Defensive and passive aggressive owner, but what can I say after they got the job done quick and easy. Especially with an extremely heavy truck+car that we needed to get moved. I do recommend if you're okay with his personality

Dilley Towing was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. They arrived quickly and handled my vehicle with care, making a stressful situation so much easier. Never met a more rude person in charge of the phones, interrupted me forcefully with the word ma'am, I was being extremely "behaved" as I'm not in the emotions of the problems, but this guy here. He's the whole problem. Don't answer the phone and when he does it's belligerenltly rude. People out here just trying to survive and this guy wants to watch the world burn instead of being in the solution.
Had a very distasteful experience with this company. Highly do not recommend.
(Back story: I work for a women’s home and we almost lost two ladies lives in a bad accident. Thank God they are still with us and are recovering)
Owner was extremely rude in actions and words as we were working with him to confiscate our items from the wrecked vehicle. He made sure to let us know that we inconvenienced him and used the phrase “you’re wasting my time” in a yelling tone because he said he said he had to repeat himself again since he already told the fleet manager. He hung up on us during the call. (We were told from this company the day before to call the next day at 9am to get details on pickup. So that’s why a call was even made. It’s not like we have this happen all the time so we simply didn’t know)
We completely understand there are protocols with every business and can even understand that things can get frustrating in the midst of communication to a customer. Again, we haven’t been through this. Not to mention this is a very vulnerable circumstance in itself. So what, we miss a few details. Yet we were super compliant in response and genuinely tried to do what was asked.
Etiquette and professionalism are very important and this owner shattered that completely. Didn’t even try to ask if the people that were in the accident were even okay. He even made sure to talk again about what inconvenienced him when the team members arrived to grab items out of wrecked vehicle. Miserable experience and certainly do not recommend this man nor his company. It’s almost laughable how rude this man was. We get jobs are stressful and people are difficult (we certainly weren’t trying to be difficult) but this owner should not be in the business of people that’s for sure.
I was told by an employee that they would take all the things that belong to me out of my car. And bring to me at my home since my car was totaled. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not received my belongings nor have I heard from Dilly's. I have tried calling and it rings and rings. Then an automated voice comes on and says you cannot dial out from this line. Bizarre I cannot reach anyone. I'm dialing the correct number. It is the only number listed on their website.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Very RUDE! Not professional at all!! And he doesn't care how long you've been waiting!! Just an all rude rude and disrespectful person!!!
Considering circumstances that we met, they were quick, on point, handled my wreck including rolling my truck back over onto its wheels, helped load up all the stuff back into the truck bed, and once I was able to come back, they kept everything locked up in the yard safe and secure, and helped us on that end. Good people, which is hard to say in that industry, or in the world today. If you need a tow in the area, there's nobody else you need to call. They got you
I dealt with the owner and he was very nice and respectful. He didn't rush me to leave and let me inspect my vehicle inside and out before I drove away. I called him many many times before I actually made it up there but he actually answered every call I made to him.
Adam Dilley the owner was incredibly helpful to my wife and I when we experienced an accident on I-10. He understood that we were a bit in shock from the experience and helped explain how the whole process would work from removing the car, speaking with law enforcement and finally storing the car initially at his lot. He also made a great suggestion to get a vehicle rental late on a Saturday. His wife was so very kind to take us over to pick up our rental. I could not recommend this business any higher. They truly went above and beyond for us in a difficult situation.
This is the service to use if you need towing in the area. On top of being very professional and good at what they do, they are very kind, decent people. It is really uncommon these days to run into someone as willing as they are to go the extra mile to help a stranger who is stuck and in trouble. Seriously, this is the one to use!

my truck was stolen new years day. I got a call from investigators that dilley had it. so I call them to recover it and was told they gave the truck to someone else. he had prof of insurance, but no title or proof of ownership. they have him the truck back. it took a week for them to recover it and it was in terrible condition. I was told that was state law,buy dilley, but the investigators in Montgomery beg due differ..so my lose..

Adam towed our Suzuki Esteem and gave my husband and I a ride home ten days or so after Imelda. Thank you Adam for such great service and pricing! Also, you were hysterically funny talking about a certain someone not calling 911! We sure needed the laughs! Rofl Thank you again! We wish you the best!
Very disappointed. Was told he would be with us with in the hour. Two hours later had not heard anything. I called back and was told he could be here at two, still nothing. I wasted 4 and a half hours
Nothing worse than an accident in which your car is totaled. I totaled mine about 2 hours from home, with so many things inside my car due to a long road trip/vacation. I felt helpless and like I would lose everything! It was also pouring rain and I knew all my things would be destroyed. Luckily, Mickey came to my rescue. Not only did he save the day by getting my flipped car off I-10, but he made sure all my belongings were secure and placed a giant tarp over my car to save my valuables. He even helped me collect and move everything to my loaner car the next day. Amazing guy! This place is everything. I can’t say enough good things because, literally, all my thing were saved. I may have lost a car but Mickey and the staff at Dilley made sure I lost nothing else. Call and use these guys! You won’t regret it!!!
