Today Dylan at Vidor Auto Zone sent Kelly to my home to replace my car battery. Kelly was here within 10 minutes. It took him no time at all to get my new battery in and had my car running. My husband and I are in our 70's and this was a blessing to us. This was not the first time Dylan helped us out. We appreciate you guys and Auto Zone so much!

I wanted to leave a review for a man named Kelly that works at AutoZone Vidor. He helped me fix my vehicle and changed out my part and was done in minutes. He was a big help to me and saved the day for me. If you ever go to AutoZone and need help, ask for the man named Kelly.

The Vidor, Texas AutoZone is probably the best auto parts store in the city. They have an emloyee named Dillon, that went out of his way to help my wife and I. The store did not have what we needed, but he looked it up on the computer, told where we needed to go and explained how to install the part once we had it. It was an easy fix to begin with, but was made even easier by his help and Service with a smile

My truck was stranded and it was late at night with everything closing. We were running out of options and I decided to call AutoZone. Jacob U picked up the phone and and helped us pick out all the right parts. He even sent us photos with measurements to confirm it’s what we wanted. Since his shift was ending he said he was willing to drive all the parts which included 2 gallons of antifreeze and pipes and screwdrivers in his backpack on his motorcycle. If it was not for this man we would have had to stay out there all night long and wait for everything to open the next day. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. I will only use AutoZone going forward for all my car parts. Thank you Jacob !

Was in auto zone earlier today, the young man (Alex) behind the counter never made eye contact, mumbled, and was inconsist with what he was saying during our transaction. He made the least amount of effort to solve our issue, as he possibly could. Would not recommend.

I had fluid in my tail light with no clue how go about fixing on my company vehicle. I brought my car to Auto Zone and James B was extremely helpful! He was able to fix my issue in less than 30 minutes and for less than 20 dollars. Great service and happy customer!

This place has great customer service. My family and I were on a road trip and ran over a tire. It knocked loose a piece of flashing under the car and it was dragging. There were no auto repair shops open on a Sunday so we stopped by the store to try to find a solution. I showed the store manager James a photo and ask if they had a jack so I could get under and tie wrap it. He immediately said “Let’s go look.” It was 100 degrees outside and the concrete was hot but he didn’t hesitate. He got down on the ground and helped us put a fix in place that let us continue our vacation. He did it all with a smile. He was awesome. It was shocking to see this kind of service these days. Thanks to James and Autozone. You have a customer for life.

I went there to get 2 feeler gauges. They were busy, only 2 employees working on a Saturday. I waited patiently to get checked out. I waited about 15 mins while the 2 employees helped customers ahead of me. When it was my turn to pay for my items, I was paying with a card not cash. The manager at the time said "let me show you a trick of the trade." Walked me over to the self-checkout that way I can pay for the items myself. I understand that corporate wants to lessen the labor force and pad more money in their pockets. But damn, give people and incentive to do self-checkout, like %20 off by doing or something. I don't think I do part of their job if Im not being compensated for something. Employees are being compensated for working there shouldn't I get something for part of their job as well?? Walmart lost my business cause of that and AutoZone is loosing mine now, I'll take my business and my boat business somewhere else where they actually help.

Had a spark plug on generator, that mis threaded the hole. Found the tool to rethread the hole at Auto Zone. The associates are always so knowledgeable. Advised to put a little grease on the tip to keep the filings from falling into the cylinder.

Omggggggg. My family was on the way back to Atlanta GA in a 2007 Honda Accord and Joe and Kristen were there to save the day. Give these people a raise ASAP!!! The service to the helpful hints suggests and friendly conversation was above average!!! I would definitely recommend you all stopping in even if it just to save hello. Thank you all for your help because it went over 600 miles away. ☺️

Was having issues with my battery and needed it tested and asked about testing the alternator too... bc they advertise it... the youngster TRYING to assist me was certain they didn't do that... was super inconvenienced to have to exit the store and help and even tried to get others outside to take over the task... they eventually were able to help and did have the parts I needed

