JJ and his crew are honest and responsive. They towed my daughters car and arrived quickly. They are professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!
Interstate towing is a great service. Don’t work with. When needing a tow service. They were extremely responsive and helpful. David offered me to ride in the tow truck to the dealership. Highly recommended!
Courteous prompt response time, driver helped with offload locating and position once at destination. Travelled about 50 miles, but arrived safely and intact.

Overall, Interstate Towing and Recovery was a sketchy and unprofessional experience. First off, the business is just a lot there is no building to meet someone at this location to get your car back. My buddy was in an accident the night before I went here and was rushed off to the hospital. The police had this company toe his car back to their lot and in order to get his car back on a Saturday he made an appointment with their representative JJ who was over 40 minutes late and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I only went here to help my buddy get his car back but overall I would not recommend it.
Sandy was super friendly! She made sure to call and inform me every step of the way as to where the driver was and how long it was going to be! The driver was friendly and fast too! Would totally recommend them!
They where very helpful. I had called 3 towing companies and they had no drivers. I called and the young lady was awesome and the driver was there within 15 minutes no issues. If I ever run into an emergency again I would called them. Thank you
My car was impounded when I loaned it out. Interstate helped me get my car back and parked it exactly where I needed it parked. Sandy helped me through all the logistics and Eddie went above and beyond to make sure my car was returned to me. I will definitely use Interstate Towing and Recovery of Kyle again when I need towing services.
