Huge shoutout to Selena Auto Towing and Sam. My car was in a really tricky situation with a stuck parking brake and very low ground clearance. Four other tow truck drivers couldn’t get it done, but Sam came in, stayed calm, and handled it like a pro.
This was not an easy tow at all, especially with a low and valuable car, but he got it done with zero damage. Super professional, patient, and clearly knows his stuff.
If you have a tricky tow or a car you actually care about, I’d 100% recommend Sam and Selena Auto Towing.
Selena towing did an amazing job taking care of my father’s car. He broke down in a rural area and they came to him in a timely manner. We forgot the key and Sam the driver went the extra mile and unlocked the car for us. He even took the car to a house in no time. Definitely using them again and recommend them. Reasonable pricing.
Bad business!!!! Was stranded on the side of the road going to work called cops to let them know they came to check on me and asked if I was okay I said I am they said they would come back in an hour to check on me never told me I had to get my car off of the road 20 minutes later this tow truck pulls up and start going to pick up my car mind you I was waiting for family to come with a trailer to take it he then tells me he has to take the car I told him how much? What if I don’t have the money to pay it he said they will take it to there tow yard and have it there he never gave me clear answers he then tells me cops called him and said they need it off of the road I was on the shoulder I’ve seen cars days left on the shoulder he tells me the cops told him he has to take it I then tell him then we will call the cops and ask them after a minute or two on the phone with his boss Sam he then tells me he is leaving this driver saw a broke down car and wanted to take advantage
Not your average tow service. These folks are legit car lovers. They knew exactly how to handle my 1930s beauty—no jerks, no scratches, just precision. From the first call to the final drop, it was clear they cared as much as I do. That’s rare. Trust earned.
Over charge 500 to move my vehicle 10 minutes away from were it was picked up.. explanation was that's how my boss said to charge ..stay away from this company that over charges people . Horrible experience
They were so professional and helpful, as soon as we called for the tow they arranged it immediately and dispatched someone who arrived very quickly. Friendly, reliable and would definitely use their service again!
I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE star. They were supposed to take my daughters wrecked car to Caliber collision in San Marcos 19 days ago BUT NEVER DID!!! They have been driving my 2024 Palisade around Kyle like it is there personal vehicle wrecked and all. They will no longer talk to us and it is now at Exxon in Kyle. Don't they know I can see when my door opens and when it moves. To top it all off the wrecker driver that picked it up doesn't have a valid TDLR license!!
I have my insurance agent, Caliber and now the police looking for my car.
Sam could not have been more courteous and professional! This was a complex job towing our SUV from a downtown parking garage with low clearance… he was amazing!
Was on a trip in Texas when our rental car broke down. We had a difficult time with the rental company and were stuck stranded for hours and hours. My mother was very stressed and crying until we had Sam come to tow our vehicle. He even worked something out with the rental company where he gave us a ride with him while towing the car for over an hour drive. Thanks to him we were able to make it back to the rental company right before they closed for the night so we could exchange vehicles. He talked with my mother the whole drive and calmed her down from the stressful situation. He was an immense help and saved us from being stranded overnight in the dark.

I only did business with this company because I had no choice, if your reading this it means your considering Selena towing as a choice I’ll save your time it’s not the one for you “period”.
I waited 2 hours after calling ahead to pick up my vehicle for $400 after it was just impounded the night before like that’s insane even in todays economy on top of that I was lead on when asked when someone was going to assist me. Until the lot owner not the business owner or an employee of the Selena towing company but the owner of the land came and helped me get my car like it was something that they have done previously.
