We had some car trouble right outside Ft. Stockton. We were connected to Aero-Tex Wrecker Service through our insurance. Unfortunately, our road service struggled to find our location for almost 1 hour and a half, even after John tried helping them. The roadside service through our insurance was very frustrating but John stuck with us the entire time. His patience saved us money and got us towed to the nearest mechanic. Thank you John.
I was traveling through Ft. Stockton after a long trip and needed towing. AAA sent John and he was so pleasant and showed up quickly. I highly recommend using his services. I wish I could give 10 stars 🌟
On Sunday, 10/15/23, we needed our Jeep towed from the Best Western in Fort Stockton to Ram Country Dodge due to our Jeep having issues while driving back home to Arizona. We had the pleasure to work with Micheal. Our roadside assistance told us the wait would be 55-85 min, but Micheal was there within 30 minutes. He was very polite and respectful. Thank you Micheal for your help and quickness to responding to our needs.
Wouldn’t recommend at all called triple a and they told me that this company told them at 9 and 3 hours later still waiting on the side of I-10w thank God a Good Samaritan pass by to give me gas I called and nothing straight to voicemail wouldn’t recommend for an emergency service was on a cross country trip from New Jersey
This man was my hero today. While driving cross country from Florida I stopped for gas in my new truck and when I attempted to drive off after filling up, it wouldn’t turn over. I called roadside assistance and was floored by not only his professionalism but his kindness and beyond prompt arrival. He was probably the quickest and kindest tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered. Truly wish there were more people in the world like him.
John was extremely pleasant and professional on the phone. Ended up not using them due to my driver being able to get the tire changed. John was very nice when I called back and explained what was going on. Will for sure keep him on speed dial if we ever need him.
John towed my bike when I was stuck in the middle of TX after a night waiting for another wrecker who never showed up. John came on time, he secured my bike correctly on the flatbed, and towed me 100 miles away to Midland. We had an enjoyable conversation during the trip and I am grateful to the LORD for having placed this man and his truck on my way when I needed them most. I hope my insurance company will use his services on a regular basis and I sure will recommend him to them.
