After hitting a huge pothole I had a flat. I just burried an AUNT and UNCLE in OKC..and was in tears. Oh My Lord now I have to get a NEW TIRE TOW TRUCK and UBER...GOD...PLEASE HELP ME We made 2 calls!! Tow truck and tire shop Jerry pulled up with his flatbed and a cab big enough for me my daughter and my husband (didn't have to spend extra for an Uber) We listened to soft gospel music on the way to the tire shop and had a great conversation about motorcycles and blessings!! By the time we got to the tire shop, I felt comfortable and at peace. Little did he know, thru conversation and music, he calmed my sprit! Jerry was indeed a BLESSING from God I needed at that very moment Thank u Jerry

Had to get my car towed after a blown axle at a convenience store. Jeff had came and saved me and got me back home in less than an hour. Got me set up to fix my car and didn’t damage anything. Outstanding work. I will be using them again if the need arises.

I am leaving this review to document my experience with B & O Towing accurately and factually. The tow was dispatched at 12:41 PM (PST). The tow truck arrived, towed the truck and trailer, and dropped the trailer at the destination and left the drop-off location at 2:37 PM (PST). Immediately after the drop, we captured a real-time Google Maps ETA showing a 48-minute drive back to the tow company’s shop, with no rush-hour traffic at that time. Based on these timestamps, the entire towing service—from dispatch through completion—took approximately 2 hours and 44 minutes. Despite this, we were billed for 4.0 hours at $350 per hour. When the billing was questioned, payment was demanded to avoid impound, so payment was made under pressure. An additional processing fee was also added, which was not disclosed beforehand. The invoice provided does not include any itemized start or end times or a breakdown explaining how four hours were calculated. We have documentation supporting all of the above, including call logs, photos, video timestamps, and real-time GPS data. Everything stated in this review is factual and supported by records.

I had a great experience with the company.They found my vehicle on 635 and towed it quickly, carefully & expertly. Helped me come to terms with a very difficult situation. I appreciate the driver, Jerry, very much. He was able to spot my vehicle from the other side of the interstate in the middle of the night. Thank you.

My daughter’s car needed a tow from a parking space at a Chick-Fil-A at 7am. I thought it was going to be a nightmare and explained the situation to Jerry and he told me it would be no problem. He quickly and confidently got it hooked up and out of the way with virtually no disruption to the parking lot traffic! I am very impressed with the service I received.

Jeff did an awesome job. He was very professional got my vehicle home safe, and assured me everything would be ok. He was even able to get my car in my designated parking spot, which was actually covered parking. It was fast. It went smooth and he dropped my car exactly where it was supposed to be. Tesla Roadside Assistance paired me up with B and O towing. Jeff was the driver, and he was amazing from start to finish. It was the height of rush hour, and he called several times to update me on his progress and provide an ETA to getting to me. Once he arrived he handled my car with the upmost care and knew exactly how to deal with it. Once he dropped it off at Tesla, he sent lots of pics showing he had delivered it safely. Would absolutely use Jeff and B and O again.

Man.... B&O was the best experience I've ever had. Managed to lock myself out of my vehicle and the battery died as well. I was dead in the water at midnight on a Sunday at UNT. Jeff with B&O was dispatched by my insurance company and I received a call from him confirming within 5 minutes. He was on the road ASAP and within 25 minutes of me getting off the phone with my insurance company. Jeff was there with the equipment to get into my car and get me restarted. I'm sure there are a million other things he would have rather been doing at midnight on a Sunday but he was out here in a dark parking lot helping us get back on the road. He was incredibly nice and efficient in his work. If anyone ever has a need for anything related to towing, lockouts, dead battery, etc. I don't think you can go wrong calling B&O. Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a towing company, but I felt I had to share the positive experience. 5 stars across the board!

I had such a great experience with this towing company. Ethan was amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he tow my car quickly and safely, but he also gave me the contact info for a really good mechanic and even offered to drive me home. It is rare to find someone that kind and genuine these days. I really appreciated how professional and helpful he was from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.

Saved me on a Sunday - no extra charge! Now that’s service. We needed to move 40 foot motor home on. Sunday afternoon and B&O brought their brand new heavy truck to our rescue. Casey knew exactly what to do to safely tow the beast and made it look easy. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

Casy was extremely quick and easy to deal with as we were traveling across north TX and broke down with our RV. We didn't have great cell service and he got what he needed via text and got started heading our way right away! We were traveling with horses so we couldnt wait for him and he had no issues with me sending him a pin of vehicle and we got back on the road. When things went wrong B & O made it as easy as possible for us to get back moving with no worries of our RV on the side of a narrow 2 lane road. 5 hrs later he had it at the repair shop. Pretty impressive since we were 2 hrs from him! Great people, Great prices, and I'll call them everytime if I need anything like this again.

Austin was the best! My car broke down a couple Sunday's ago on our way back home from a weekend trip. He showed up VERY timely. He was familiar with the area and a pro with the lift. Wasted no time, carefully but quickly got my car positioned and hooked up. The whole time he had a fantastic attitude, very personable! Very impressed. Thank you again Austin!
