This guy overcharged me for a half mile tow. on top of that the office staff are super rude. This guy removed my truck and trailer from Chevron gas station because the tires and tendem were damaged. He’ll charged me $3000 with the excuse that it was a police rotational call and their rate charged was $1000 per hour. This is absolutely a ripoff as I have used heavy towing for years and no one ever charged $1000 per hour.
I am a retired grandmother. I was traveling from Tucson, AZ to Killeen, TX. My vehicle became disabled about 10 minutes outside of Fort Stockton. Affordable Towing was sent out and managed to find me, despite being given erroneous directions by Roadside Assistance. Rose continually called me to make sure I still needed a tow. She was super helpful in sharing my location. I am not tech savvy. Andres found me and was so professional. I had two special needs grandchildren with me...he told us to wait in his truck while he hooked up my vehicle so that we were not standing on the side of the freeway. He gave me info on where I could possibly get a rental car. All in all, so pleased with my experience with this company. Hopefully. I will not need this service again, but if I do, I know who to call. Highly recommend!!
Absolutely the best towing service I’ve ever experienced. It was midnight, we had run out of gas in the middle of the highway, and the road was completely empty and honestly pretty scary.
Andres came through when we needed it most. He was fast, professional, calm, and incredibly kind, which made a stressful and lonely situation feel manageable. He treated us with respect and made sure we were safe the entire time.

My Truck wouldn't turn on and had to find a mechanic that could fix the computer issue with my automatic transmission the owner originally help me just to have to tow me to the shop very courteous and reasonable with their prices. Not a ripoff and won't let you get ripped off by wrong mechanics. Very Happy to give the a 10 out of 10 thx again guys.
If you’re in need of a heavy tow and unfamiliar with the area don’t hesitate to call affordable towing . Customer service quick response and extreme attention to detail set these guys apart from the rest. Andres was able to get me back into town in a reasonable amount of time . Just when I thought my day was gonna be extremely long these guys came to the rescue. Will recommend and definatley use them if the need arises again!!

My son and I were on the way to visit my daughter at fort bliss when we hit a deer on I10. Affordable Towing came out pretty quickly within 30-45 mins. Our driver was very quick, safe, friendly and kindly dropped us at our hotel. The inside of the wrecker was very clean and smelled nice 😊. After the terrible and scary experience of hitting that deer they were a relief and a pleasure to interact with. No joke this is the most raw honest review. Tonight at 12 o’clock, my husband (on the way to work, works for H&P drilling) called me and told me he had a flat, mind you guys we live in Corpus Christi Texas. We have no family out there in Fort Stockton. So me as the wife. I go into panic mode because he has to be at work in the morning. I called 2 towing company’s and this company right here did it all!! Within less than an hour ! I was so shocked! The women I spoke to (Rose) was so kind and understanding of our situation and she worked with me in every which way. My silly husband left his debit card here in corpus so he couldn’t pay In person. But over the phone, Rose told me to text my ID and debit card to her and she allowed me to pay over the phone which was so convenient and stress-free. The driver (Andres) who picked up my husband was so nice to him giving him the best places where he could fix his tire in the morning, and a great hotel he can sleep at. I can’t thank you guys enough! You saved my life (my husband)!! Please readers give them a chance !
Was having an issue with a mechanic shop in north Fort Stockton who had our KW for 5 months after having had it there 2 months prior. Ms. Rose at Affordable was so helpful in coordinating the pick up of our KW and another truck for the parts really fast and she helped me find another mechanic in Fort Stockton who could finish/fix what the other shop didn't. Pricing was very good especially for a large truck like ours. I would defiantly recommend them for any tow issues or recommendation.

Andres from Affordable Towing was fast, courteous and a tremendous help to my father and I after being stranded for several hours on the side of the road. Another company was called out and after two hours of waiting we were told it would be another 90 minutes. I called Affordable Toeing and he was there within 40 minutes. Affordable towing helped me out of a bind. I was in an accident just outside of fort Stockton and they got there within 30 or so minutes. They were very nice and accommodating of my situation and were helpful enough to recommend some shops to get my car fixed. Great service and highly recommend.

Great, efficient and prompt service at a reasonable/affordable price, living up to its name. Friendly tow truck driver. They even volunteered to bring my key to the FORD dealer 2 days after service, since there was no key drop box, so you could say that they "go the extra mile", literally.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. My daughter had a problem with her truck on I-10, 20 minutes east of Fort Stockton. They were on scene promptly and towed her truck and horse trailer to their secure lot. She was able to access the next day so repairs could be made. Highly recommended.

After a slight fender bender in the middle of nowhere Affordable Towing sent Andres to do the tow. Andres was a professional and was able to flip my Mercedes Sprinter over like flap jack's. I also had a dozen cats in the van. Andres helped me smuggle the felines into a motel. He's a true pro.. I would recommend mother Theresa to use this tow service.💯💯💯
