Y'all.. solo girl driving way too fast up these hills. Of course a million engine lights come on at once 20-30 miles from the shop. My call was immediately answered, thank goodness. I asked if they could check my transmission at their location and they said yes. Due to the distance, I also asked if they offered a tow service just in case and they said yes (they work with a tow service directly) so that eased my panic. Made it to the shop and someone immediately came to check on my car. I told him what my situation was, and he gave an honest guess as to what may be the issue and what they could do to help. Within 5 minutes, they pulled a vehicle off the lift so they could do a transmission service. I'm doubtful that I'll be in the area to have to stop here again, but I have to leave a review to show my gratitude to these guys here. This kind of service is where I want my money to be spent. Thanks guys!

I was driving to Beaumont Tx and had an alternator going out. I was in a utility truck with tools and picked up a replacement from O'reillys and they told me EZ auto was fair so I drove over for them to put it on. A nice young man showed up at 9 and said he could do it. I figured $100 would be fair for 30 min work in 1/2 hour. Owner showed up at 9 1/2 went to pay the bill and he charged me $312 for 1/2 hour work for a kid in a dirt lot. He said that what dealers charge. Dealers have shop and their employees have benefits. The place is a rip off. Stay away. I'm a mechanic by trade. Would never rip off a customer like that.

Quick and friendly service after my familys van broke down just outside fort Stockton. We were recommended here by the tow company (BA towing they were wonderful as well). Shop was reasonably priced as well.

Soft Brakes on 2005 Chevy 1500 These guys got me in and out in under 2 hours! They did not just start changing parts, they looked at my system and made great recommendations. Saved me some serious $$$! 👍👍👍 Edit: Came back 3 weeks later for A/C. Same deal. Got me in and out with great warranty on all parts. They are great troubleshooters!!!👍👍👍

Brandon was great! I was driving from Austin to Deming NM when my engine light came on just outside of Ft Stockton. I stopped at AutoZone to have the code read. I had just changed the part less than 2 months ago. The girls at AutoZone gave me Brandon's number, he got me in right away! Fixed my car in less than 5 minutes! Thank you!

My husband and I were headed from Oklahoma to Big Bend Nat’l Park. We had just started driving into Big Bend Park and started having trouble with the van having no power. We waited a little while and let it cool off and it started right up. Rather than get stuck in the middle of nowhere and have to be towed we decided to drive back to Fort Stockton and try to find a mechanic. We went to 4 different mechanics and they were booked. Pulled into EZ Auto and Brandon told us he couldn’t get to it until the next day. So we showed up early the next morning and they replaced the Fuel Pump. So a few hours later we were on our way and went to fuel the van up and a hose was left off the top of the tank. So we drove back to EZ Auto and they just accidentally left the connection off the top of the tank. We left there and the problem started up again. So my husband called Brandon back and he said show up at 6:00 am the next morning and they would check the new fuel pump again and sure enough it was a bad fuel pump that we had picked up from Auto Zone. Brandon was so patient and replaced the Fuel pump with one from O’reilly’s and we were on our way. Brandon was so patient with us and willing to try whatever was needed to get us on our way. I would definitely recommend EZ Auto if you are needing any type of auto repair. Great people to work with.

This is a solid locally owned shop that will take good care of you and just about any type of vehicle on the road today. EZ Auto (Brandon Ezzell) was highly recomended by several locals. After asking around, I called about brake job. I took it to him at 4:00 pm and he was finished in 2 hours. You cannot get this type of personal, friendly and prompt service in a big city. This is a shop that I trust for repairs and maintenance on my truck.

My friends and I were traveling from Texas to New Mexico and our check engine light turned on and battery died. Luckily we had a solo jump starter to get us to this repair shop. Juan was amazing! Quick at changing our spark plugs and ignition coils and was very tentative to our needs. Thank you!!

EZ Auto literally felt like a life saver. We had a suspension airbag blow out in Big Bend NP and drove at 50mph all the way to Fort Stockton. They agreed to check out the vehicle, as long as we got there before 6pm (got there at 5:30). After a quick diagnosis, they were able to order the part to get there at noon the next day. We were back on the road by 3pm that day and only one day behind schedule. One of the best and most honest experiences I've ever had with a car mechanic. I would highly recommend EZ Auto to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, and helpful mechanic.

I needed a quick repair to get back on the road. Repaired my vehicle, replacing my water pump and thermostat quickly. I drove my vehicle home 200 miles with no issues. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Thanks EZ.

Brandon went way above and beyond, he opened up his shop and repaired my vehicle during the middle of the night. So that I'd be able to go to work at 6:30 am the next day with my own repaired vehicle. He charged a good and honest price and did a very good job repairing my car.

I want to thank Brandon at EZ AUTO AND RV REPAIR. I broke down 26 miles west of town in my Chevy Duramax diesel. He got me a tow to his shop and repaired my fuel system at a time when he was closing for the day. I highly recommend Brandon and his shop. He fixed my problem and got me down the road! While travelling with our travel trailer we had the bearings on the wheel of the trailer fall out and had to stop about 30 miles south from Fort Stockton, Texas. We called Good Sam for help but they turned out to be useless. My husband dismantled the wheel and I called EZ Auto and RV repair shop in Fort Stockton for help. They were ready to fix the problem but needed the trailer which we could not deliver. We came to this shop then with our wheel parts and were directed to Century Trailer Company with the assurance that they will have the parts.They did, we were happy to have this help. Big Thank You.

