Always knew they would be the first call if I broke down. That happened today and he answered after the first ring and saved the day in less than 30 minutes. Very much appreciative!

My car was towed by Crosby towing and the day after I went to refuel and notice it was all leaking out of my tank. I took it to a mechanic shop and the right away they were able to explain that it looked like a cable was wrapped around the actual body and around the fuel line and protective bar. Well they pulled so hard it ripped the frame, tore off the fuel line, and destroyed the protective bar. I tried calling to explain the situation and they were quick to say it wasn’t them and sent photos of the vehicle on the bed even though you can clearly see the fuel is leaking on the bed. I felt extremely taken advantage own even more so after they told me to kick rocks. The picture shows how we had to rig the fuel line after it was torn off.
My Dad's car was towed without any problems, and the gentleman who helped us was very nice. Tow companies often get a bad rap, but this company seems to be one of the exceptions.
We had a tire blow on I-10 in the middle of the night. Dakota did an amazing job of towing us away from trouble. He was friendly but no-nonsense. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it quickly. With no hesitation, he carefully put our beloved Wrangler up on his flatbed and drove us where we needed to take it. Thank you, Dakota!

Their attitude and actions really helped calm my family down, and as a father their quick response and care in helping us get home safely made them absolutely A+ in my book. I broke down on I-10 today outside Sealy and called Crosby for a tow. They were super busy and informed me it would be two hours. I explained I had my 91 year old Mom in the car and the heat was too much. He texted me the name and phone number of another towing business. I truly appreciate their kindness and superb business practice. They were looking out for ‘their’ customer not sitting on the road broken down with car zooming past at 80 miles an hour in the heat!!!!

Crosby Towing came to my rescue yesterday as I was involed in a accident on I-10 in Sealy. Eric was very professionial and caring of my situation and helped me from the very beginning all the way to taking me to a safe locaiton with all my stuff in tack. Great company, great man with awesome integrity.
My girlfriend was run off the road in Sealy and had two tires go flat. I called and got an answer right away. I wasn’t familiar with repair shops in the area, and Eric (driver) was able to get to her right away and tow the car to a respectable repair shop that had her back on the road in an hour. Very much appreciated, would highly recommend!
This gentleman came after a Sealy local, Sam, came back by & we were still sitting on IH10. He helped our friend get hold of Mr. Crosby, he came, & changed our tire. Prompt, courteous, polite and reasonably priced. I got stranded between Columbus and Sealy in the pouring rainy, cold weather! Without any Emergency lights, I had to call 911. The 911 Operator gave me Eric's number. So glad she did! Thank you Eric!
