Owner was great. Had two flats due to unavoidable debris on the interstate. He arrived quickly and was professional and friendly. Made an emergency a little easier to deal with.

just south of Columbus. It was after 8 pm & it would be dark soon. I was truly concerned for our safety because my hazard lights weren't even working. There was road construction and only one lane was open. I even asked for help from the "police" escorting the work crew but no one had flares or was able to help us. I was getting the run around with company contracted through my roadside assistance; meanwhile, my daughter called an independent tow service (KBR).
Thank God for Ricky! He arrived in less than 30 minutes. He knew enough to avoid all the traffic headed southbound on I 10 & came from the backside. He had us loaded up in no time at all & even gave us a ride all the way home (78 miles). He truly was an answer to our prayers. He was very professional & courteous. I highly recommend KBR if ever you're in need of roadside assistance!!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in all my life.
Long story short I’m from out of town (really out of state) and I needed my car towed.
I called and they told me an outrageous price (which I was willing to pay) but wanted me to make another call to see if I could get a better offer (I couldn’t).
The first time I called they asked for my location I explained how I wasn’t from the area I was in Sealy Texas and tried my best to explain he kept asking me what I was around while it 9pm and pitch black. I told whoever answered their phone I was in between both of their locations. But he still kept asking for directions. (Even though on their website you can send your location to them something I feel he should’ve just said).
After I tried to find someone else to help and couldn’t I called back like I told him I would and said I needed the tow and he flat out said we don’t have anyone to tow. It was 9pm…but they’re supposed to be a 24 hour towing company.
I tried to bring that up and he just began to mumble gibberish and said under his breath “You people always need help”

I was stuck on the side of Highway 90 and he helped tow my car, zipped tie my bumper, and took me to the nearest tire shop. I couldn’t thank him enough.
Ricky, the owner of this business, saved me!! I was traveling from Brenham to Rockport, Texas--moving across the state with a car full of my belongings. On a rural highway, a dog ran out and we collided head-on at 70 mph and my car was eventually deemed a total loss.
I contacted the Sheriff's Department right away and they told me, after checking on me, that if I needed help to call them and they'd recommend someone. I spent 3 hours on hold and drama with my insurance company and roadside assistance before finally calling Sheriff back to get their referral.
Within 20 minutes, Ricky was there picking me up from a rural highway side and picked up my car. He knew I was on my way south and now didn't have a car or rental so took me to Prasek's to wait for a friend and held my car and belongings safely at his site until we could come unload car later.
He was so kind, thoughtful, professional. His wife, who was there to help us get stuff from car, was also a great woman. '
He also told me it wouldn't cost me anything and that it would be covered by insurance, and he was right!

Broke down pulling a boat, axle part broke. Ricky the owner of KBR towing came right out to us, and of all days on Fathers Day when no one else would help. Loaded us up and dropped the boat off at our residence past Houston, which was 118 miles trip. Super professional and nice guy. Would highly recommend KBR towing to anyone. Thank you again.

KBR Towing saved me!! Ricky was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt! I was quoted 1 hr wait time when calling my insurance’s road side assistance. Not 1 minute later he calls me and is about 25 minutes away. When he arrived, it took about 2 minutes and we were on are way. Dropped the car perfectly right wear I wanted it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I’ve had a lot of tows in the past and this was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had with a towing company!!
Ricky with KBR towing was absolutely heaven sent. The tire shops we were first directed to ended up not having the tire we needed. He could have left us there but he was familiar with tire shops further up the road and took us to a different one. He was extremely professional and friendly. The cab of his truck was very clean and he even had nice smelling air fresheners. If anyone in or around the I-10 corridor between Houston and Columbus needs a tow, I highly recommend KBR Towing!
Best customer service I have ever experienced from a tow service. He was courteous and helpful and patient as we worked out the details. The dealership was closing soon and he found away to store our vehicle until they opened after Thanksgiving. I do recommend this service due to the great results we had. He also works with our insurance company Geico.

The owner RICKY Jester was so kind when he came to my house to tow the pickup to the auto shop. He suggested we try charging the battery first prior to tow. He was able to charge my battery and was able to save me money and was so great. Ricky was patient and caring about my situation and I never felt like he was taking advantage. I highly recommend him and I will call him again!!!!!!!!!!

Not just Zach jumped my car and get me out my garage to the biz that I had to do but he followed up with me my phone call and message on how I was doing! And When my car is did not start on the Costco parking lot where I spent an hour while my insurance company trying to sets my a help that was 45 mins away which is unbelievable considering 107 F outside and full trunk of perishable food🤦♀️ I called Zach back and he came to rescue!!!! AMAZING!!! He also called a dealership for me and made an appt. the dealership took me in in 30 mins.

Called to help get out of mud and was told they were not interested. I was on Katy Fulshear rd. The person had no empathy just said he was not interested and that was it.
We were towed by KBR from Brookshire to Weimar this afternoon. my husband and I were pleased with the professionalism by the driver/owner. If we ever need it, we will definitely use KBR again.
