Had a horrible blowout on 1-35 it was very scary but Damion was super professional and worked quickly to get someone dispatched to us. Towed us out to DelValle and the driver was very friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow in the area.

Morning, I wanted to say how pleased I was with the service we received from Damion and Quantum towing. Had a vehicle waiting on parts that finally came in and needed to have it taken to a shop. Called Quantum and Damion was able to get it moved in a timely manner so we could get it back. The driver was prompt and courteous. only 3 stars because nick was GREAT but valerie made me want to put my head through a wall. came by late tuesday night to help my friend get her car released from the tow yard. valerie with dispatch was very unprofessional, gave scam vibes, and completely wasted almost 2 hours of our time. she lied and made up about 4 different stories as to why the car needed to stay and more charges needed to be added, ended up ghosting us and ignoring all calls for almost 40 minutes while we were sitting in a dark and sketchy junkyard. her tone finally changed when we contacted the local pd and ONCE AGAIN verified there was no reason for the car not to be released (2 hours later lol). now, NICK needs a damn pay raise or some bonuses! he was off the clock, ended up coming straight to us and was more than helpful. he was straightforward, apologetic and got us taken care of as fast as he could which we really appreciated. (mind you it was almost 11 at night at this point) people like nick are what keeps businesses running, he deserves all the credit for any remotely good experience we had with this company. thanks nick!!
