I recently had an excellent experience with Rockwall Auto Repair. I’m so pleased with the fast and efficient service. Lance got down to the problem immediately, which I really appreciated. He didn’t pressure me to get it done which made the experience much more comfortable. He was very nice and professional throughout the process. Plus, the prices were fair. Lance handled my car problem with speed and efficiency. Took it in on a Friday and it was ready good as new by Tuesday morning. Can’t say enough about him and his crew. Showed me the issue, tips on how to prevent from happening again, and even suggested a few other fixes to help me out long term. Really cares about his customers and will definitely be going back should the need arise and will suggest him to all my friends with car trouble.

I brought my 2020 Lexus here because I thought I had a problem with the front axle shaft. The owner Lance and I did a test drive and then he inspected it on his lift. He could find no issues and confirmed I needed nothing! He sent me on my way free of charge! Very respectful and professional work with!!

I can’t rave enough about Rockwall Auto Repair! During a holiday week, when most places are closed or too busy to help, they went above and beyond for us. My son’s truck check engine light came on while he was out getting oil change supplies. After diagnosing the issue as a thermostat problem, I called Rockwall Auto Repair to see if they were open. To my surprise, Mr. Lance answered and told us to come on over. He was upfront about possibly not finishing the repair the same day due to the holiday weekend but assured us it would be ready by Monday. We appreciated the honesty and were okay with adjusting our plans. Throughout the process, Mr. Lance kept us informed about the findings, the timeline, and the cost. To our delight, he called us later the same day to let us know the repair was done, the truck was running perfectly, and he finished my son’s oil change! I noticed a rough noise on my front brakes 4-5 days ago that continued getting louder and definitely more obvious. I was not able to get them looked at until today due to my work schedule. I knew my brakes were fried. I showed up to Rockwall Auto Care in desperation right before lunchtime, afraid to continue driving my car the rest of the week. I walked into an impressively clean shop and was greeted immediately by the owner, Lance, and his assistant. I explained my issue, and he listened without judgement. He was very professional and accommodating, and was on the phone procuring the parts I needed, giving me an estimate within 15 minutes. I returned a few hours later to brand new brakes and rotors. The deep scrapes in the front rotor were obvious it needed replacement. The whole experience from beginning to end was how every interaction of this kind should be. The kindness shown to me and stress-free interaction was amazing, as women aren't usually treated with such respect at a mechanic shop. My truck broke down on the way to work. I called Rockwall Auto Repair and the owner Lance answered. Not only were they able to get my truck in right away but he helped me arrange a tow service and billed the tow so it could be added to my repair bill which allowed me to get an Uber to work and get on with my day. Lance gave me updates along the way. His communication was outstanding. He was fair with his prices and he and his staff were knowledgeable and helpful. From start to finish the service was exceptional. They won my business. I’m new to the area and having an honest mechanic that provides great service is such a breath of fresh air.

The gentleman that owns this place is awesome. He isn't on 200% energy trying to sell you everything. He simply looks, quotes, and fixes. I went to another local commercial mechanic and they quoted me DOUBLE what this man did. He has repaired 3 different cars of mine and I now use him solely. Great guy, FAST repairs, and his assistant seems too notch as well. The place isn't full of the newest Tech or anything but they can sure fix cars!

I wouldn’t even waste your time looking for another shop in the area. These guys were extremely nice and professional, but more importantly they got the job done fast and didn’t fix/repair parts unnecessarily. I had my AC serviced and windshield wiper fluid lines fixed on my old F250. These guys charged me less than what they originally quoted me for because they found that some of the parts didn’t need to be replaced. If you’ve been to any shops around town, you know this is VERY uncommon. They even recommended some things I could do by myself to improve my truck. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ll be referring all my friends and family here.

I've always been anxious to take my car for repairs, because I'm female. Now that I've found Rockwall Auto Repair, that anxiety is gone. Lance is efficient, knowledgeable, professional, kind, respectful, and honest. I thought my minivan was toast, but after a day with Lance, it's running as smooth as ever. And it's been a couple of weeks since it was repaired and no issues. It is a comfort to know I have a place to go to that I can totally trust.

They did an amazing job!!!! I took my car in to have a tune-up. Lance called us with updates during the process to let us know what he was finding but at no point did he pressure us to spend more. They completed the work earlier than we were told and the end price was even less than he quoted originally. They explained what was wrong and showed us the old parts as he was explaining the issues. He even quoted further work, that I requested, at a far more reasonable rate than we originally thought it would cost us. We will continue to take our vehicles to Rockwall Auto Repair and you should definitely give them a try too!

The shop owner is so kind, professional, and understanding. He consistently updated me on my car and was honest and transparent about the work and costs. Even though they were busy, he fixed my car and got it back to me in no time. I’m super impressed with this shop and their work, definitely will use them again if I have ANY car problems!!

This place is great. I took my son's car there because it had several issues going on. Lance diagnosed it within an hour and quoted me a price. The very next day the car was ready. Lance and Jason are great. Super friendly and provide great service. My wife's car needed a new starter and took it to them at 7:30 in the morning and they had it replaced and back to me by 10:00 the same morning. Lance even came to pick me up from my house. Will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Took a vehicle I was looking to buy here based off all the good reviews. I couldn’t be more thankful I made the right decision. The owner took the time to look it over himself and gave me a list of items that needed to be considered along with a quote for his best estimation of the repairs. Solid advice. I did not end up purchasing the Jeep and could have gotten myself in a vehicle that I would have had to spend a bunch of money on. Charged a fair price for the service as well. I am so happy I found Rockwall Auto Repair! We just moved to the area and I needed special care and attention for my vintage Mercedes. They took such good care of “her,” talked me AND my husband through all of the necessary repairs she needed and didn’t try to add more services that she didn’t need. I decided to try Rockwall auto repair because of the reviews I had read. My vehicle’s A/C went out, and in this heat, it needed to be fixed. I stopped by Monday evening, they told me exactly what was wrong with it, called me back the same day to find the best deal on parts, called me back on Tuesday to let me know the parts were in, and installed on Wednesday! These gentlemen are very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service, and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you gentlemen for a quick, and job well done!
