I got towed my 18 wheeler for 36 miles. We agreed on a rate even it was over priced. She charged it in advance. Understand, that happened before. The lady told me that the driver is gonna show up at my location in 40-50 minutes. After one hour I called her, shes said that because of rain where the driver is located he is stuck then be there in 50 minutes🤦‍♂️. Ok. After about 40 minutes the driver called me and stated that he has 40 minutes driving. I said ok, I m waiting. Then he showed up about in an hour. Right before the drivers arrival the lady called me and asked $300 more for drive shaft removal what is always included in towing cost. I refused to pay it and asked her to refund my money then I will hire someone else, then she put me on hold for a short time then hanged up the phone. After hooked the truck to the wrecker and hit the road she called me again and asked $150. OMG!! I refused it again then she put me on hold after a while hanged up the phone. I asked the driver did he asked additional $300 for drive shaft removal, he said no and added that this job is included in the towing cost. She is just a liar and scammer. I never recommend them. The worse thing is that Google force us to mark at least one star, if there was any other option that negatively impact their Google review I d mark it. They don’t even deserve one star.

Excellent service in Sealy. They arrived sooner than I expected and got my vehicle moved without any issues. The team was courteous, patient, and took the time to answer my questions. Great customer care and smooth process from beginning to end.

I called this company which was believed to be in sealy, Texas but later realized they are not and sent another company to me and up charge me by $150 dollars. I can’t believe there is people like these folks that are taking advantage of people!!! I then went to the location where they state there business was to confront them and it lead me to dominos pizza!!! Stay away from this fake company!
