Told us $120 for a tow across town, then said something like $375. Got someone else to do it for $90. Won't be calling this place again for anything. Unless you just want to spend lots of money, I wouldn't recommend.

Extremely satisfying it was a flat rate, he was there in less than 30 minutes. Got the car up on the ramp and towed back to my house would highly recommend going with this company if you ever need to be towed. 10 stars really. Hands down.

Nikki was patient with our very complicated rental. She did not get frustrated when we needed to cancel and restart the reservation. We appreciate the amazing customer service and resolution!!!!

Had to get towed quickly due to hwy conditions at the time had shefs dept called to get it set up and theyt worked with me even trhougfh a total loss on my side but still worked with me and acted profecanlly.

Rick's Towing Service came to the rescue when our insurance provider left us out in the cold! We had sat on the side of HWY 82 for several hours waiting for tow trucks dispatched through our insurance. None ever came. We called Rick's and he had somebody onsite within 15 minutes in the middle of the night. Our tow truck operator was even able to give us a ride home which our son described as "a first-class experience". 5 out of 5 - Hopefully will never need to call again, but if the need arises they will be the first call we make. Thanks for everything Rick and Brad!

In regards to towing my 2002 Chevy trailblazer car out from a ditch from my own auto collision after just arriving in Texas state from Chicago Illinois they were ok however what I didn't like was the person who I called to follow up since they are closed on weekends and my car has lower right damaged and a unknown leak they couldn't tell me when or who could fix my car ASAP. I still had a journey to San Antonio Texas and this road journey ended up being a nightmare in regards to uncertainty on if my car is still fixable and how long next to when they can tow it to an auto mechanic who can see what damages are done and can still be repaired driving wise not body wise

We were stuck on the side of a busy highway and our car rolled off our trailer we were pulling. This service and Shane our driver was excellent and saved us from ruining our Honda. We are sooo very grateful!! Great service and we are back on the road! Thank you again Shane, a real professional tow truck driver.

I've never had to tow things before but the people who work here are the most authentic people I've met that run a business. Easy to talk to, extremely helpful (thank you Nikki for helping me deal with my dealership), and very professional. These people helped me tow my wrecked bike home, and my totaled car off the highway. I would recommend this company 10x over

Towing is never a fun experience. However, this past weekend I spoke with Nikki and she walked me through the experience in as positive manner as possible. She was professional, kind and attentive to my situation. I then was met by James, who processed my paperwork so that the vehicle that had been towed was ready for pickup. Rick’s Towing saved the day! I had a flat in the middle of the night, contacted AAA only for their contracted company to not come through. After several calls back and forth, AAA was able to locate Rick’s Towing. Once the service call was confirmed, I received a phone call from the very professional, kind, courteous gentleman that would be assisting me. He provided my with an ETA and when he arrived he was quick, friendly, and went above and beyond for me due to so unforeseen difficulties with my tire situation. I am so thankful for this company! After being stuck with a flat for several hours over night, it was all worth the wait to receive such fantastic service. Keep up the amazing work! My travel trailer hit a crater on the highway and blew a tire and leaf spring. No other company would tow me. The local rv repairman called Rick’s co. Rick showed up to evaluate. He called in 2 of his guys. They showed up quickly and got me towed on a flatbed. They even towed it to an rv park until it can be looked at. Fast, amazing service! Excellent price too! Highly recommend!

Despite the reason for being towed, my encounter with them was satisfying. Great customer service by both Rick's! My vehicle was safely in their care. Nowhere will give you great cs in the last 5 mins but I'm grateful they did bcuz I'm not from there.

When contacting this provider, they couldn't give me a total price for towing so we could properly have the money ready and available that was not covered by insurance. When trying to figure out the individual became aggressive and offended for questions asked. Very disappointed in how this gentleman conducted business. Should be ashamed for yelling at a young woman or trying to ensure he got what was owed to him.

I had a rough evening with a blow out. My road side assistance called them out and it was a really great experience during a really frustrating event. The man who answered the phone was very kind as I was freaked out and assured me they would be there ASAP. Then the tow truck man came, I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly sweet, let me know what was going on and how he was fixing it and got my donut on really quick. Definitely recommend!

Rick himself answered the phone and was extremely rude, like your wasting his time. I was politely inquiring what was needed to pick up a friends vehicle and he told me very quickly and I couldn't make it all out and when I asked a question he bit my head off, telling me I need to write this down, I had paper and a pen but I couldn't understand it all or write that fast. I was being polite and even apologized for being stupid and he rudely replied "Well I got other people waiting!" He actually thinks that people should know already because he does it everyday, somebody needs to inform him we all don't tow cars for a living, I don't know what he is thinking. And the City Of Sherman uses him, he is giving the city a bad name. I for one won't be calling him back ever.

Great service..prompt, polite, and did the job with no difficulty. Young driver was very professional. Only trouble wasI did not get a receipt to turn in to my insurance co. As much my fault. As his because I did not ask for it. Other than that, it was great.

My truck broke down on the highway and within 15 minutes the tow truck was there and taking it to the body shop for repair. Rick and crew were so kind and helpful, not to mention quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called. Highly recommend you call Rick!!! My friend was at a VRBO in the middle of nowhere without WiFi or phone service. And a dead battery. She got in touch with me and I called Rick. He got right on it and within an hour, got her car started so she and 3 kids could get home. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately turned into my driveway too quickly and ran over a ditch marker which got lodged inside my car’s wheel well. It was a blessing that I happened to call Rick’s Towing. He promptly arrived, lifted up my car and pulled the cemented marker out from underneath with no damage done. He was very reasonable priced and such a nice guy!

i was becoming hopeless looking for a towing service that would pick up my calls at midnight, ricks was the only “24 hour” car towing i could get to come to my aid that wasn’t going to be over 7 hours from the time i called. he was extremely professional and got my car up and placed at a destination in a exceptional amount of time. the price was reasonable and he was simply amazing, i highly recommend !!

Rick is the nicest guy. He cares about his customers, no doubt in my mind! Our truck broke down late Friday afternoon while towing our RV back to Utah. My turbo stopped working. He quickly came and towed us back to his shop. Since I was thinking I needed a new turbo, and knowing I needed to get back on the road ASAP for our long journey home for Christmas, he had already called around to find a place that could get us a turbo that very next morning. His repair shop is usually closed on Saturday’s but offered to come in anyway to fix our truck. He even offered to let us stay in our RV there at his shop overnight and connect to his power. However, once back at his shop he took a look at our truck and was able to fix the turbo problem in 30 min and had us back on the road! I highly recommend this place if you need towing or auto repairs. Rick will treat you with kindness and respect, he is very knowledgeable, and his prices are very reasonable.
