I totally understand how hard it is now days to find good help. My only complaint was it did take some time to get the part I purchased. I know they aren’t purposely take a long time to pull the parts from the vehicles. People need to under stand they are purchasing used parts that are being taken off for them and not purchasing brand new. I will honestly I will continue purchasing from them.
We purchased an Engine with those guys and charged our card over the phone and now it's been over 1 months we have not got the part neither any response, A guy called wilson who works there is always giving run around or not answering calls, I strongly recommend not to do any business with this company..they steal people's hard earn money
By far worst experience I’ve had with any local salvage yard. Payed for an engine on 02/03/24 (Saturday) was told they have to remove it from the vehicle and it’d be ready to pick up on 02/05/24 (Monday). They gave me the run around for 2 weeks giving excuses. Even went as far as telling me on 02/10/24 that it would be ready around 3pm and that they’d call me. I called them at 3:45pm since they never called me and said “oh I was just about to call you. Engines ready if you wanna come pick it up but we close in 15 minutes” I said that’s fine I’m down the street I can be there in 5. He then said “oh but it’s in Pasadena. You’ll have to pick it up Monday. Called Monday and he said “we still have to pull it from the car” I told him I’d be there Saturday morning (02/17/24) to pick it up. I get there this morning (02/17/24) and he tells me I never confirmed the order and that he still needs to pull the engine from the car in Pasadena.
Only good thing I can say about this place is he at lease didn’t hesitate to give me my money back right away.
DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL DAMAGE PARTS AND THEN DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU A REFUND OR EVEN CREDIT. I BOUGHT A STEERING COLUMN AND WHEN MY MECHANIC SAW IT , HE SAID THAT ALL FOREIGN DAMAGED THE PART WHILE PULLING IT APART, I CALLED THE EXACT SAME DAY AND THEY REFUSED TO EVEN SPEAK TO US AND REASON. I UNDERSTAND THESE ARE USED PARTS BUT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SOLD ON A WORKING CONDITION NOT DAMAGED WHERE YOU CANT USE THEM.
Got a part that worked great, the men there were very friendly, and the prices are amazing. The only downside was waiting longer than I was told for the part to be pulled. But I’ll definitely be back for any car needs.
When I tell you I fell in love with these people they are so sweet and caring I know I done talked this man ear off and he listened and held a whole conversation customer service is key they also have the cheapest price around town thank y’all so much
This company sold me a faulty engine and will not honor there warranty or give me a refund for the damages that were cause by them before shipping. They shipped eh engine with a extremely smashed in oil pay causing the motor to starve for oil. I will update this as time goes on. I am not finished with getting a refund. They are forcing me to see what small claims court will offer me.
This company is a joke . The salesperson Jason sent the wrong motor twice. Then charged me the return and shipping fees!!
The second motor was so old and rusty it looked like it came out of a model T Ford .
The salesman returned 1 call. Avoid them like the plague. I have no motor but they have taken money and gave a partial refund. I wish I had the option to give them a minus review. Scam artists…..don’t buy from them!!!!
I've been calling around different places all day looking for something specific. This was the 19th place I called. Everyone I've spoken with has been short and rude with me. While this place did not have what I needed, the guy I spoke with was the nicest person I've talked to all day. Didn't find what I need but his customer service was very much appreciated!
I am from Indiana and ordered an engine from here. The communication throughout the whole process was a bit spotty but they delivered. The first engine they sent was broke in multiple places and they re-sent another one. The second was much better and that was what I used for my engine swap. The price for the engine was also pretty good.
Guy was very helpful and had the partner needed for my Porsche cayenne. Hey gentlemen was Very willing to negotiate prices. And I love to haggle prices. Lol
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could give no stars I would. Bought a used engine from this place 21k miles for 6k which was to include shipping Mar 2022. The engine was bad it had leaks and other things wrong with it. They failed to do the QA check and sent over in horrible condition. When they were ask to remedy the issue they opt to have me to return the engine. It took them 15 days to refund my money only to get a portion of it back. I paid 200 dollars for a suppose to be free delivery which was local. Then ate the labor cost for the mechanic to take it out. They are very unprofessional and money hungry. If you need anything concerning your engine please go to Thunderbolts it's much cheaper and they are very professional. Jason the sales guy is a liar. Go elsewhere so you can have labor cost covered and a better warranty. Save yourself the trouble and just don't deal with this company.

These guys are thieves, they sold me a body part, it looks bad and they said try it and we will return it if it doesn’t fit and I recorded them saying that, I called back for return and they claimed they didn’t say that
If I could give them no stars I would. I was there to return something that I bought. I was informed that there was a core charge of 10.00. I ask why... The attendant pointed to a sign on the wall. Not behind him but to the left of him. I said, I didn't see that. He get an attitude and yells at me so of course I yelled back. Then he tells me he don't have to give me anything back. As a matter of fact I'm not gonna give you anything back. REALLY!?!?. The moral to this story is the attendant was rude and yelled at me. I'm so glad I'm saved.
They actually answer the phone and even let you go to the back to speak with the mechanic on duty. Other places don't even answer the phone, have terrible customer service, are rude, rush you off the phone, or cater to customers who look like them while leaving you standing there. The price was ridiculously cheaper than what the dealership quoted. I paid less than a hundred bucks, whereas the dealership was quoting me $1,080 for my Mercedes Benz part. The part was practically brand new too. I'll definitely return if needed.
Was able to negotiate a very good deal on trading in my junked car. Then I ended up being able to work out another deal to purchase one of their cars for sale. The owner was very reasonable and knowledgeable. Everyone's willingness to help made it a very good experience. I will certainly be returning.
The owner has good foreign parts but he is unscrupulous in that he does not honor his commitments. You are best served looking at other part suppliers in the area.
