Bought a car 6 months ago from them. We had our mechanic check it out and it was put together well (being a rebuilt title). Service was great and they addressed our concerns. We have loved the car! Would consider buying here again.

Do not buy from this place! The guy is a creep and tried to use a car sale to hook up and meet my daughter. After I told him no to a rebuilt title car he messaged my daughter agin to talk more with her. She told him no and she has a boyfriend. He messaged back and asked to meet up with her. He has been reported! I don't want anyone else getting trapped with this guy.

I bought a Subaru Outback at Urban Auto and had a great experience. Leo was kind and answered all of my questions. I got a great deal and I’m happy with my decision. I would recommend buying a car here.

I bought a car from here last December and would definitely recommend the place. The car I bought was in great condition and the owner of the dealership knows his stuff and is honest. He is easy to talk to and happy to lend you a hand. I brought the car back to him a few months later for a problem with the Heating/AC system. He didn’t have to help me but he was happy to do so. He fixed it and gave me a great deal on the price. I highly recommend getting a car from here if you’re in the market and will recommend buying from here to my friends!

I have purchased 2 cars from Urban Auto (Leo) and have been happy with both purchases. One was Ford Fiesta, which to this day has had no problems. Still looks like a brand new car. The other was a Toyota Rav 4. We had problems with the air conditioner and Leo resolved the issue. He is honest and a genuinely nice person. You can't beat Urban Auto and Leo, for a used car!!

Mixed feelings writing this review… purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester 60k miles from Urban Auto less than a week ago. Already have had to pay 3k $ worth of repairs on the vehicle!!! Feel blind sided after I took the car out for an extensive test drive and had all my questions answered and was reassured the vehicle was in good shape. I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with it until about two days after I had bought it. If you know your cars and can spot abnormal stuff hiding under the hood feel free to take the risk and purchase a vehicle from urban auto.. Update : Leo was fantastic at resolving the situation! Thank you urban auto!! 5 stars!

I only have one hesitation in writing this review; if everyone knew how good these guys are, and took their car to them for repairs and fixes, the line would be out the door for a year. It is so hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Leo and his team are the most honest and genuine individuals I have ever come across in the auto industry. They know there stuff inside and out, and truly care about, and love cars. They will treat your car like they were fixing it for themselves. Could not be happier with the service I received.

Great service and just what I wanted getting a car. Sometimes there is so much back and forth but with Urban I got in had a chance to drive the car, went over the accident and repairs with Leo and he left it at that. I had the facts and just needed to make a decision. I bought the car from Urban Auto and I am happy I did.

Buying a car from Urban Auto was probably the most painless, quick and easy process I have experienced from a car dealership. Leo was friendly and upfront about the history of the cars. I looked at a few cars and felt comfortable with the one I chose. I have had my car for a few months now and still love everything about it. This was an amazing car buying experience! The car was a salvage title and the dealer showed me the before and progress pictures without even asking. He also texted me his out the door cost without haggling back and forth. His price was extremely fair and its been a great buy so far. They were even offering to help resolve any issues that popped up 3 weeks after the purchase without me reaching out. They were just checking in. Highly recommended.

I was really nervous bout a "Branded Title" but Leo answeredall my questions, had multiple views of the damage to the vehicle I purchased, and a list of all repairs done to my vehicle. He wasn't pushy and let me take my time until i felt comfortable to move forward. My mechanic said its in very good shape. I have had no issues with my truck and im very satisfied. I'll be looking to buy here again for my next vehicle.

I bought a car from Urban Auto and I´m nothing but happy about the process. They do good work there. I texted the owner about the car, and the next week I was picking up the car. A few weeks later I got the license plate and the car is all registered. Great people, great work.

Leo at Urban Auto was excellent to work with on our recent car purchase. Throughout the buying process he gave us good detail about the car and the work done. Leo was amazing, he do business professionally and I never felt any pressure while I was talking to him compared to other dealership. He cares alot about customer service!! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were honest and upfront about everything. They were not the stereotypical high pressure used car salesmen. They were open about everything including doc fees registration and other costs that you are usually blindsided by. I would purchase my next vehicle here, and I will point my friends in this direction when they’re looking for a vehicle.

They care about the customer and cars. No deception. Everything was as said it would be. Leo is great to work with. Would buy again from them. Also, Leo is a math major. You know mathematicians work hard to get it right. :)

Bought a Toyota Prius from here. The dealer let me take it to the Toyota dealership for an inspection. The guys at Toyota said it was fixed to manufactured standards. Pretty good deal.
