Fast service at a very reasonable price!! Ron came to my house to replace my radiator and was done within 2hrs. Definitely recommend and will be using him in the future!

I wasn't serviced by this company. However, they were a more-than-excellent middleman for an incident I had with a flat tire. I had to have my car towed around 7 P.M. There weren't any places open, but they are labeled as 24/7. Please note that they are not available for servicing vehicles 24/7. The owner got back to me the next morning, was very prompt and helpful with information, and provided a spare tire for me to get my car to a shop to get a new tire. They went out of their way to make sure my car was safe and ready to pick up when I could get to it.

Had a Ford expedition, that went beyond my knowledge. Called Ron's roadside repair, when he was able to make it to me he had my vehicle running in about an hour. Fair price was very pleased.

My dad's truck had a blowout this evening and we did not have the right tools on us at the time to address it. We found Ron's business while searching for 24/7 roadside help. He came out shortly after we called and got the spare on in short time. Very professional and kind to work with. I'm glad we continue to have service like this in Grayson!

Oof, Ron saved our bacon. We got stuck in Sherman when the alternator in our camper van ate it. We spent the night in the O'Reilly's parking lot trying to replace it till we got stuck on one part, then called and visited several mechanics this morning trying to get someone to help. We were stressed by the time we called Ron and in less than fifteen minutes from the start of the call he was there under the van. It took maybe a half hour and now we're back in business! He was wonderful and I wish he was in Virginia so that we could call him again!

As I head to Plano, somewhat close to Sherman, I recall my last time in the area. Loaded with two skidsteers on a 40’ trailer, I blew two tires, called Ron’s and shortly after he and his son were there. A breath of fresh air to be able to find reputable hard working people. Not only Did Ron mount a tire but also had to take a rim in and repair it for me. He went above and beyond, and I so appreciated his help! Great guy, awesome son and great service. Also super reasonable on price!! Thanks Ron, your one of the few good ones left buddy!

On a recent trip to my son’s house in northeast Oklahoma, the trailer I was dragging with tools and supplies, experiences a tread separation near McKinney. We changed the tire with the spare and continued our journey. When we reached Sherman area, the spare tire blew out at 9pm. Ron showed up and was able to get a tire mounted to one of my rims and back on the road in a little over an hour. He was a blessing to work with and meet. I would use him again if I ever have a tire need again in this area. Thank you Ron for your help and professionalism.

6/2/2024 - I was on my way back to AR. from West Texas, I had been visiting my family, an icon came up on my dashboard that I was not familiar with, I pulled over and consulted by Owner's Manual and discovered I may have a serious issue on my hands with my car. I pulled over at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts there in Sherman. I was told it could be my battery, could be my alternator, the very nice gentleman at O'Reilly's (Scott) told me he really couldn't help with the replacement of my battery, it was difficult to remove from my 2016 Kia and he gave me Mr. West business card. I called Mr. West (Ron) immediately, he picked up practically on the first ring, told me he could come right down to O'Reilly's, he was there in less than 5 minutes!! He replaced my battery in about 5 minutes, we started it up hoping the icon would go off on my dash and I would be on my way. The icon was still there, I mentioned to him the manual stated the alternator belt could be affected in some way if this icon persists. Ron immediately checked and discovered in fact the belt was off, not only was it off it had melted and was torn to pieces. The patience he demonstrated and the short amount of time it took for him to remove the damage parts, install the new belt along with the piece that holds the belt in place was very, very impressive. All the while talking to me in a very professional and knowledgeable manner making sure I understood fully what was being done to my vehicle. All of the work was completed in less than 2 hours and I was back on my way....ON A SUNDAY no less!! Mr. West you were my guardian angel, I truly appreciate your kindness and positive attitude. If you find yourself in the Sherman/Denison/Texas area and are in need of an awesome mechanic please give Mr. West a call. It will be worth every cent, that was very affordable as well!! Ron was amazing! We called at 9pm when we had a flat tire in my bronco sport. He went to autozone, got the part we needed (valve stem) and installed a new one for us when ours was causing a leak! We are not from here, and are on our way to Oregon. You can tell Ron cares about the work he does, and helping people in need! Be sure to give the cute dog Jo some love when you see him!

ONLY GO HERE FOR AUTO REPAIR! Character and integrity are usually absent in our world. This is not the case with Ron, HE IS THE REAL DEAL. Yes I'm impressed without quickly he did the work and helped me. Yes I'm impressed with how well he completed the work. And of course I appreciate him fitting me in even though he was busy. Nothing impresses me more than a straightforward honest business owner. I WILL SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE PROMOTING THIS BUSINESS. The owner deserves it I know they will be moving locations soon and be able to help even more people! I'm not kidding, Don't call anywhere else or go anywhere else, Ron will take care of you!

