Explaining that an offer on a car is low because of not being a used car dealer but because of buying it for parts is an extremely poor excuse and it has been in this industry for decades. Cars are worth many times more when parted out than as a whole car. Offering just a few hundred dollars for a car because you're buying it for parts is shameful. You should be offering MORE for a car for parts than a used car dealer. Some cars are worth 10 to 15 times more in the sum of their parts rather than as a whole car.
Just because y’all argue back at customers on reviews you get 1star I was going to call and sell my 2017 infinity for parts but after reading reviews I’ll pass. Feel free to argue back with me too and make it seem y’all aren’t the problem for future ppl that read this lol y’all garbage
Horrible service ! I called to sell an extra vehicle I no longer need, battery is the only issue on the vehicle. Unfortunately the woman on the other end of the line was a bit rude . she asked what was I asking for the vehicle I responded $500.00. She said that she could not offer me that due to it being a 2002 . So I asked her what will she offer, which her response was if I wanted $500.00 then I should try craigslist ! Again I asked her what would she offer me for the vehicle and got No answer. Seriously a wast of my Time !!
I give them two stars because my car will still be sitting in the parking lot. Sophie offered me $100.00 for a car that is in running condition. This was after she said all the quote specialist were gone for the day. All it needs is a battery and you quote me a $100.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU CALL THEM WASTE OF TIME.
Simply great experience. I called them on the phone around 5:30 and had cash in hand by 8:30 the same night, at a price way above my initial expectations. The fellow who worked with me was professional, polite, and funny! Nobody looks forward to junking a car, but these guys made it easy.
Avoid using this place. They just jerk you around. They gave me a price and then low-balled me once they got there when they said they wouldn't do that on the phone. I was expecting this company to have great service because of the reviews but I was very let down. I cannot recommend this company
We just had the most positive experience selling our old truck that would not pass State inspection. One very pleasant phone call; a very positive experience with the young man who picked up our truck; he picked up the tuck at the time that worked for us; the entire transaction was so easy and so good feeling. Fair price - paid cash. I highly recommend this company.
