I had a very difficult job— a vintage camper with a buckled leaf spring (imagine part of the suspension drops and the whole camper tilts) that needed towing from Austin to Elgin and fast. Not only did the driver do an amazing job, going above and beyond to get creative in how to load, unload, and secure my broken baby, and was extremely professional, but their customer service was unparalleled, they were very available, communicative, and flexible, and had the a super BEST price around bar none! I couldn’t be happier with my service and am thrilled my girl is safely in her new home. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
Not ONLY THE BEST TOWING Company in Austin I’ve dealt with…but they have the BEST RATES!!! Their customer service was ABOVE & BEYOND what I EVER expected. Once I made contact with them they updated me when they were on their way, after vehicle was picked up they updated both my daughter & that it had been dropped off at requested location. A couple of hours later they followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend if you need a tow!!!

Rodriguez Towing helped me out with my 1994 Chevy Silverado. While I was driving on I-35 my transmission broke down. I called Rodriguez towing and before I knew it he pulled up and helped me out.
Had an electrical issue with my F150 downtown at night and couldn't start my truck. I was referred to RTS by a friend and they got me within 30min and gave a reasonable quote to tow to dealership, which seems to be harder and harder to find.
Thanks again to RTS, would recommend and I know who I'll be calling if I need a tow again.
