The customer service at this O'reilly is here. In Vidor Texas, off. A 235 north main is bar none. The best I've ever seen. I've been to multiple. I also own multiple businesses, along with doing my own mechanic work. And they just went above and beyond to get me the part that I need at the best price possible. I would definitely visit here again. And I would advise you too as well. Ms. Linda and Ms. Kim are 2 excellent people. That would do anything to help a customer out in need of a part. After careful consideration and seeing a video about your town and very hateful store employees I believe you and the other O'Reilly store in Vidor should explain why I am now boycotting all O'Reilly auto parts stores and will be taking several thousand customers with me due to the racist, vile and repulsive things your employees said in a VIDEO as proof.
I am white by skin color and you have just costed money for O'Reilly's national wide. Go ahead and call corporate, but it will do no good. I have that employee's face and his friends and the foul language out of his mouth says he is not to be working there or in any other store.
The assistant manager was so rude and disrespectful when my husband went in to ask about brake pads i don’t know why people have to be so rude and disrespectful when asked a simple question
