Honestly if I could I’d give 0 stars. Requested a tow a day before. When calling I was greeted with a “hello” not even a name of who I was talking to. Confirm locations on where and get told okay. Day of no communication of if someone’s on the way. I call and same thing “ hello” I ask if anyone is coming “ let me see where my driver is”. I just handled it myself. No type of professionalism, organization or communication. Once I told him to cancel the tow I get told “ ok” . First experience towing and idk how they got that 4.5 rating.
Best towing service ever!!! Diaz and his brother came to our rescue last year on the night of halloween!! We completely forgot to put up a review but im glad I remembered because they were the nicest people we ever met! My friend’s Challenger got stuck on a bad road and Diaz came to get us out however our car was terribly stuck so he asked his brother to come in with another truck, he was very careful with our vehicle and most tow services would’ve just left but he stayed with us! Thank you again!! Sorry for the long awaited review :(

They Kept ignoring my phone call and plus even texting their number rip off. I plan to set up by Friday Jan 5th 2024 and told them hold will able call them back to go ahead make a promise set up appointment and guess what never responding at all. Today 1-5-2024 I kept calling and texting apparently said will call you back 15 minutes and never did call me back.They think I cancel appointment by Friday. Don't think they don't appreciate it for their job. Their job booo booo 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I had called for their towing service the Mr. Diaz who answered the phone was very professional very polite which is always a plus, Mr Diaz was very helpful even though he was busy he was able to get someone to assist me The driver who assisted me was very helpful. I got the help I needed within less than an hour definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their service

Jesse Diaz has stolen $600 from me and my family. I hired Jesse with Diaz Towing to haul a trailer for $1000. Delivery was never met, refund was promised 15 days after and have yet to receive the full refund 24 days later. Messages are being ignored. Sad thing is they do repo pick ups, how hypocritical is that!
