Our vehicle broke down in Ft Stockton Tx. After a very frustrating experience with the warranty company. We had to be towed 91 miles to Odessa. Thank God for Robert and his patience and perseverance he got us there. I would recommend this company to anyone.
My dad and I are from Mountain Grove, MO and were hauling freight through south Texas when our truck quit on us. We had it towed from Fort Stockton to Freightliner in Odessa for service. Our driver, Billy, was fantastic! He was efficient, polite, friendly, very helpful, and alert to traffic while driving. I would recommend them to anybody needing service.
HIGHLY recommend this company! We were stranded out in Big Bend on Labor Day 2022 when our oil can bust. We had to be in 108F weather and would’ve been completely stranded without AC if this company wouldn’t have shown up! They were the only company in the whole area that was opened. Also, our tow truck driver Robert Rodriguez was AMAZING! He was a highly alert and amicable driver. We had a 9 hour drive back to San Antonio but he made it smooth and easy for us. He was super polite, good-natured, and helped us feel comfortable. Even at 4 am when we got back to he was still very alert and able to drive with ease. He also gave us a HUGE DISCOUNT which made it much more affordable for the long distance we were driving!
Awesome! Robert did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was doing and got my car on the truck despite the challenges of the small parking lot, an inoperable vehicle, and stressed owner. The car was delivered to Odessa, TX from Big Bend National Park, TX same day. What a relief! Thanks for everything. Will gladly use again for my towing needs.
First off they sent another tow company which is fine except that I feel a company does that they will charge something on top of what the other tow company charges. Then I still haven’t got a detailed receipt of my charges. The lady on the phone I felt was being deceptive
do not use these people they are a joke called them hours ago to come get me called back to see what was going on and now they don't know nothing about it
Very helpful and knowledgeable. He came out at 2 am to get our camper off the interstate after a tire failure. Very patient and kind. Would recommend 100%
Darrell was fantastic. We were stuck on the road 79 miles from Fort Stockton. He came out, hooked up the motorhome and towed it to a Sarabias for service as the hydraulic Jack line was punctured. He made sure the motor home was level when he left us at Sarabias. His attitude and service was excellent.
Our motor home broke down near Fort Stockton. We were stranded on I-10 W in the middle of night in a severe thunderstorm. Austin with Fort Stockton Towing came to our rescue in the middle of the storm and got us safely off the freeway. He was awesome and gave us peace of mind that everything will be alright. If you ever need Towing in the Fort Stockton Texas area I would recommend that you call barbee's towing service. We had a tractor trailer tow to Fort Stockton Towing facilities and the prices were outrageous. Call around before you make a deal with this company.
