I had an appointment with my dentist, I walk out to a flat tire. I normally have an air pump & didn’t . I looked around for the closest station. It was pretty far & would ruin my tire to drive there . I didn’t want to empty my entire trunk (full of work cleaning supplies if I could avoid, due to rain approaching. ) I walked into Napa Junior & James were so kind, they filled my tire with air & told me the nearest tire stores. I highly recommend this location, due to their amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed with these guys. Thank you again!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Needed to pick up some aerosol paint and a couple other things. Staff helped me find what I was looking for and I ordered what wasn’t on hand and picked it up next day… super convenient…
Allen was very professional and knowledgeable. My A/C is not working and he assisted me in purchasing the right product and showing me how to use it. Overall, great experience!
Came here on 10/7/18 at 1020am taking a tripe to do a return and no one is here working with the door sign saying open and the hours of operation even says SUNDAY 10am - 4pm
Wish they where a little more organized in delivering parts on time. Every time I order parts for a customer car I have to wait half a day to get parts delivered. For a job that usually takes 3 hrs to complete I have to inform the customer that it would be best to leave the car overnight and this kills my productivity as well. I lost multiple sales bc of the waiting time on parts. For example today I ordered valve covers and oil pressure switch for a customer and order was put in at 10am and it’s currently 4:00pm and still no parts. Don’t kno if drivers go on joyrides or what ? But they are quick to pick up a check tho!!! Oh forgot to mention I been waiting on someone to come and pick up return on parts that been sitting here for 2 MONTHS !!! I honestly feel ordering parts from eBay or amazon takes less time. And this is all seen through a business owner standpoint. Other than that good people but they need to get organized or something bc I’m loosing a lot of time
I was in a pinch for some obscure brake line fittings at 6:30 on a weekday. This store, specifically Alan who works here, made my weekend; they had them in spades. Thank you so much for having the parts I needed when no one else in the area even knew what I was talking about. NAPA RULES! This store rules; it has a retail floor unrivaled by any other auto parts store in the area. Thank you!!!
I'm a regular customer and I can always depend on Allen and his team to get me exactly what I need with the customer service and knowledge the "other guys" can't deliver!
My first experience wasn't good. I went in for an oil filter and the service guy gave me the wrong one. I didn't find out until I was under my truck trying to put it on. Not good!
