I have had only great things to say about Kiser Auto. They go above and beyond to not only fix your auto but they do everything to get you back on the road as quickly as possible! They have become like family !

I had a low beam headlight out n they replaced it free of charge. Praise the Lord, there are good people still around.

Many times I’ve had to use this shop to fix different vehicles I’ve owned. They have always been straight forward and honest about what was needed. I highly recommend them for any mechanical work you need done. I’ve had anything from a timing chain to a radiator to light bulbs, breaks, an AC condenser fan replaced by them and all things were well taken care of in a timely manner and at a fair price considering there’s a warranty on every part they replace which gives me peace of mind if I ever need something replaced again. Justin and his Wife Whitney are an awesome couple that run this shop and they do an Amazing job at it!

I was really worried about finding a new mechanic since i move here, but i have found the people i will always take my vehicles to. I have taken my car up here for several problems. These are the best people I've dealt with. They are very willing to help with any of your needs even if its suggesting things that you can do at home to help you save. They operate with the highest quality mechanics. They have impeccable timing to get vehicles fixed and back on the road.

They did a great job servicing my truck today. The oil change is way cheaper than any other places. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Just listening to how they spoke to other customers really impressed me. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!

I stop in and talked to Bryan about a stab system and traction control message on my 06 H3 Hummer that recently started running funny, he came right out and read my codes which showed a camshaft position sensor and massflow sensor, which I thought would be totally unrelated to the problem because these codes have been on this vehicle since I have owned it for the last 5 years. He advised me to address these issues first which could possibly be causing the other warning messages. Nothing online pointed me to do this, everything I read online said it's a wheel speed sensor. I actually went in and asked, how do I figure out which wheel speed sensor is bad lol?, but I took his word and replaced both the cam shaft position sensor and the mass airflow sensor and bam!!! All is solved, and he didn't even charge me a dime for the diagnosis! I would highly recommend these guys, Bryan was so professional and genuinely just wanted to help me out!! People working there now seem nice. Yrs back i Was looking for a good shop to go to and decided to go in there and ask a question. A old man working in the shop was Rude... as soon as I walked in. He kept saying NO and didnt let me ask a question so I left. He left a bad taste in my mouth ever since.

Brian and his crew are the best around. They always take care of our vehicles and quickly. Just had an engine needing head gaskets and a slew of other repairs done. Not only were all repairs completed but way ahead of anticipated schedule. Thoroughly impressed. This is why we are and will continue to be repeat customers. Overall costs ended up being well under anticipated levels which only adds to their overall value and customer satisfaction. 10/10.

The wonderful mechanics @ Kiser replaced my entire AC unit in my 2016 Terrain. They did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly people to do business with. Thank you for all of your help!

Trust the shop like family! They do amazing work, are honest, understanding, and reliable. They are the only ones I trust to work on my car! I needed my drivers side door handle repaired because it quit working, inside and out, I was climbing over to get out of the passenger side door 6 weeks post knee replacement surgery and they got me in and taken care of same day! So grateful!

I was purchasing a used Vehicle from a private party seller and wanted a mechanical inspection. This place did it for free! Ended up buying the vehicle. Highly recommend inspecting your used vehicles to make sure you know what you buying. This is the place to take it in Greenville!

Great staff! These people really know what they’re doing. Just sitting in the waiting room overhearing some of the phone calls was impressive. They seriously know everything about every make/model out there. These are car people! I had some unfortunate luck with the part they replaced for me being a bad part. Absolutely no fault of Kiser Blvd. But, they fixed the problem for me super fast! Everything is working great now without issue! Super great staff to work with! Hope not to need a mechanic anytime soon, but if I do I will only use Kiser!

I always take my car to Justin and his team. My AC Unit has went out twice in the beginning of summer and they always get me in quickly and get me taken care of. My car was fixed in one day and at a great price. Whitney is amazing in the front and everyone there knows what they are doing! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

When you drive an older truck, you need a good mechanic and that's exactly what these guys are, GREAT MECHANICS! My truck was in for some repairs this week and at the very end of the day on a Friday the owner himself got involved in my repair just to assure it was done on time and everything was correct! They stayed late to make sure my truck was 100% right. That's all these guys do is 100% on everything! From the front office guys and gal, to the ones out in the shop, and the owner himself, hands down the best in the business! Look them up if you need good honest repairs...we need more business like this! Keep up the good work!!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Kiser Auto in Greeneville, TN. They have yet again helped me out with getting my ride squared away so that I'm back on the road and able to not miss a day of work. Their prices are by far the best in town when it comes to repair shops and they are able to fit you in fairly quick. They demonstrate their willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind and involved with there vehicle. So if you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Kiser's Auto Shop is for you. I will continue going to this shop and encourage anyone else in the Green county area as well.

I dropped off my 2012 Corvette on Friday 3/28/25 to have some maintenance done, and I picked it back up on Monday 3/31/25. I am very pleased with the staff and the mechanic. My car did not have grease finger prints all over the outside, and the inside looked like no one had been in it when I picked it up. These people are truly professional, and I will be a return customer!

Went to another location for an oil change and left with a supposed blown head gasket. Spoke with Whitney at Kiser Blvd , who was phenomenal to work with and was willing to have everything looked at before parking my car or shelling out thousands of dollars. She got my oil checked, changed, and inspected... and there was absolutely zero issues with my head gasket. Just a little girl who needs to do better at changing her oil. Highly recommend Kiser Blvd in Greeneville !

The staff is very friendly at the desk and the mechanics are just as friendly and great at what they do. I took my 2015 Ford explorer in for rear brakes and a small leak in the exhaust manifold, it took some time but the front desk staff was so friendly it felt like we were hanging out with friends. Thank you all for everything you do, I will continue taking my vehicle to you as I have been and refer you to anyone who asks.

I would 100% recommend Kaiser Auto Repair to anyone. I was told that it would be 2 weeks before they could even get me in to look at my car and I was worried how I was going to get myself and my daughter back fourth to our jobs, but then the lady on the phone told me to go ahead and bring it in and they would try to get to it in the next few days . (I think she could hear the stress in my voice). I was surprised when they called the next morning for me to pick it up. Less than 24hrs and it was ready and they didn't charge me an outrageous price either. I would definitely recommend giving them a call the next time you find yourself needing your vehicle repaired.

Hands down, the best automotive repair experience you can have. No one wants to have auto trouble, but it happens. I highly recommend Kiser! They are the best! They always do a good job and if there is an issue with a repair, they don’t charge you to fix it! And they are very kind. Today I went in there to have them see if they could replace a fuse in my charging outlet on a car I recently bought, and they replaced it and didn’t even charge me for it! They are good people and they do a great job!! I highly recommend!!

I had to drop off my Jeep for a throttle body replacement. They gave me a ride home since I had no other transportation. I expected my car to be there at least a couple days. They had it back to me the same day! Fair price, great service, friendly folks. Will definitely go back the next time I need service done!
