Faviola is who helped me, a man, this visit. We have been getting our auto parts there over twenty years, she's the first employee that looked up my part and went and found it for me. That's excellent customer service.
I went there 10 days ago with my friends 2 blacks and 4 white people in the car and this worker said he doesn't want any n word in this town and the guy wasn't young it was a old guy that behavior if for someone younger and didn't fix the car 1 star other places I go don't act like this and the is place call sundown something like that and as a white person i see black as normal people and some people say bad things about them is not true but please find workers who has respect so you don't lose customers

I drive across town because the new store is horrible and now the people I could rely on are leaving the old store. Get it together o’reillys.
Younger gentleman there was polite. Bought a battery was wanting an installation and the older man gave us a box of tools and said they don't do it in the rain. They should of mentioned it before I spent 230 just to have to take the battery somewhere else.
Be sure to go home and double check your battery connection yourself when you leave and that they put the stability bar back over the top of it and connected correctly. They won't replace your connectors if your battery gets bounced all around and ruins them. Lady manager is awesome. The men treat women like were idiots.
Staff is very receptive and quick, too help customers, ask for the location of brake fluid, and the employee ask what size and brand in which they retrieved for me. Clean and spot on with accessories.
Folks @ Auto-Lube suggested O'Reilly's for a part. Visited THIS place ~10AM Saturday... spoke w/ Miss Kim & she got car ROLLING... fast!

Very helpful staff, and even though they didn't have the part we needed, they let us know it was available at other locations in the area, or we could have gotten it by 9am the next day.

Overall I've had good experiences with the place. I have, from time to time, gotten the wrong part before. While inconvenient, they've always exchanged it for the right one.
100%! The guy found a non standard cooling bypass hose I needed, cut it to fit, loaned me a pair of pliers so I could put it on and make sure it fit and would solve my problem. I almost always get the right part and good service at the vidor store.
I buy most of my auto parts here at O'Reilly's . They have a lot of employees working in the store during the day that can help many people so you can get in there and out quickly.
These guys are awesome! I was there 20 minutes before they closed, my battery needed replaced, they installed it and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Thanks!!!
My friend’s battery was giving her fits. We ran by to see if they could figure out if she had bought the battery there previously, after about 1 minute of searching, Justin figured out she had. He also let us know that the battery was still under warranty. After we finally got the car jumped, we drove it over there. Justin was quick to come check the battery and then proceeded to help us remove it! He was very friendly and helped us throughly. I mentioned a review and he said they didn’t really mean much to the company. I think that’s wrong! They should be rewarded for positive feedback because it reflects back on the company. I’m typically an autozone customer, but Justin really did go above and beyond! Thanks for great service!
The guy name James at the Vidor location, hands down is the best at what he does. His customer service is great and he is always glad to help. That's why I switched from AutoZone to ORielys.
It was surprisingly geat. The person that helped me name was Rick. He was efficient, direct and helpful. Not to much, just enough to let me know I was on the right path in there.
The employees are always helpful, courteous, and explain how. None have ever treated me like I was a dumb woman. I recommend this company over the other one every time!
