It is a rare occurrence for me to give a [review] on anything , however, I’m going to make an exception to the rule when it comes to [Christian Brothers Auto] located in Rockwall, Texas.
I called Chad about an issue I was having with my van and he suggested I drop by and leave it with them, I did.
By 11:00am the next day the problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly - back on the road in no-time!
The price for the repair was very reasonable!
** I was really impressed with the overall end-to-end {vehicle inspection report}, very detailed, and there were other items/issues I need to get done, however, there was no upselling pressure to do so..…just noted on the report for future consideration.
I wholeheartedly endorse Christian Brothers Auto in Rockwall…for their “HONESTY” and professionalism!
Such friendly service and they provided daily updates via phone call as to progress on my repairs and estimated cost. They had my car repaired in a reasonable amount of time and also provided a shuttle to and from a nearby car rental place. Would definitely recommend.
Had a great experience for my first visit with Christian Brothers Automotive. Tony Jackson was awesome and did a great job on the servicing of my truck. He helped to research a part that because of the age of my truck wasn’t readily available, but managed to repair the part and repair the issue. I was a little set back by some of the costs, but you pay for good service and for excellent care of a vehicle, so I was okay with pricing. Thank you for getting me quickly and for helping in a difficult situation.
I was so disappointed with my experience here. I read good reviews and was even more inclined because of the Christian values. The lack of attention, communication and just overall effort put in really made it to where I will most likely never be back.
No one discussed anything before my car was taken to be worked on. Nothing was discussed at checkout either, just handed a slip of paper and told the amount. I was a first time customer, but you don’t get returning customers if you don’t treat everybody with the same quality.
Maybe put a little more focus on the customers and not as much on playing solitaire on the work computer.

David at CB Rockwall made the process easy and I even got shuttled back and forth from my house and that was amazing since the vehicle being repaired was my only vehicle.

Christian Brothers is my go to for all my automotive needs. I recently went for an oil change. They are extremely thorough and efficient. I trust them explicitly. They always make me feel appreciated and welcomed.
First time customer. So glad I took recommendation to have wheel alignment on 4Runner there. The owner and staff are excellent, personable, the work well done at a reasonable price. Happily recommend!

I’ve been taking my cars to them since I was in high school. They inspected cars for me when I was buying my first car on my own. They are always honest with me and truly feel like a part of the family (especially since they’ve taken care of my whole family for years!). They take time to learn names of all my cars. Since I’ve moved out of state I still call to check in on possible issues and will always try to get my car in when I’m in town. It’s been hard finding another location as friendly and reliable as Amy and her awesome team. They truly care about my family and I’m so grateful to the team.

Very professional and very efficient not to mention super friendly!!! They don’t just tell you what is wrong with your car. They actually send videos and show you so you can see firsthand. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE goes above and beyond any that I have ever dealt with I will gladly return to them if I ever need them again.
If they mess something up, they definitely won’t make it right. Ruined 4 brand new rims. I took precautions beforehand, communicating that I did not want them messed up. They legit didn’t do anything to make it right. And they did this to EVERY rim.

My family has been going here for years now. We love this place because it’s one of the few that doesn’t try to up charge you for things that you don’t need. The closest Christian Brothers is 45-50 minutes away and I don’t mind driving that far if that means I can get the best experience I can have.
I went in for an oil change and the staff directed me to a small but suspicious sound coming from the rear axle of my jeep. They recommended I take it to the dealer because of the warranty it still had. It ended up being a big repair that could have left me stranded if the staff there hadn’t made me aware of it when they did. Thank you very much.
Friendly and honest. Coming from previous work in the automotive industry I knew what was wrong with my car and what I wanted done. They respected my opinion and didn’t try to upsell unwanted services. My oil change and brakes were conducted professionally and promptly. No complaints.
I called, set up an appointment, showed up and they changed the oil and performed an inspection.
No problems, no issues. They even made it possible to register the vehicle on line which was great. Now I don’t have to drive down and wait in line for registration. Great customer service today.

I was at hour 3 of a 25 hour road trip. When it started raining I realized my wipers were not working. I took the first exit I could and start looking auto shops on Google. When I was on my way to this store I was thinking how long this will take and how much it would cost me.
When I get there, I explained the issue. Motors of the wipers were working but wipers didn't move. One of the mechanics said he wanted to see if it's something easy to repair. He fixed it under 5 minutes and didn't charge me for it even though I wanted to pay.
I regret not asking his name but he saved me from a lot of trouble that week. I love the vibes of people here in Texas. You don't see this in some of the states I lived in. Thank you so much!
i went in because my vehicle was overheating, they ran a diagnostic and determined my radiator was leaking. Tony was super helpful and explained the process to me and showed me photos of my radiator and where it was leaking. he was very professional and informative! I highly recommend going to christian brothers for your vehicle problems!
Always greeted with a smile! The staff are warm/welcoming and very personable. Facilities are super clean and minimal wait time. I drive an hour and a half for emissions testing on our ranch vehicle fleet that are purchased in Dallas Co. Well worth the drive ! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Christian Brothers has impeccable service. Whenever I get my tires rotated or changed, no matter where I am, I immediately try to find a Christian Brothers to do my alignment inspection. They are kind, quick, and affordable. It’s hard not to appreciate them. I trust their consistency with great quality service and customer service as well.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car broke down away from home. They had my best interest in mind. It appears that they did a good job. The only glitch was a little communication problem on the timeliness for how quickly they would have my car ready, but l did note an abundance of cars. I would recommend them highly.
They were very quick to greet me as soon as I walked through the door. I also had my 9yo daughter with me and we had to wait for a tire rotation and oil change and multiple people checked on us and offered us something to drink, which was very nice. Brought our 2008 crv here to have it checked. They looked at the whole car took pictures and told us everything looks fine. They just recommended a brake, coolant and a battery replacement. No doubt that they are honest and reliable mechanics.
