of trim that had a folding lid on it that would be for an ashtray but the ashtray, wasn't even there, they charged me for it still because the trim has an cover for it... That isn't removable. You come here if you're desperate and willing to overpay, that's all there is too it. Also 4x4 actuators or $50 and their website doesn't even say they're that much. Do they forget you can get brand new ones for $5 more

Had the part I needed and was well mapped out to find the 7 options of vehicles that possibly had the part I needed. All front end staff was friendly and helpful, warranty was explained as well as the core charge. Will do business again if the need arises.

I love coming to the junkyard to get what I need, but am sad that lately prices have taken a turn, even to get into the yard is up a $1 more than it was, just seems ridiculous, I came in to get a front and rear bumper and was disappointed to hear that the prices had doubled since last remembering what they were a couple of years ago. Hopefully prices reduce in the future. Coming to the junkyard is the whole point of getting a better price than ordering a part online. To pay similar of not more prices seems saddening to know when parts are already expensive enough.

This place is the place to go if you are on a budget and in need of use auto parts. I bought a car battery here that was only a year old. And the price was less than half of what ya pay normally. Some dude name Orlando helped us and it was FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!! I will definitely be get all my use car parts here in the future!

Went there because it was the only junk yard that had the model of car I was looking for. MANDATORY $6 ENTRY FEE even if you don't find what you're looking for. The junk cars are raised off the ground by the frames, so you'll have a tough time getting those rusty lugs off the tires if the emergency break doesn't engage them. Took me three hours to get three front wheels off. Wish I could use power tools but they don't provide a source of power. THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY SINGLE THING, down to the number of rusty lugs you've collected. If you find something in great condition, be ready to pay a premium. The two great tires I found and took off AND hauled to the front were only slightly cheaper than brand new tires from Discount Tires. Bought a hubcap because my car was missing some, because they wouldn't even let me take it outside to see if it fits. Turns out that it didn't, but sense I didn't PAY FOR THE WARRANTY (that doesn't even last for a week), I couldn't return it for a full refund. Never bought those tires, by the way. I decided to save some extra cash and just get new ones. But I still needed to PAY FOR THE RESTOCKING FEE. Seriously? You charge me to get in, I spent the last three hours looking for and collecting the tires, and when I won't pay for your ridiculous prices you'll charge me for not buying them? How about you go out there and find the parts I'm looking for, take them off, and bring them to the front for me to pick up? Then I'll pay your ludacris charges. But you'll probably charge me double for doing those things yourself, so instead I'll just go somewhere else. Goodbye forever until you change management to something reasonable.

Advertise a labor day sale, post a sign saying they will close at 4:30pm on labor day and walk up to the building at 4pm and they state they are close. Won't even let us in to ask a question. Rude customer service on top of a $3 entrance fee. Won't be coming back.

Awful experience here. Not to be that "Chad" or male Karen but they took my ID because they couldn't accept cash ($100) for the entrance fee and when I left they didn't give it back. I have tried over a dozen times now calling them and still nothing. I call head quarters and they just transfer me to West Valley who then doesn't answer. I live a hr away so don't want to drive up just to not be able to get my ID l. They gladly took my $100 when paying for parts though

Outrageous prices! examples, I needed a grill for an 06 trailblazer they wanted $80, bought new for $39. bumper cover they wanted $80, brand new was $90. fog lights in the bumper cover were extra 15 each ordered brand new with bulbs $27 for the pair. this place is a waste of time no savings and you pull it yourself go to another junk yard save some money

Great staff!! And really good selection! However… they wanted 100$ for a small grill a valance and one taillight off a f150!! I can get all of those parts brand new for that!! I had to leave the taillight there. It’s a decent place other than the prices. Do not go if you think you’re going to get a good deal.

This place is great. It cost 2.00 to get in and then you have to navigate through the grave yard of cars that have seen better days. The staff s not the friendliest but efficient. We where able to buy 4 used tires, brake rotator and an alternator. We had to go back for water pump but we were not able to get it off the car because it was closing time. So must go back again. I did however see 2 gentleman there going thru each car and pulling out backseats looking for change. Not sure how much they found that day but hopefully it's enough to cover the 2 dollar entrance fee. That made me smile. I would have never thought to go thru each car looking. In the past when I've had to pull our car seat out I did find 4.00. Maybe that should be my new side job. Also the bathroom is a porterpotty, so go before you come here. Taco truck out front today, but not sure if that's an everyday thing.

Each and time I have been to pull and save, I have found parts I need. The staff is friendly and respectful. I have had great success with the parts I have found, pulled, and purchased. It would be nice if pull and Save had prices comparable to pick n pull, and when a customer does pay for a warranty, more than 45 days is kind of a slap in the face when PNP GIVES 30 days on the purchase and a 1 year for an added 1/3 the price of the purchase. I apologize if that offends anyone. PNP Is your better competitor.

They charge you for warranty which is not to charge and they have to give you free warranty at least for one month but they keep charging you and they are rude not all of them but some of those employees they are looks like a they are big boss and talk to customer like very bad.

I paid an extra eight dollars for a warranty on an ac compressor, which they would not honor. The compressor would not clear my valve covers so I could not use it. The part was very dirty and l greasy so I cleaned it up in preparation to fit it up to my engine like anybody would however marks were still visible if you were to look closely, the girl working the counter said by washing the compressor I also washed my warrantee away. I feel pretty ripped off not because they had rules to enforce but because the girl working the counter was unwilling to spend an extra 3 seconds looking at the visible marks and basically accused me of forgery. I left feeling cheated out of 50.00. Don’t plan on cleaning parts if you expect any type of warranty. I am typically very easy going and understanding person but this really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. See pictures.