I went to Autozone in Vidor because we needed new windshield wipers for our motorhome. Wasn’t sure how to change them, so I asked Paul. He said “Let’s go take a look!” He proceeded to take one of them off and went back in and matched them up with a good quality pair. Replacing the 2 wipers turned out to be a difficult job, but Paul hung with me and got them installed and adjusted correctly. He then went back in the store with me and helped to get the rest of the items I needed. Paul kept a great attitude, and went over the top to help me with all my automotive needs, and I felt like I made a new friend in the process. Autozone over O’Reileys for me 10 to 1 Very Satisfied Autozone Customer, Thanks Paul! (Oh, and we passed the inspection.) Scotty

Michael, the store manager in Vidor, TX helped my mother out tremendously! Backstory: She had gone to the Autozone in Beaumont, off of Lucas, which gave her the wrong battery for her car. They left the air filter case off and sent her on her way. When she got home, my father noticed what was all wrong. A week later, we go to the Autozone in Vidor, and Michael gave us the correct battery and installed it with ease. You can tell when you see a hard worker and who knows what he’s doing. Michael, thank you so much again, sir! She will be a customer at your store from now on.

Never have I had a bad experience with AutoZone until yesterday. I was semi-sorta greeted when I went in to purchase some bulbs for my car. The manager assisted me, but was very unprofessional. He was not polite, got aggravated, because he couldn't get the computer to work, yelled the whole time. Any other time I needed help replacing something or looking at my car, the guys and some gals wouldn't hesitate. The manager told me that, "well, I let them go outside if they have time, but if it takes them too long, then no." I was like, no one at AutoZone has ever treated their customers like that. The man that came out to the car didn't even look. I will NEVER go back to the AutoZone in Vidor, Texas. You really should look into the management there.

I would like to thank two employees of the Vidor Auto Zone. Stephen and Curt, and commend them of their excellent customer. They were very helpful to me in taking care of not just one of my problems. But helped me solve 3 problems with my vehicle. I wish all businesses had great customer care as these did. Actually I have never had a bad experience at this store at all. Thank you very much. Came in to check my car out because of a "Check engine light" was an easy fix. Jason, greeted me and was very helpful, and applied the part. Very nice gentlemen. Will return to this store!

My husband just went into this Autozone with his foreman on a job out there and the "Manager" Bobby was being extremely rude with them. They were simply needing a Lock and Bobby was confrontational and told them they should take their business else where. I do not know why this was said or maybe he was simply having a terrible day, however you work in the business of customer service you should treat your customers with kindness and at least act like you grew up with common courtesy.

I went in for a blinker bulb, no big deal right. The blinker was blinking fast inside the vehicle which means it will soon fail if it hadn’t already. The employee told me I did not need a bulb and he would not put one in. I insisted and bought the bulb. Two days later as predicted I had to change it myself when it went out and I was due for inspection. Do not tell people they don’t need a bulb especially women when it’s near failure; they aren’t trying to get every possible minute of use from that bulb and what they want is it to be replaced before it fails on the road.

I barely got to the parking lot when my truck broke down. Older man inside was extremely rude. He said we cant work on the truck in the parking lot but i see people do it all the time. He said if we got oil in the parking lot that he would make sure we had to pay for it to be cleaned, yet there are multiple oil stains in the parking lot. When I suggested we move to the next parking lot over, he threatened to not exchange the part that we have a lifetime warranty on. Its not even a messy job, he just wants to be difficult. Same person that gave me problems last week. Acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and wouldn't even try to understand. He acts cocky and rolls his eyes. I was as nice as possible even when he was being rude. I highly recommend O'Reilly. I will never bring my business here again. I'm only rating five stars so maybe a few will read this and not make the same mistake that I did.

The location is very convenient (main street). The gentleman behind the counter saw that I was having difficulty finding the correct type and size of windsy wipers for my 1992 Jeep. I didn't have to ask for help. He came out to help with getting the correct type and size wipers. Saved me a lot of time. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

Most of the guys in there pretty helpful but there is one gentleman that thinks he knows it all and won't let you explain what you're talking about. He kept interrupting me and spoke to me condescendingly when he didn't even understand what I was trying to explain. I go to O'Reilly's now with my business.
