Went into Autozone because I was having battery issues. The lady’s were very helpful tested my battery then let me know it was battery no long good. They went ahead and installed it for me was in and out in 30 mins I just wanna say it was a wonderful experience will definitely be coming back.
Alissa, Alison and Erin were great! Traveling from Austin to Deming New Mexico and my service engine light came on! These girls were amazing at helping me find out what the problem was and then directing me to a fabulous mechanic who was able to get my car fixed right away! These girls deserve a raise! They went above and beyond to help a stranger in their town from out of town. If you're ever driving down I-10 and need to stop at an AutoZone, I definitely recommend this one
This review is about 2 years old. But on April 30th 2023, on a cross country trip, my red Audi a3 was having problems accelerating and all the check engine lights were on. Luckily I got the code and pulled into this autozone. No car part store had the part I needed. But a young lanky employee suggested I use this fuel cleaner. I’m very handy with cars (comfortable enough to by an audi and know I’m going to have to work on it) and this guy saved my butt. That fuel cleaner fixed everything and I’m forever grateful for him. Sorry I should have made this review earlier. But that guy deserves recognition
These folks are friendly and helpfull. I got a new battery, they installed it for free🤠. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. They also have nice tool kits for diy repairs if you need them. I was shocked at he price of a battery for a Ford sedan-$250.00👀👀👀. Wow that was a shocker.
Employee gave me attitude because he made me repeat the same question 3 times in a row because he was being disrespectful by not listening to me when I asked him the question. Chose not to purchase anything at all. Won't ever go back to this location ever again.
My husband had to replace our vehicle’s alternator while we were traveling. We stopped at the AutoZone in Fort Stockton. The entire staff was extremely helpful and patient as he installed the new alternator. A big thank you to all of the staff at AutoZone Fort Stockton!
While traveling, l noticed my passenger wiper blade was having significant issues and needed immediate replacement, so l googled up the store and headed over.
I walked right in and was immediately made to feel welcomed by the inviting staff who promptly looked up my vehicle and directed to the right aisle. The store was well stocked and had what I needed displayed.
Staff did everything but pay for and install my new blades. Lol
Very pleased with the entire experience.
I was passing through Fort Stockton on a rainy day and I ought to stop at Auto Zone to replace my windshield wipers , thinking the prices were reasonable, to my surprise I had to pay $60.00 for a pair of wipers when on Amazon they are around $20.00 the pair. The prices are exaggerated.
The store manager Carmen came out to where my vehicle was at to put a battery on for me. I was more than very happy with my service. My the lord repay her & she didn’t want to take any money for coming out.
Top notch service by Hector even after after I was being slightly disrespectful. He changed my battery in an expedited way and had me out the parking lot in less than 30 minutes. Carmen was the manager on duty and she was very friendly which allowed me to ease my stress and anxiety caused by my battery in the process of dying! I truly appreciate the professional service! This was at store 3523.
Ruben and his team were absolutely fantastic. My check engine light came on suddenly in the middle of nowhere. I was in full panic mode. But they were nice enough to check everything for me. My oil, fluids, engine, and did diagnostic testing to find the problem. I cannot stress how amazing their customer service was. Thank you again guys! 5 stars !!!!!!
The only reason I give them one star is because of the guy (I didn't catch his name) that initially helped me, if you can call it that! Charlie, however, rectified the situation quickly, and made it a pleasant visit... for as much as a visit over car problems could be, lol!
Wow they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Went through battery issues that ended up being an alternator that needed to be replaced. Ended up spending more time than I thought it would but they took good care of me and my vehicle!
What an amazing experience! My wife, two boys, and two cats were stranded in Fort Stockton due to a bad battery on my 2009 GMC Envoy. I was 1300 miles away in Virginia due to my military career and my wife and kids were driving from California to join me. The staff at Autozone were more than accommodating to help my wife, fix the issue and get her back on the road. They didn’t have the replacement battery at the location (battery was under warranty) so Dee Dee drove over an hour away to another Autozone to pick up the new battery. Joseph installed the battery once Dee Dee got back and they were back on the road. Absolutely stellar customer service!! Forever grateful!! Highly recommend!!!
