First time experience here. Great job repairing my 2023 Toyota Corolla. Fixed quickly and professionally. Minor problem after I came home but the lady (Hailey?) dealt with it promptly. Definitely recommend. Before photo enclosed.

The ladies that work here are exceptional. They helped me through a really tough time after my truck was totaled from an accident. Very helpful and just wonderful people.

Just had the Murray Gerber Collision do some work on my car. They were all so pleasant to deal with and did really quick and good job on my car. They tried to contact me about some damage on the right side of my bumper that was not caused by the person who hit my car on the left side wanting to know if seeing as how they had the paint already would I like them to fix it also. My internet was down and I did not get the message until a day later. They decided to just go ahead and fix it and did not charge me for it. WOW! How's that for great service? I will recommend them everyone I know. Thanks Gerber Collision.

This is the best repair shop I’ve worked with. Shannon was so helpful and communicative, my vehicle was done 2 weeks sooner than expected, and you wouldn’t even know anything ever happened to my car. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Again, HUGE shoutout to Shannon. She took care of all my questions and needs so well and professionally!!

They've had my car since January 11th it's been OVER a month! I had to keep contacting Shannon myself because I NEVER received any updates and even after informing Shannon I wasn't receiving any of her emails she supposedly sent so I gave her a different email address and I still NEVER received any emails updates! I've had to continuously call the shop for updates and every time Shannon said she'd call me back with updates I NEVER received any calls backs!! This is RIDICULOUS! I'm paying out of pocket for a rental car even though I have full coverage so that's been a joke and I've informed Shannon that I'm paying for a rental car you'd think she'd be more on top of things....This is the worst experience I've ever had!

Sooo professional thorough and quick! They were a gem to work with and kept giving me updates via text which I loved. If you have a rental you can drop it off there and they will call the rental company to pick it up! Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but for car repairs shop great people!

I am very pleased with the service and quality I experienced at Gerber Collision in Murray. Shannon was informative and helpful and the entire staff made it great experience. I am happy with the way my Tacoma looks after repairs!!

Horrible. Zero stars if it would let me. It is as if they just painted over our damages on our back bumper from a car running into us. They didn't smooth it out at all. They scratched our leather steering will and the car wash looked like a 5 year old did it with a dirty rag.

I arrive 15 min late for mine appointment due to almost being involved in another collision on the trip down and was received with a rude response from the receptionist. She rudely told me that “They have other appointments and I would need to reschedule” without so much of a chance to explain what happened. I walked out upset by the unprofessional attitude and do not recommend this business.

Update: back again because of some damage to my passenger door. Won't take my car anywhere else!! Nov 2016 They've done an amazing job on my car!! A week after I bought my car, a shopping cart rammed the passenger side as I drove by on the street passing Smith's! Couldn't open my passenger door, good as new! Then 8 months later a lady rear ended me, so I went back to Gerber, they made sure everything was inspected and fixed! Beautiful job! And they guarantee their work!! Thank you for everything!!

Incredible work on my car. Was hit while parked and even with the long lead times they still kept me informed on progress and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Looks better than before the accident.

They have had my car for 2 months. While I did have to get extensive repairs due to getting into an accident. They took over 2 weeks to look at it. That's after my insurance and I getting after them to start. After they started I received messages saying everything is on track but on the last day I get a message it will be another week. They were going to leave my car at another company to do the alignment (after me telling them not to in case it was broken into). They have no regard for keeping on track or informing me of any delays. I knew it would take some time to repair my car. I didn't know they would have to be babysat by my insurance company and I for any progress or communication. I strongly suggest anyone to go somewhere else.

I haven’t even received my car back and I feel the need to write a review. At this point I’m hoping the work they’ve done blows me away cause the customer service just ain’t it. They’ve had my car just about 2 weeks and can’t give me any answers. I’m upset because I’ve worked with Gerber with a previous car before and it was awesome. I’m by no means saying Gerber is bad, I’m just saying if you want the best work on both ends go to the salt lake west temple location.

Jacob was wonderful to work with. He was very kind and accommodating, kept me updated on the status of my repairs, and completed everything very quickly. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my car back quickly.

Went in for a preliminary estimate prior to insurance involvement for a few minor featherable scratches and a couple dents smaller than a nickel each on my passenger side doors due to an item falling against my vehicle while in a garage. I was told by Mike that I’d have the estimate emailed to me later that day. After not receiving any email, I made another appointment elsewhere. I went back the following day to see if perhaps the email was misspelled. No one was in the lobby. I waited 5 or so minutes till they searched my name and email to be told an estimate was never written, but I would get an email soon. When I finally received the estimate, it had twice the labor hours per panel than the other facility. Being ICAR certified myself, and an industry professional, this would not be acceptable service no matter an invoice total. I will be getting my car repaired elsewhere and suggest you get an additional estimate elsewhere too.

