I receive great customer services from every employee specially from Cody. He went above and beyond his normal scope of work that is required. As I don't frequently scrap metal but once or twice a year so I'm not as educated in the many differences between the types of copper,brass and aluminum there is. And I had just about every type of copper and brass that wasn't sorted . All I did know that there was just #1 copper and brass And #2 copper and brass and. Thanks Cody for doing what you did when you didn't need to. And the rest of the crew. Most importantly the lady in the office. She was a delight. And I do drive the extra five mile to here then go to krum. I didn't receive any customer service from krum. And they didn't have a line of vehicles needing to sale there scrap. If you like giving your scrap away go to krum 156 if you want to make some money go to SA RECYCLING. If your scraping anywhere else you'll be losing money.
Some workers have the worst customer service. We maybe late a lot we get there before 4:30 & it shouldn't matter because regardless if it's us or someone else the workers have to stay until 4:30. Without customer this business wouldn't be a business & No one would make money. The staff in Krum is a lot nicer & has great customer service . We arrived after hours to be honest & they still let us weigh out our stuff & they still had great customer service! If it were up to me I'd drive the extra miles to take my scrap metal!
The workers are rude and before weighing your scrap they always step on the scale then they'll weigh whatever it is you have frankly I don't think that's cool at all but you can't say nothing to them cause there always ready to tell you if you don't like it go somewhere else
The staff was very friendly with me and the clerks behind the desk made me feel welcome and told me welcome to the family! As a new business owner I will keep going out of my way to give them business over other scrap yards
The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable with the process. It was my first time dropping off scrap and I needed a little direction! I’ll definitely seek them out for future business.
I've used them for years. I will say that at some times it is difficult to get in and out of, but the people are the best. The front counter people are the best, the scale guy is hilarious and the guys in the back are extremely helpful. There are other places to scrap, including right down the street, but I have always got the best prices from SA. The place down the street has very rude employees and don't give the same money for your scrap. I would recommend this yard over ANY scrap company in NTX.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. The lady answering the phone is very rude and hangs up on you when you’re asking for another employee. I will no longer be doing my business here.
One of the best places I have been the lady n the front is such a sweetheart n the big guy n the backs is just as great as she are they makes u feel welcome here i look forward to doing more business here
The owner totally won me over today. The employees are so helpful & they have great customer service. I don't mind driving the extra miles to get to this scrap yard. I believe good customer service is important . It's really sad that not all company's have good customer service & they should. The crew in Sanger is really sweet. I really appreciate how helpful they are. I think the owner has done an amazing job with the employees & the company. It's very noticeable. Keep up the awesome work guys. Thank you!
They do fair business for the items you may bring in that are acceptable and they give you an honest value for your scrap metal You will be photographed before receiving any payment they make sure nothing is stolen and there's no funny business on your end.
Best place in Denton to scrap your metal. They are honest about their weights, have accurate scales, and it is easy to navigate. The Accounts Manager is also very nice and has a sense of urgency which I appreciate
Don't recommend this place at all employees have extremely bad attitudes and feel they can yell at you and disrespect you. This is definitely not a place i will be revisiting. i recommend driving further down the road to use the competitor than be treated worthless. double think about it if you choose this place
Stay as far away from this place as you can. Went with my sister yesterday and they hit her truck leaving a big dent. They refused to fix it, said they are not responsible for damages. Maybe they need to hire someone who can operate the equipment better. If you value your property stay away from this business
I came to this place by myself and the mexican guy taking the metal out of my vehicle made me feel very uncomfortable by what he was saying and was very rude! I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you are trying to have your day ruined!
Terrible service the guy unloading was acting like it was a ridiculous request for him to do his job and unload the scrap. Have been several times and same guy acting the same way. I walked to the office to inform them he didn’t want to unload and he yelled wait and started to unload. Yelling at me through the window cause he was obviously upset. I’d recommend talking your scrap elsewhere. 0/5 stars but have to give at least 1
Do not use this place if you value your car or your money they are extremely cheap Have attitudes and treat you as if you’re unimportant I went here and they damage my vehicle and had an attitude about it. They were uncooperative and told me I can fix my own vehicle, even when it was their employee who damage the side of my truck I do not recommend them and suggest you look for another place that buys scrap metal the same
Avoid this place at all cost. They are rude in the office and in the yard. They are not even giving half of what the market value is for scrap wire “because the scrap yard doesn’t get enough copper to take a load”. Will never be back again and you should save your time and money as well and not do business with these people.
lady in the front told me to bring engines fully assembled as it wouldn’t pay much more to take them apart so I did once I got there an older man and woman that seemed like they owned the place came out and started cursing at me for bringing the engines there and were refusing to take them
Usually Fulton Recycling is very helpful to a homeowner recycling metal items even if some other materials are attached (like chaise lounges with material still attached). Today I took one large aluminum frame storm window with screen. There was also a pane of glass with aluminum frame. The woman in the aluminum section refused to take the item because of the glass. Not very helpful to a homeowner trying to recycle. Disappointed in the service today!
Love this place I grew up here my grandpa started it many many years ago and my uncle ran it for a while and sold it to a very good company out of Dallas places still ran by family members the new owners treat everybody like family. . Places honest
Nothing but top-notch service in the office and in the yard I typically tip for helping me attach, or hold the ratchet strap while I tighten it down and they always provide me with a red flag for the end of my load. The guys out in the yard are great.
I could swear I've taken stuff there on a Saturday. How do people with jobs recycle stuff? At least open once a month--and put your hours of operation on your website!
If you're allergic , wear a mask into the office, because it reeks of years of cigarette smoke buildup. But the people are nice and efficient, and they do have the best prices in town.
I have worked with them dropping off things on several occasions and everyone has always been nice and professional. I did have my daughter take some aluminum can, compressors, and dirty aluminum up there about two months ago and I don't think they emptied the 5 gallon bucket because she barely got any money and last time I did it I got quite a bit for the clean aluminum and auto ac compressors I had over the years. I don't consider this that they took advantage of her just that she didn't know to take it out of the bucket and they didn't take the time to help a newbie and show her how its done. :) I will have the pleasure to continue to do business with them and appreciate their service to the community.
Went here a couple of years ago to have my truck weighed. Was met by the rudest old man I have ever had the mis-fortune to have met. It was my first time there and he actually started yelling asking "What the hell do you think you're doing" after I parked on the empty scale. You would think I had just run over his dog. Have never returned since. Started taking my scrap to Stubbs just down the road and received the exact opposite welcoming. Treated like family there and not like a criminal as I was at Fulton's.
I have been taking metal here for over 20 years and have always had good experiences with them, we collect aluminum cans and then take them there every 3-6 months to let the kids see how the process works, my young son LOVES all the heavy machinery, and THE CLAW!!!
They pay for small loads with Silver dollars, so the kids love the chance to hold a dollar in coin form!
