Horrific customer service. They refused to provide receipt of payment which is unacceptable and Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Girl at the desk easily worst person I’ve ever encountered at any workplace. Zero social skills. I understand it’s a tow/vehicle business but this person could not be more insufferable than she is. Made the entire process rigid, uncomfortable and as difficult as possible. Prices are utterly insane on top of all previous mentioned misery. Additionally, they stored my car in the corner where it was damn near blocked off completely by two other vehicles boxing it in. I was forced to risk hitting two cars while moving it out of the space (probably 1/2” from hitting on either side”) just to get it out after paying $430. Terrible company and to any business that works in tandem with these people: I urge you to find a way to remove any and all association. Disgusting business.

Typical predatory towing "storage lot." They'll say "oh we have nothing to do with the tow, so if it was done illegally that wasn't us, but you still have to pay us now to get your car or we're going to charge you a hundred bucks a day" like everyone is too stupid to realize they are making money of all of this and want these tow companies to bring cars there. It's a scam that allows the towing companies and this lot to avoid prosecution for illegal business practices, but even if they get caught they'll just change the business name/license and keep on being terrible people taking advantage of others.

If I could give 0 I would. I cannot fathom how this place is still in business. They manage this place with not only such toxicity but illegal as well. The whole staff are verbally abusive to women and they scam and take your money and refuse to give your vehicle. They recently did this to my friend who is handicap. Her vehicle has been paid for and she screen shotted it from her bank account that they had taken it out and they refused to give her, her vehicle and said very vulgar cuss words and awful names and said that it is too late to get her vehicle. Now my friend cannot afford to get her wheel chair and now she has no vehicle. I pray that accountability gets taken place with every single one of the staff here! Especially the manager with highly poor management and they scam the vulnerable and abuse them at the same time. My friend is already reporting them. She has proof that they are illegally holding on to her vehicle after purchasing it. This business needs to be shut down! I pray that it happens and I pray they never work in business again and I pray the manager and owner never manages and owns a facility ever again. This is absolutely disgusting! 0 STARS!

Very Terrible and horrible tow company. They have towed my car and truck twice respectively from latitude magnolia despite that i have registered them. Just pure evil!!!

My fiance's car got towed to this lot and although that was frustrating (not the lot's fault), we were pleased that they kept his car safe and was helpful when it came to getting it back. The front desk was patient and thorough when explaining the process and all the paperwork, and we were able to complete the process in about 5-10 minutes!

The only good thing was Jared from Junk Car Cash Buyers in the Denton area came through and paid the tow fees 10/9/2025 due to my vehicle 2019 Kia Soul not in operation due to the right passenger wheel caved in 32 Hundred did not understand why my vehicle was not running in 2024-2025; fees are high here mosquitoes are out there please do something about that issue.

Towed out of my own driveway, $350 for less than 12 hours. No way to fight it. Bet it was because they had a quota to fill. Absolutely evil.

A guest of mine recently had their car towed from my apartment complex in Denton, and the entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. When I tried to resolve the issue, I could only reach an answering service that was completely unhelpful—providing nothing but a manager’s email address instead of a direct phone number. Even after emailing, I never received a reply. I called at least four different numbers, including the police, and kept getting the runaround. When I finally reached someone, I was placed on hold instead of getting answers. On top of that, I had a screenshot of the parking permit, but the tow company refused to even look at it. My apartment complex also claimed nothing could be done because the permitting system supposedly required me to log out months ago and restart the process—something that I did do. In the end, my guest had to pay an outrageous $347 to retrieve their vehicle. This cost is excessive and felt like a scam. To make matters worse, I was given three different company names before eventually learning the tow lot was called “Poppa’s Lot”—a completely different name than what I had been told. This was an extremely upsetting, stressful, and costly ordeal. Both the towing company and my apartment complex failed to provide any real assistance. The lack of clear communication, misleading information, and refusal to honor the valid permit made this experience feel predatory.

I came to Denton stay with my daughter because she was having surgery. Her apartment complex insists that cars be registered everyday and according to her lease a visitor can stay up to 7 days. On the third day she tried registering my car, but kept receiving a message that I had overstayed the allotted time. Unfortunately, the office was closed and course my car got towed by this company. They had my car less than 30 minutes and charged me $350.00 which is highway robbery and extortion. I will admit that I had a full-on meltdown because I was out of state in an unfamiliar area. This place needs to be shut down and run out of town.

Wrongfully towed my guest after I registered her vehicle and she parked in guest parking. A complete scam of a company. We were told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t screenshot the confirmation, so make sure you do that. They blamed their system being down, but it didn’t stop them from taking her money.