My 2004 Nissan Xterra boke down a few miles from Ft. Stockton. I called BA Easy Towing - they towed my Nissan to their yard and the mechanic at EZ Auto Repair diagnozed the problem & fixed it - and within 1.5 hours I was back on the road again!!! Great and reasonably prized service. And the friendliest shop dog ever!!

I highly recommend EZ Auto I was in a bind, and I lost my key to my car, and I would have to tow my car to Odessa to get it programmed, thankfully I had an extra key. I jus needed it to be programmed and I would have to drive an hour to get it done. Thanks to EZ auto they programmed my key to my car, and the service was quick, friendly and they got the job done. My car broke down in the parking lot of the gas station, I called EZ Auto Repairs to see if they would be able to fix my car that day as I was just passing through. The person that I spoke with (sorry I didn’t catch his name) did inform me that as long as it wasn’t anything major he should be able to and also was able to help me with a quicker tow truck service. Within a short time after arriving at their shop my car was diagnosed, parts were on the way and they had my car taken apart and ready for the new part. Everyone was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate and I’m so thankful that they were able to get my car in, fixed and had me back on the road so quickly! I would 100% recommend this shop to everyone! Thank y’all again for everything and I really do appreciate y’all!

Excellent service with a drive to always go above and beyond in every situation. A year ago i was on my way to arizona when my transmission gave up on me. I was quickly offered a number for a local tow truck company if needed but i made it to the shop without that being a necessity. Brandon did everything he could to find me a new one and get it in as soon as possible and unfortunately by no fault of the shop but rather thanks to shipping delays i was waiting for a while. Brandon and his family did a wonderful job making sure i had everything i could possibly need. They went as far as to loan me a vehicle to drive and gave me a place to stay when my vehicle was getting its work done as soon as the part arrived. As for this shop they were very prompt and respectful of me and my situation as they did everything they could to get me on the road again. In the time i waited for parts to arrive i can truly say i gained great friends with brandon and his family and his sweet shop dog too. These people always make sure customers have an option to get to a ride if needed even if its in the next town over an hour and a half away. I personally was blessed by them with a ride to a uhaul company in that next town so i could continue my trip to arizona. They always make sure to get people through as quick as possible and they always stand by their work if things go wrong. No one wants to be broke down and stranded in a strange town but if it has to happen i couldnt think of any better place for it to happen Thanks Brandon and Family!!

BE AWARE - PAYED $1,800 AND MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN 3 HOURS DOWN THE ROAD. I was passing through, pulling my camper and my truck broke down and Brandon got me in right away. 1 week and $1,800 later I was on the road again. However, 3 hours down the road, my truck broke down again with the same problem he stated that he fixed!! This location will not tell the truth about what they are or are NOT able to fix but they will be happy to take your money, send you down the road and then ghost you. So so sad.

If you are traveling in West Texas and find yourself in need of a good mechanic, call Brandon. They are West-Texas friendly, prompt and professional. They diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and got us back on the road in short order. We highly recommend this shop.

Broke down today on the side of the road 30+ miles south of his town. Within a few minutes, Brandon happened to be driving by. He took time out of his day to go out of his way to stop and was the best help. He made sure to get me on my way! Great guy with great integrity, highly recommend.

They were extremely accommodating! Even offered to stay open late, if we couldn't get there before they closed. Don't let the outside looks influence you. Brandon, the owner, was very respectful and even checked other stuff, that checked out in good order. My RV house battery wire negative connection broke off. Waited at Loves truck stop for over 2 hours! Called these amazing guys they had it sorted in 10 minutes! $45 Thank you so much now I have my fridge etc working and I can take a shower! Great job!

Brandon and his family are top notch. He took care of my family when we needed it most. Our transmission was toast and needed a rebuild. Brandon, the owner, did a great job of pulling it out and getting it rebuilt and getting us back on the road. They went above and beyond in their service and I couldn't be happier with them. I don't recommend breaking down but if you do call Brandon at EZ Auto. They'll treat you fair and honest and get you going and on your way.

On our way home to CT in our RV. We were having a problem with the motor shutting down when it started to rain. The mechanic was able to locate the problem. There is a plastic fiting that is connected to the fuel pump relay that had a broken piece which was allowing water to get in and then the sensor was shutting down the motor like we didn't have fuel. It would of taken 2 days to get a new part in. Our mechanic was able to dry the piece completely out seal it up and get us back on the road. Once we left the shop a few miles down the road, we hit a terentual rain storm. We were able to get through it no problems. I am so grateful that we came across this shop and they were more then happy to get us right in so we could get back on the road and get home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is in need of help. They were extremely fair in what they charged us as well. All I can say is thank you thank you for taking the time to help us out!

We were traveling cross country and had engine trouble in Fort Stockton. These guys were the ONLY ones who would see us same day. The price was super reasonable. The mechanics were knowledgeable and patient. They had us drive around and come back to make sure it was fixed. Definitely recommend!
