I had an incredible experience with this company. From the moment I reached out, they were kind, respectful, and professional. Their prices were extremely fair — I had asked around and they easily offered the best rate. When my truck broke down, they didn’t hesitate to drive 250–300 miles to help me, and that kind of dedication is rare. Christopher is a hardworking man, and the whole team — including the boss — treats you with real respect. I truly wish I had known about them sooner; I would’ve recommended them to every driver I know who’s ever broken down in Texas. If you’re within a 250- to 300-mile radius and your truck breaks down, don’t waste time calling anyone else — this is the team you want.
Called these guys for a quote in the morning and they got back to me very quickly. Gave me an ETA and was not a minute late, same day. Our 30 ton forklift had gotten stuck right off the concrete slab, but it was light work for their rig. Very reasonable rate and honored the quote even though it was a little more work than what was expected.
It's really not necessary to be so nit-picky about a process when someone is just trying to get their belongings from their, only means of transportation, that was lost to a wrecker company. You shouldn't speak on things u don't know. A little compassion would go a long way with a customer who was victimized and then dealing with the consequences of another person's actions. U never really know what a person is going through. I guess empathy is a virtue. That's why I'm gonna go ahead and change my rating for u
Used their services earlier for a tow off I-10 between Brookshire and Sealy. The driver Steve D. was friendly and did an excellent job. Shout out to him.

I have TRIPLE AAA and my vehicle broke down in LA Grange. The attendant was there in 30 minutes with a smile and did an excellent job of transporting my vehicle back home to New Ulm. Kudos to Fernandez and Sons thier the best and thier employees care and do an outstanding job!
I called Fernandez & Sons for a tow and they not only showed up quickly, but used special care for loading my truck without turning it on or putting it in neutral. They had their own little tricks for loading and unloading the truck. I was super impressed. These guys are a professional crew and I would recommend anyone to them. I've had several family members use them as well, and they've always come through and outdone themselves. All around great company, highly recommend.
Mark Fernandez has an incredible team of guys to help you with your towing needs. They were quick and extremely helpful to get my daughter that was stranded off the side of Interstate 10. I highly recommend this business.

One of the nicest, most pleasant tows I've ever had. I would recommend these guys to anyone! I have a unique sports car and they showed great care when transporting it to get serviced. If I need towing in the future these are the people I'm going to call for sure.
Working with Willie and Mark Fernandez, Jr. was a pleasurable experience. I was pulling a trailer with a Kawasaki Mule across TX when we hydroplaned and hit a guard rail. Willie showed up, put the trailer on the rollback and brought it to his shop. Being from GA, he told me that I was welcome to keep the Mule and trailer at his shop until I could figure things out. He was amazingly helpful during this entire experience. His brother, Mark, Jr., was also helpful as he worked with State Farm to pick up the trailer and the mule. It was a super-smooth experience.
When you're traveling across country and have these sorts of issues, your first concern is the reputation and reliability of a company you find on quick google search. These guys were GREAT. I highly recommend them! They deserve this review and the five stars I give them!
We recently had a trailer tire blow and needed a tow. I feel badly that I cannot remember the man’s name, but he went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable with all aspects of the tow. Loading and unloading of the one-wheeled trailer was a real handful, but he handled it as only a real pro can. Excellent service.
I called this service and they responded in a timely manner.
The tow-truck driver was friendly and professional.
He also went above and beyond what I was expecting.
He spoke to, and assisted other motorists who were in a crunch with their vehicle.

Great service! My family hit something on I-10 that disabled our vehicle. We had to get police assistance to get safely to an exit. Once we exited there were 7 other vehicles that were disabled from hitting same object. The officer called these guys and they came out and helped us along with everybody else. They got us and our vehicle safely to a hotel for the night. The next day when our insurance dropped the ball and told us it would be two days before they could tow our vehicle back to Austin I called this company again. This time I was in tears and the owner sent someone immediately to our hotel. Our insurance ended up getting us that day, but I was thankful that Fernandez & Sons were willing to help us get out vehicle back to Austin.
When my car broke down in Wallis, my roadside assistance called Mark to pick up the car and take it to the dealership. Within 30 minutes of my initial call, Mark was onsite and helping us. He was very careful while loading it and transporting. He even texted pictures when he dropped it off (it was a Sunday evening) showing the exact location of the vehicle and the key. He was very courteous and professional.
Having car trouble is stressful...Mark made it much easier and I appreciated that very much. I would not hesitate to use Mark again or recommend his services.

It's always such a wonderful surprise to do business with someone who looks you in the eye and answers all questions, no matter how minuscule they may seem. I can't stress enough how much this was the best experience ever with a wrecker service. Mark went out of his way to make sure all our vehicles were taken care of. We had 3 trucks and he took care of it no problem. I will always recommend them !! Super nice and very affordable. Plus it was all taken care of at night!
Fernandez and Sons are the absolute BEST!!!! We had a flat tire and Willie towed us 3 hrs back home with no hesitation or complaint!!! They were heaven sent and it took less than an hour for them to get to us!!! Really good company and people!!!
Very reasonable pricing and honest people! I had my BMW break down on me on I-10 eastbound near Weimar, while on my way home to Sugarland. I called them Mark Jr answered, he was there within 20 min loading my car on the flatbed.
He was very professional and pleasant. The wrecker was also nice and very clean. Will be recommending them to Everyone i know who may need a tow near I-10.
We had complete engine falure and wasn't sure what to do. We called them and they were on seen very quickly. Towed our car 88 miles home. Very nice. We are thankful for them. Good price too.
Yesterday at about 6pm on my way from Houston to San Antonio the worst thing happened. The back passenger tire blew on my car. I managed to get off at an exit where there was a business parking lot. I pulled into Headwaters Construction Materials and thankfully there were some guys getting off work. They were fantastic. I did not have a spare so they started calling around but business's were closed or did not have my size tire. I found out roadside assistance with Cadillac is not worth a dime. Thankfully they called Fernandez & Sons and Mark immediately came out to meet me. By now it was 8:30pm. He waited with me until his driver could finish his current run and when the driver got there we were on the road in minutes. Mark made sure to tell him to stop and get me dinner. We had a really nice drive back to San Antonio. The tow truck was awesome and perfectly clean! I mean perfect and shining! Zach the driver was absolutely who I needed after a stressful day. We got dinner and conversation was easy. By San Antonio we were both singing out loud to country oldies. Zach is now the "singing wrecker guy". By midnight I was home and realized that because of my new friends I had not had a stressful day but a really nice day. God works in mysterious ways and this one was awesome. I met some really good people and I am thankful for this. Fernandez is now in my contacts and I no longer have to worry on my trips back and forth.

We broke down half way between sealy and Columbus. Mark Jr was there within 20 minutes. Was friendly quick and professional. Along with our truck he gave us a ride to the shop and his cab was clean. Highly recommend!
