Great communication, kind staff. Had to get an appointment scheduled for next day instead of day of (AAA scheduled), but they communicated the entire time. Arrived earlier than appointment time, loaded up and delivered vehicle quickly. Thank you!!!

I needed a tow from AAA. I was connected with Stegall’s Towing. They arrived quickly and Jeff was very professional and thoroughly explained what he was going to do before proceeding. He checked out the vehicle and got it ready to load on his flat bed. Before leaving he verified the address to where the vehicle was to be towed. I was very impressed with their promptness and experience employee.

I was broke down on highway, called AAA. They responded quickly, promised to be there in 40min and I could leave my car. I didn’t get the call the driver was on his way until 3 hours later after having to call highway patrol not to tow my car and calling AAA to please hurry the company. Not too apologetic and no explanations from company, but they were polite. AAA was more concerned with my situation because they rated it as a high priority tow being on the highway.

I reached out to AAA regarding my flat tire. Within 5 minutes, Stegall's Towing Fort Mill reached out to me stating that a driver will contact me shortly. Within 10 minutes, Keith called and indicated that he will arrive in less than 15 minutes. Shortly after, he showed up. He finished the task within 5 minutes. He was extremely courteous, professional and efficient. This company is outstanding in the way they interact with their clients. Their office followed up with me before and after the service to ensure that I was well taken care of. Despite the task was simple, they took it seriously. I would recommend them without a beat!

My roadside assistance service dispatched Stegall's tow truck to the I-77 shoulder where my car was disabled. The driver showed up in less than 10 minutes, had the car up in the truck with tires secured in less than 5 minutes. I jumped in the passenger seat and in another 5 minutes I was in the AAA car care center. Talking to the driver along the way I mentioned I'd have to find a rental car and he said there's a car rental right next to the AAA store. Great work! ? As happy as such an experience can be. Recommend very highly.

My expectations of this tow truck driver we're over and Beyond belief very nice full of knowledge saved me I know $500 or more I would recommend this towing company over any other David the tow truck driver was a blessing in disguise sent to me today he is genuinely a good person I can tell right away after speaking with him for just about 15 minutes so if you want to save yourself a Diagnostics fee and the shops charge for labor ask for David to come pick your car up you will not be disappointed in any way shape or form again I cannot express my gratitude enough

Shouting out the great job and customer service provided by Stegall's Towing. I had a flat tire on the side of the interstate. My experience with a company that I pay monthly for roadside assistance was not great, in fact it wasn't even good. Then the call was routed to Stegall's Towing to assist me and everything changed. Their phone support was good and the tow driver (Manquel) was fabulous. He talked through the problem and then gave me options. He handled the situation with ease and confidence. When I went to get back in my car after he changed the tire (and helped me avoid the tow completely) he walked me to the car. He walked on the side between me and the interstate, he had my car already started and the heat going. He opened the door for me and ensured I was good before wishing me a good rest of the night. Those little things may not be important to you, but to me and my husband (who was not there at the time) it was important and made the experience a good one. Call Stegall's when you need great service and if you are lucky maybe you will even get to meet Manquel. Thanks Manquel and Stegall's.

7:15 am on New Year's day, I got a call they were on the way. They were scheduled for 8:30-10:30 but could come earlier if I wanted. Excellent service, very nice driver. Drove slow with my car on board, no fast turns that would worry me.

Absolute professionals. AAA contracted them to tow my kids’ cars a few times this year. Both times they were prompt, courteous, quick and did the job without any damage. Super impressed with them.

Communication with the driver was great. He notified me when he was picking the vehicle up. Called me again once he reached the destination to verify the drop-off. Tow was very efficient. The driver was very friendly. I was very pleased with my service.

If I could give more stars, I surely would! Stegall's was dispatched to my location by AAA for a tow when my Buick wouldn't start. Michael arrived as quickly as he could and was so compassionate and professional! He made quick work of getting the car towed where I needed it, and sent me a photo for peace of mind. Danielle from Stegall's later called me to follow up and make sure everything went well. I strongly recommend this company to anyone with towing needs, and I'll make certain to request Stegall's through AAA in the future.

Dave was awesome. Came fixed the tire in five minutes honestly, if there are any NASCAR pit crew scouts out there he’s your guy. 15/10 great service. Highly recommend.

Without a doubt the easy towing company i have work with. The staff on the phone were polite and thorough. The driver was polite and very engaging. All in all greet service for a great price.

This week my wife called for a tow truck to pick up her Yukon XL and Stegall's Towing was there in less than 20 minutes. Needed a tow to get my car to a repair shop, got immediate service from Stegall's. The driver, Kris was promt, professional, courteous and took the time to ask me about the damage before loading the car onto the flatbed. Upon arrival, Kris coordinated with the repair shop to ensure where they wanted the car placed. Outstanding service from Kris & Stegall's, they are highly recommended.

Awesome experience. Appointment was easy to set up. Larry the Driver was on time. Was knowledgeable about the car. He was able to manually shift it into park so that we could start the car. Then he manually shifted it to Reverse, and then to Drive, so that we could drive it onto the tow truck instead of dragging it up. Their pricing was the same as another company I compared.
