After being told by an officer, AND my insurance company that my insurance would pay for towing, Lynn Hope Towing’s driver said that they would have to tow it to their lot first (over night because it was a Sunday) instead of straight to the body shop I had previously spoken to, who told me to have it towed there. We were then told that we would need to pay a $175.00 fee. When we declined services, the driver demanded that we would have to pay him now & if I didn’t, it would be “theft of service”. I explained that no services were rendered, therefore there was nothing to charge me for. Come to find out, he had put in his report that he “pulled my vehicle out of a ditch, had to get it back on all 4 wheels, and use over $200.00 of oil dry”. All of which was a lie. The police officer was on scene before the tow truck driver ever arrived. My car was already parked in a driveway, because I had driven it. It was not stuck in a ditch at any point. He never touched my vehicle. He definitely didn’t use ANY oil dry. Mind you, all of this is on the police body cam footage. I mentioned the other towing company that was I was going to call instead. The driver for Lynn Hope then proceeded to call that tow company and tell them the same lie that is stated above. Before the driver for Lynn Hope left, he told me that Malone’s would NOT be coming out. Thankfully, the officer on scene called Malone’s for me, explained the full, TRUE, story. Malone’s got on scene, saw that my vehicle was never touched and that ZERO oil dry was used. He was appalled at the lies that were told to him and documented. If you want to be absolutely taken advantage of, lied to, and ripped off, call Lynn Hope Towing! They are shady, and will scam you out of every penny they can. Apparently, I’m looking forward to a civil lawsuit over services that were never rendered. I hope and pray they go through with that. The evidence that I recorded myself, the body cam footage of the police officer, and the eye witness reports will all entail that a counter-suit will be filed and follows through with. Malone’s picked my vehicle up, took it to the body shop, and did not charge me anything out of pocket…. Because my full comprehensive insurance is GOING TO PAY FOR IT. If you are in need of towing, call Malone’s towing. I highly recommend them.

Lynn Hope Towing came out to help us move a piece of equipment that was in a tight spot. The guy they sent out was fast and friendly. I would recommend them and we’ll use them in the future!

If you tow your vehicle with hope towing make sure nothing of value is in it they will take it all and there’s nothing you can do so not only do you pay them you also lose everything worth anything in your car

Brandon is a really nice person that works for Lynn hope towing he is the nicest guy I've ever met that drives a tow truck he is one of the best tow truck drivers in greeneville tennessee and I really appreciate what he did to go out of his way to help my cousin out

These folks are the opposite of the stereotype of breaking down and getting screwed. My father blew a motor in his Chevy pickup towing a race car and an enclosed trailer and not only did they tow him home to their shop and replace the motor not knowing him from Adam but they took care of him in every aspect from their price to personally making sure he was safe and sound. If everyone was like these folks the world would be a better place. Thank you Scott and crew from the bottom of my heart.