They took car away even tho it was registered at the apartment complex and then they said that it wasn’t registered on their end. Doesn’t make any sense but ok . $350 they took what a joke where’s corporate at because this is just unbelievable 0 stars

A guest of mine got their car towed from my complex in Coppell all the way to this dump in Denton and had to pay a ridiculous $350 to get it back. I understand that the guest vehicle registration had expired while the car was still in the visitor's spot for a bit longer, but it is outrageous for it to be towed 30 MINUTES AWAY and that price is absolutely INSANE. This was devastating to have to pay on the spot and was a very frustrating process. Thanks for scamming us!

They are coercing you to sign that there’s no damages without allowing you to inspect the vehicle to ensure. They could have at least have someone walked in with you to ensure you won’t leave the premises just so you are able to inspect before signing. Honestly it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen especially the huge wasp nest that could harm pedestrians waiting in front of the window. So those who are allergic to wasp/bee stings be careful, or hope you get a very nice big cash out if the allergic reaction isn’t deadly just severe reaction to you.

Horrible shady place. After my sister’s apartment complex unfairly towed her (she will be fighting the whole thing after the fact but of course people need their cars) they refused to give her her change when she paid to get her property back.

Vultures! Talk about price gouging! These guys start at $272 flat for "light duty". They charged me over $320 to "store" my vehicle for less than an hour...They never notify you that you've been towed and where it is. So your car could be stolen for all you know. They are unreasonable, in a horrible location, and will bleed you dry and kick you while you're down. Know your rights and take them to court!

Possibly the worst experience, you could possibly have these people are towing cars that have been in a place for less than 24 hours with no written or signs making it available or telling them why they’re being towed horrible horrible experience

Girl behind the window is ignorant and rude. She was not understanding at all. I tried to explain my situation and within seconds of me talking she says “IM NOT THE TOWING COMPANY” of course you’re not. But you are sitting here representing them.. poorly at that. Not even trying to problem solve at all. The girl with the goofy glasses is who I’m referring to, and she also couldn’t explain what was on my itemized receipt, really weird.

The girl behind the window hates her job and was flat out rude. We asked a simple question and she just kept saying "I just work here", "it's not up to me" when we asked where the towing company that dropped off there was based out of. She was also not great at the paperwork she had us fill out. Also, the window is not ADA compliant. No ramp.

Really interesting that they took my car out of a visitor parking spot at apartment complex that I was sleeping at over night.. I’m a college student so this was not ideal to have to pay for and it was very unprofessional too. The lady was working nice and I hope she’s getting paid but omg why was this place in someone’s backyard like this feels illegal and it might be… Yall lmk. I hope something good happens to me bc this was super hard to deal with❤️❤️

These people are predators. They stole my vehicle within 10 minutes of legally parking to drop off a box at a friend’s apartment, then charged me almost $400 to get it back.

Rude customer service and price was extreme. Also—-they released my vehicle to my 17 year old driver that isn’t Even on the registration. So I guess anyone can pick up my vehicle without showing proof they own it. I thought they could only release a vehicle to the registered owner 🤷‍♀️

I'd like to say, those who work in this industry I feel sorry for. We're never coming here happy that our cars got stolen because of predators dressed up as business men. But what I can say is that I'm not happy because of the service. I don't expect much but the lady who worked in possibly one of the sketchiest areas I've ever worked for was ill informed and not trained well at all. Not her fault, just that the managers of the place has poorly trained people that they love to exploit just as much as the people they're towing from. When I paid the extortionate price of $200+ dollars they let me in via a fence that to be frank, was horribly put together. They left my car sitting on a pile of broken glass, there was scratches on my bumper and on my grill, not great for handling someones else's property. I was given a damage form but after calling for clarification of some of their fine print, which only lasted about 40 minutes on hold with wonderfully great copy-right free music, I was given clarification. Now I'm sure that 100% they're a legally run company, but a well run one they are not. The actual lot that they keep your property on is not paved at all. In fact it's just sticks stones and other debris that I'm sure is not great for your car. I would advice that you always check when you apply to rent in this area to see if you see a sign that says "Apollo's towing company" and if you do, sign nothing there and look for greener pastures.

They lie about if your car is registered, they just take it if they feel like it. They blocked my car in once and told me I was lucky I got there in time. I had stepped out of the car, realized I was in the wrong spot, got back in to love it. They tow it knowing your only option is to pay them. R2 Park robs people and uses this lot to do it. I’m not sure if they the same.

A car has been parked in my PAID assigned parking spot for 2 days now, and this place won't do their job and tow them! Reached out to all 3 locations and nothing. Like..don't you want to make the...$300 it cost to get your car out of impound??? Hmmmm. Makes it ok to just park anywhere I guess smh

This is the same Apollo towing company. Same bad workers, that work from a house. This is the worse towing company ever. They don’t have a set price and make up a price depending on the person. They go into apartment complexes after a car to get in to take cars. Joke of a company