I originally wasn't very happy with my experience at Gerber. I left a negative review initially, but Jay at Gerber reached out to me and made it right, he went above and beyond to fix the issue and I really appreciate it when people do that. If you go to Gerber, make sure you chat with Jay, he's a good dude.

They repaired my vehicle after I hit a deer. They replaced two doors and my mirror, repainted areas, and got some dents out. You can't even tell I hit anything! And they got it all done within a week. Great place to go.

I was so happy with Gerber! My truck didnt need a ton of work, but what needed to be done had been driving me crazy for a few weeks. From the second I stepped into the office they were amazing! They quoted the work that needed to be done and ordered the part before I even set an appointment to actually come in and have it completed. It was really reasonably priced, they gave me a ride to work when I dropped my truck off, kept me updated with texts throughout the day, and called when it was finished. When I picked it up the recognized me before I got out of my friends car and ran brack to bring it up front. I was already really happy with everything and then when I got in to drive away I realized they had also completely cleaned the interior and exterior of my truck. Not only was the work exemplary but the staff was incredibly nice and personable as well. If I ever need additional work done I will definitely go back! Thanks Gerber!

My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision last year, after I accidentally damaged my car. My experience with Gerber Collision was not great. The repair took substantially longer than insurance had estimated and longer than Gerber had promised. They didn't order necessary parts to complete the repair on time. They damaged my Subaru during the repair and then tried to claim it wasn't their fault, before finally admitting it was and repairing it. They attempted to charge me for work that should have been covered by insurance. They had terrible rental cars that any other business would have been absolutely embarrassed to loan out to customers. Gerber Collision failed on so many levels and my experience working with them was awful. Customer beware!

American family recommended this place since their client crash into me. They did a good job with the two doors but details they are not careful. My driver side tint window got scratch, driver door panel vibrates which it never did and annoying. Scratches top roof of my car some were tape marks.

I would give 10 stars if I could! These guys were able to get my car done a week earlier than they planned so I could move and not have to come back for my car. The mechanics and front desk staff were all so helpful and polite, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond! My car looks amazing, was looking brand new when I picked it up freshly vacuumed and cleaned. Thank you everyone at Gerber Collison Murray!!

Everyone was AMAZING to work with, from start to finish. I called originally because another auto body shop couldn’t even do my estimate for 2 WEEKS!!! (Ridiculous right???) But Jennifer was great on the phone and said to come right in. Then she did the estimate in anout 5 minutes and scheduled my car repair for a couple days later. They arranged for a rental and worked directy with the car insurance. I picked up my car today and the car looks better than new! THANK YOU!!

Excellent repair work. After having the bumper torn from our Mazda 3, Gerber did the repairs. I can't even tell the car was ever damaged. They dip amazing work.

DO NOT bring your car here. This place messed up my jeep. I was lead here by Met Life and they were supposed to replace my front bumper guard and fix a dent. Instead, they call me and say they can't find one and sent me a sorry check instead. Not only that, when I got my jeep back, the brakes felt weird and it started to make whirring and clicking noise. I take it back with concerns, only for them to tell me that they were to fix the dent and nothing else. A couple weeks later, it stops starting altogether and now I need a new alternator, pulley bearing and other pains. Shame on this place and shame on the staff for being sketchy. I'm more upset at MetLife for leading me to this sorry place. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I NEVER leave reviews!

I hit a deer driving through Tooele early one morning. Gerber Collision & Glass were referred to me and I am so happy I listened to the referral. These people really care about their customers and give great service. They kept me updated through out the whole process with phone calls or text messages. They even detail cleaned my car shining the tires, cleaning the rims, vacuumed out the interior, the car was returned in a cleaner condition then I had left it in. They have an amazing partnership with Enterprise who picked me up to get a rental and then allowed me to leave my rental with the body shop in stead of playing musical cars after I was done with the rental. Truly amazing experience, completely seamless and easy. I will be referring them to my friends for any future needs.

I was in a collision that was my fault. My insurance company led me here, and I have to say, I'm quite glad that they did. Everyone that I dealt with from Gerber was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. They were very accommodating of anything related to my situation, and even gave me a loaner car to use for the week that my car was in the shop. They finished my repairs ahead of scheduled, and communicated updates almost daily via email or call. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
