Had a great towing service experience Chris was very pleasant and efficient. I will use Casper's again in the future. I called them and they were there within just a few minutes.
Driver chris was extremely rude to my wife and yelled at her is that the way you run your business? If it is you shouldn't be in business treating customers like that

As a very worried mom, 13 hours away, my son was stranded on the side of the road at College and our wonderful driver Brennen was so professional and courteous when I spoke to him on the phone he put my mind ease that my son would be cared for quickly and safely. I’m sure to many a tow truck service is just a tow truck service but when it’s your loved one on the side of the road in 33° weather and there’s nothing you can do as a mom. It was very reassuring to know that someone cared and made all efforts to get there quickly and safely and help my child so thank you and kudos kudos kudos to you Brennan.
Called them twice, once in the afternoon and once after 10 PM and they “didn’t have anyone available” either time. I don’t know why they advertise 24/7
we were stranded and he took great care of my car and gave us a ride home. price was great. very friendly driver and drove very good. thank you kathy dunn
Driver showed professionalism from the start as he navigated my tight driveway with ease to tow my car to the dealership. I had forgotten to remove a few things from the car and he was very friendly and patient as I grabbed them. Will call Casper's first if I ever need a car tow again.
I would definitely recommend and continue using their services. The tow truck operators are professional, clean, and courteous. They communicate clearly, arrive on time, and truly put the customer first. I’ve used them several times and have always been impressed by how reliable and respectful they are.

We made it safely. He was there early to pick up, securely put the car on the flatbed and off we went.

Only giving 5 stars because 10 stars isn't an option... I just wanted say thank you, thank you, a thousand times thank you to your driver Thomas. This man deserves a raise! He was so kind and friendly and helpful tonight. My truck broke down on our way to what was supposed to be a mini vacation and even though our trip was ruined he really made my night. I have never met another truck driver who was as friendly and as downright delightful as Thomas. He had to drive roughly 1.5 hours to get my son and me home and we exchanged friendly conversation the entire way. He definitely salvaged what had been turning out to be a disappointing night for my son and I. Thank you so much Thomas. You are a God send. God bless you and your family and congratulations on your daughter who will be here soon. I hope you have a safe - albeit long - drive home. (It's almost 2 in the morning and I'm guessing he has to get back to where he picked us up. Get some sleep dude!)
My car was backed into and Casper’s was able to get me worked in immediately to get my car fixed. From the time of the wreck to my car being finished, it only took 17 days to get everything handled. Seanna was very on top of everything. My car looks great and I would recommend them to anyone!
Word to the wise (and everyone else too, LOL): Just because a deputy sheriff says you need to make a U-Turn, does not mean that you can do it, especially without your normal careful planning...
Update: Thanks to the very careful "Casper" semi-wrecker operator there was not any damage done to our equipment, only my feelings, my billfold, and our schedule.
Secondly, I had dropped & damaged my Garmin RV GPS just before embarking on this trip. If I had replaced it in time I would not have been taking the Business Route. I would have been on the Truck Route and would not have come over the hill and suddenly seen a sign ahead,
"Low Clearance ".
Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Worked quickly to get my van loaded. Competitive pricing. Very happy with my experience. First time user. Definitely not the last..although I hope to never break down again.
Casper’s was great. Called the day before to schedule getting my car towed. Service on the phone was great and they were able to work with my schedule. My driver, Brennan, called me when he was on the way and showed up on time. He was very professional and nice and updated me on everything he was doing. He even maneuvered his truck to avoid tree limbs hitting my car after it was loaded. Overall great service!
My guy who saved my butt from the side of the interstate 85 northbound in a bad spot on mile marker 49 two nights ago was one of the best I’ve had when in an unfortunate situation. Thanks! Hope I never use you again! If I had more time I would buy that guy a beer. (Didn’t catch his name)
I had called AAA to get my vehicle towed from work to my mechanics. I cannot lie AAA had let me down twice before so I wasn’t expecting great news this time. Well shortly after my initial call with AAA, I got a call from the tow truck driver. He told me he would be there shortly. It did not take him long to arrive. I moved the vehicle to a better spot so he could load it up easier. Guy was super friendly and took great care of my vehicle. I was impressed.
Jason Morgan is an exemplary employee. His service was professional, his response was near immediate, within minutes and even better, was very personable! He handled my father's Mercedes S550 with care as if it was his own. I greatly appreciate your company hiring him and the service he provided.

Our technician was courteous, did a good job of explaining what he would do and got the job done. The wait time for service was a little longer than usual.
Casper’s wrecking provided an amazing service and excellent communication. I needed a 90 mile tow from Talbott, Tn. to Asheville, NC. and it was a pleasant ride over the mountains in a clean, well maintained vehicle. The driver was very nice and we had some nice conversation.

Very prompt and knowledgeable person. Casper’s Wrecker from AAA helped us to tow the van after a blowout tire from the highway side to a safe location after we waited in vain for 4 hours for TURO to send the promised “roadside assistance” to help us.
Be very careful when renting with TURO because they never intended to send any roadside assistance since they invoked that they couldn’t find our address to tow us and then saying that we can abandon the rental van (full of personal stuff) on the side of the road.
Caspers moved a 53 foot trailer for me. They did a wonderful job. It was hard it remove and put in both places. I'm grateful for there service. Price was good too. I'll be using Caspers again for sure.
