Never want to go check & see if they have the part you're wanting! Could do better.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a call back. Finally drove 1 1/2 hours to get there because it was my last chance and I needed the part for this weekend. He had to search for the note, that said they didn’t have it, on his messy desk and he laughed. Unorganized and couldn’t care less about other people’s time and money. Don’t waste your time or money on gas. Horrible business ethic.

This guy wasn't trying to sell anything, both days I tried to buy from him; with cash in hand. This salvage yard was recommended to me, but I won't be using them, ever! Wasted trip to Greene county.

I'll give 3 stars for the simple fact that they USUALLY have the parts I need , notice the emphasis on usually. However, getting the employees there to do their job seems to be a problem at least from what I can tell. I've seen the manager or owner or whatever he is , tell his guys ' I need you to go down and get this or that part "and they look at him with a blank stare and then continue on with their conversation as if he hasn't even said anything to them. so as far as that goes, I would fire every one of them and start with an entire new crew. Pay raises night be required but it would be worth it if they actually did their job.

Didnt hqve the parts i need which is understandable i was looking for rare parts but where excellent at helping me find what vehicles would have it for me to keep searching

I always get my used batteries from here they are reasonable priced & seems like they have always lasted me longer than any other place I've gotten a used battery

They have good parts and good prices, great people to deal with.

We called multiple times asking for a part, they stated they would call back. When we didn’t get a call back we called them, we had to call 4 times and never were able to get a answer from them on if they had the right part or not. We stopped by and they barely acknowledged we were there then were confused about the part we had asked for. Staff was not knowledgeable, and were rude, behaved as if we should be grateful to pay them for the part. they told us to go else where to get our part and we are glad we did, better price better quality part and shorter drive with better service.

Absolutely horrible customer service period called looking for a part and told me to call back the next day that they did have one or 2 just had to dig it out I did that for about 8 days and then the last time I called I asked if they really even had my part because I was tired of calling so the person told me he would for sure have it the nextday to call and then come get it just to call and then say o we don't even have the part such a waste of time .....i went to Myers junk yard called they had it and went and got it that day

Called for parts, the person said they had three cars like I needed to come on down. When I got there after a 35 minute drive, the manager told me he didn’t know where the cars where and that there was 4800 cars on the property but to wait on a guy to come in a black car he knew where they were and would take me. I waited about 15 minutes and the guy arrived and said he’d be back in a minute. After about five minutes I went inside and the manager said the guy didn’t have time to take me to find the parts, but I could go look if I wanted. If the manager didn’t know where the cars were at, how would I have a clue? It would be like looking for a needle in a pile of hay. So I left with no parts and a wasted 1.5 hours. Great way to run a business!

Never have I ever went here and not got the part that I came after and at a reasonable price. Thanks guys.

I went to get a bracket, the bolt stripped and they acted like i was stupid because someone else had already rounded it off and soon as 5 o clock got here they ran me out knowing i needed the part. I wont be back at all.

The guys at Jerry's were the BEST!!! Not only did they have the part I needed for a cheap price, but one of the guys also changed the part for me before I left. And it was an alternator, so it wasnt like changing a tire! Everyone was super nice and they really turned my mood completely around. I'll never go to a different place for parts again. Thanks guys!!! Extra THANKS to the great guy that fixed my car in front of the store!!!! You all are the BEST!!!

Great salvage yard and awesome people!! I went to another Salvage Yard and instead of helping me find what I needed they sat in the office telling me where I might find what I was looking for....., I got back in my vehicle and drove straight to Jerry's within 5 minutes we found my part and I was astounded by the knowledge those guys had!!