I have to say your employee Noe was GREAT!! He knew his stuff and didn't retreat me like a "Damzel In Distress." I am very savvy to my vehicle and he was professional and really knowledgable about vehicles. His insight and support helped me to travel 14 hours from Arizona to Huston, TX. I want to say Thank You so much for all your insight and help to get me to my destination safely!! Can't find good help like this these days!!
We had a big problem and we stopped at Auto Zone in Fort Stockton, Texas. We were grateful and fortunate to meet Amy. We told Amy about our problem and please be aware this is near the end of the day on a Saturday. We had a major blown tire on IH 10 and Amy immediately started calling all the stores in town to see if anyone could help. She even talked with a MGR of a store and the guy told her he would check and call back. Nobody was open or had a the tire we needed. Well Amy gave us another lead about a little store down the road. Well guess she was right on as they were able to help. Kudos to AMY for great CUSTOMER SERVICE and caring. I have bought items from Auto Zone but from now on ONLY AUTO ZONE for me. Thanks to Amy for helping us! We don't have GREAT Customer Service like this anymore. She helped us and I am proud I met a person that cares and believes in GREAT REAL Customer Service! KUDOS AGAIN! Great job and Thank you!
Walked in looking for something simple. No greeting from anyone when you walk in. I found what I was looking for and proceeded to the counter to pay. After standing there for a while waiting to pay I ended up leaving and going down the street to another auto part store. There was only one person visible but you could hear the whole conversation from the office, which must have been more important than customer service.
On a drive from San Antonio to Carlsbad Caverns & Guadalupe Mountains , my wife and I stopped at Sonic in Fort Stockton to grab some lunch. After we finished, went to fire up the car...nothing. Freaked out. Looked up the nearest Autozone which is literally right next door. Luck was on our side. What was even more lucky was that Hector was working today. Hector came out, gave us a battery check, determined it was bad, got us the new one, and even installed it in for us! He was super nice and helpful, and prevented our chariot from dying in the Guadalupe Mountains. This place was great and totally saved us!
I'm from out of state here for an internship and was having battery trouble. The staff here went above and beyond to get me situated and back out safely on the road! I cannot thank them enough, so I hope this review is helpful!
Great help to us as travelers. Sleet and burned out headlight. Helpful staff popped it in. Thankfully ours was a super easy install so no need to call the mobile mechanic. Thanks Auto Zone!
Robert and Erik had extensive knowledge of what needed to be corrected with my vehicle and gave solutions to remedy the situation. What's also crazy is how they could recite part numbers for Honda cars by memory. These folks need to be promoted to district manager positions. I was so amazed!
Traveling from Houston to Big Bend, had trouble right outside of Fort Stockton but made my way to Irma at Auto Zone. I am not exaggerating when I say she was of the upmost help and professionalism. Great to know that good people are still willing to help when needed. Thank you Irma!
Would recommend this place to anyone! Super helpful staff! Above & beyond... - We were in a Budget Rental Truck & needed the codes read for a check engine light. Jason at AutoZone was beyond kind & helpful. We ended up being in their parking lot for almost three hours waiting for a repairman. Jason stopped & made sure we were ok on his way out for the night in the middle of 40 mph winds, asked if we had food, drinks, & coats... AutoZone, whatever you're paying him is not enough!
Irma and Robert were incredible. Passing through Ft. Stockton we stayed the night at a hotel and in the morning our SUV's battery died. Jump started we went to AutoZone for a new battery and when store manager Irma saw our family of 6 were in need of help (stranded with a dead battery, no tools, and an incredibly difficult battery to change out because it was under a seat in the back), Irma and Robert didn't hesitate to help us change out our battery.
I can honestly say I've never received such a high level of customer care. Great job and thank you AutoZone. Irma made me feel like part of her family!