We gave Ron a call for assistance and He told us it would be about 15-25 minutes for him to get here and he got here in 10 minutes or less! He was able to take our tire off go find another one and get us taken care of in less than 30 minutes! Definitely recommend!

Had my vehicle towed here on a Saturday night. Ron called me Sunday morning to see what the issues were and to let me know he would get to my truck Sunday evening or first thing Monday morning. After a reasonably priced repair, I had my truck back Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased with Ron and his team. Highly recommend

I has complete engine replacement on my 2001 silverado quad cab 6.0 2500 HD by Ron’s Automotive. I am the original owner and it was by chance that I met Ron by fumbling through mechanics who came to my home in Pottsboro and towed my truck. It took months for me to decide and Ron was patient and did excellent work. I have since taken my Infiniti m30 for A/C repair and he did an excellent job. He is a small repair shop, short handed, but what I have noticed is that he is also a true family man and devoted father. He works at night when it is hot and has his boys with him sometimes and they are very polite. Ron will explain the bill and in my case choose where I bought the motor. Communication is key and giving time to listen and understand is essential for me and Ron provides the service that I would recommend to anyone.

Ron's changed my water pump and did the timing chain in August 2022. Less than a year ago. Now my timing chain is messed up because they didn't make the repair correctly. What we thought was a simple tune up ended up being over 3 grand because of Ron's mistake. He will not take responsibility. He has told us we are outside of our warranty. Which is a weak 6month and/ or 6k mile warranty. You definitely get what you pay for. Thanks for nothing, Ron. BEWARE OF A DISHONEST MECHANIC HERE.

I had been safety (Class B Van) towed off HWY 75 by AAA and set down in a Mall parking lot. Not sure what to do I googled and found Ron's. I called on a Sunday night and he said he would be there Monday morning. My van would turn over but would not even try to start. I slept in my Pleasure Way Van overnight. Ron came a little after 8:00 am and it took him less than 40 minutes to get me running again. Something to do with sensors and he replaced some things and I was on my way again to Mesquite for a preparations and a funeral. Naturally, I would recommend him as he showed up when he said he would and got my vehicle fixed and back on the road. Very Satisfied all around !! Can't ask for better than that !!

We were traveling thru Tx and had a bearing blow out on our 24ft enclosed trailer, we had massive damage to our wheel hub and figured we were doomed for days. It was a Sunday night at 5pm. We called Ron and he and his team had us back in the road 5 hours later which was simply amazing!! Ron and his teams communication and commitment to getting us on the road was truly amazing! I couldn’t express loud enough how much I would recommend Ron’s Roadside Repair! We have so much gratitude for Ron, Fischer and their friend Alex at O’reilly’s for making us roadworthy! Loads and loads of gratitude!

My daughter got a flat tire on 75 and needed help. She waited for over an hour for our insurance-provided roadside assistance then gave up and called Ron's. They were there in less than 10 minutes, had her tire changed in 15 minutes and she was one her way. The guy who helped her was awesome. She was grateful and I certainly was too! Thanks Ron's!!

Had our alternator go out and took the car to Ron’s. We were shocked when it was all done in less than 24 hours!!!! Never had a big car repair happen so fast. We were so happy with the work and speed, we dropped a different car off as soon as we picked up the fixed one. Ron diagnosed the problem, let us know different price options for the part and how much time it would take. We love his honesty as well! Our second car was fixed up quickly and runs great now. We will always use Ron’s. He is honest, quick, skilled, and has great pricing. Highly recommend!!

Ron has beyond exceptional service to customers. Our alternator gave out, every repair shop around was not willing to even take a look, as soon as I called Ron he was completely willing to help immediately and told us to come by. As soon as we got there he instantly got to work on the car. He is definitely a trust worthy repair man, he answers all your questions as quick as possible and is completely honest. Had Ron come out one night to finish up a job I started and got stuck on. He showed up within an hour, knocked it out, and charged a fair rate.Recently had something happen I couldn't identify so I dropped the car off at Ron's shop. Was able to pick the car up the next day, and Ron and the team even identified outstanding issues that I need to get taken care of which allows me to better budget and plan for getting it done in order of importance. For the first time in my life, I was billed less than quoted as it didn't take them as long as they had thought to get it done. Fair pricing, rock solid mechanic and impressive turnaround time, we are grateful to have found a mechanic we can trust.
