Nick the assistant manager was AWESOME gentle kind, and help me with my battery exchange for my RV when my battery was dead … even took a lot of time and went to great trouble beach, gap to clean out the terminals I live too far from this place or else I would’ve come here all the time. During my trip the car battery was dead and my Corolla 2014 won't start on this thanks giving day during my long trip. We went to this store as it is one of the very few open that day. Angelo over there nearly did an outstanding job Sis the battery check explained what are the options available Answered patiently to all our queries and helped replace my battery as well. Very happy with the overall service for.

I was on a long cross-country road trip about 6 weeks ago when my alternator unexpectedly went out on me just outside of town. I limped into town and made it to this O'Reilly's location. It's too long of a story to mention all about how I eventually ended up getting the repair done but it wouldn't have happened (especially on my tight timeline) had it not been for the help of all the extremely kind and helpful employees at this location. Jovann, in particular, is AN ABSOLUTE SAINT!!! Going "above and beyond" doesn't even begin to give her 1/10,000th of the credit for how much she helped me in my time of need. Had it not been for her kindness, empathy, knowledge and assistance I don't know what I would've done! She's an absolute legend and I hope to be able to properly pay her back one day.

Great people. We came in with 2 dead house batteries in our RV. They checked the batteries and changed them out quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Jason, for your kindness and great customer service.

I needed a new battery. The associate, I wish I had gotten her name checked computer, then checked to see if a less expensive battery was in stock. She found it! Added it to the computer inventory. Swapped it out, brought my old one in and she offered terminal cleaner and a protectant at no charge, instead of letting me buy something. Even let me use the restroom to wash my hands when I was done. Thank you for going above and beyond. I wish I had gotten your name, but you made my month.

So my Step daughter was driving from ElPaso to my house in Cibolo Tx, she broke down with a bad battery, so I called and spoke to a female I think her name was Jovan maybe.. and let me tell you she went above and beyond!! Drove to her location and changed the battery for her!! Bravo you guys y’all are awesome, and the young lady who did this, seriously needs a raise!! I’m beyond grateful, thank you. Josh.

Went into the store and was waiting until the employee got off their personal cell phone, when she finally decided to pay attention, she turned and asked "can i help you" with an attitude that i was bothering her. Then realized it was the manager. instead of tending to me she attended to the person that just walked up and said, "i'll get him first." after checking out that customer, another stepped up and she was going to attend to him instead of me, and the customer told her, "he is next i can wait." that is really really poor customer service especially coming from a Manager "Mila."....i might just move on to AutoZone or AdvanceAuto from now on

Amazing customer service!! My wife, two boys, and two cats were stranded in Fort Stockton due to a bad battery and stripped battery posts. I’m in the military and she was making the drive to Virginia from California to join me. The staff at O’Reilly’s provided her with replacement battery posts free of charge and even installed them for her. Luckily, the battery was under warranty through Autozone. The O’Reilly staff went the extra mile and called Autozone for her to inquire about the replacement battery. Thankfully, they were able to help my wife get the battery and get back on the road. Absolutely stellar customer service!! This business is the real deal y’all!!!

Sometimes I wonder if talking to your friends is more important than doing your job here. I am not sure how many times they have messed up a call in order from us. What makes it even more frustrating is that I have to drive 47 miles one way to get the stuff. They seem to be so involved with everything or everyone else they just don't listen. Thank goodness they have Nick the Assistant Manager!!! He actually tries to help and fix whatever is messed up!!!! He is the only reason I didn't give 1 star.

When your looking for something automotive this is my go too store first before shopping around. I find they have better quality than all the other stores and normally have exactly what I need! Not to mention the staff always seems to be very friendly.

Please allow me to say thank you to Pete and the ladies who work here at this store. On my way home to Los Angeles I lost my credit card and had no way to buy any food or gas. I came into this store and the employees helped out with food, gas, and a reference to get help. Jo Ann and Mila so much and God bless you.

Jovann and her team at O'Reilly's are amazing! While travelling out of State, I had my brakes start grinding and needed to change my oil, but was limited on funds because of my trip costs. I remembered I had lifetime warranty brake pads from O'Reilly's that I replaced the year before, and so I stopped at their store and asked Jovann if she could help me find the purchase, which she did with ease. I had limited tools, but I asked if she minded if I parked around the side of the building and changed my brakes and did an oil change since they had a special on synthetic oil and a top of the line filter. Jovann said, "Absolutely, we have some tools you can use if you need." I had thought I had brought more tools than I did, and she quickly found the tools I needed and allowed me to get my truck rolling again. Her staff was awesome as well, they were very helpful while I was trying to find specific tools I needed to buy, also! Great team there, I would highly recommend this O'Reilly's! This type of customer service is exemplary. Jovann should be running her own store for certain, if she is not already running that one. She was super awesome!!

One star because the man working the front counter when we stopped here was not wearing a mask. We had to stop because we had an emergency repair and it was New Years Day. Indoors for 8 hour shifts dealing with the Public- one of the highest risk situations. Fortunately the women working there were smart enough to wear a mask. I hope they stay healthy but feel sorry for the family of the guy who’ll probably infect all of them at some point.

I was on the road passing by and my splash guard came off and dragging on the road. I came to O’Reilly and they were super helpful. Andrew came outside and took the time to help me fix the issue. If you’re on the road and need help come here! The customer service was above and beyond.

The staff here is the LAZIEST!!! The one employee that could install my battery refused to do so. Then hid behind there ”we install most batteries” sign. So it's the choice of the employee to choose not to help a customer?! Literally, he was mumbling complaining about having to take the bar off my Yukon to get to the battery. Luckily a nice gentleman offered to help and had it done in no time. I will never shop at an O'Reilly Auto Parts ever again. I should have gone to Auto Zone. Nothing worse than lazy employees.

Most of the staff is rude, they will not acknowledge you at all. Whether you walk in or standing in line waiting on assistance, they will ignore you until you approach them. Once you approach them, they seem to be in a bad mood and act as though you are inconveniencing them for being in their store. It has been that way every time I've been in there. I've given them several opportunities since I have family that works for O'Reilly's, but from now on, when I am in Fort Stockton, I will shop at Autozone or Advance. I suggest you do the same.
